For the $20 platinum wash, I got the dust knocked off the sides (mostly) and the hood. The back was barely touched. And it missed some of the side glass. It also didn't get completely rinsed in the grill. I'm not impressed. Glad I decided to try it once before signing up for a membership. Update: After my earlier review management reached out to me to offer another try. I took them up on the offer and went back for another wash. Their equipment has a problem with the back of my vehicle (a large SUV that's pretty flat on the back). The person that guides you in uses a sprayer to shoot the front before you go in. If they sprayed the back it might help get it cleaner. I will also add that after two washes just over a week apart, nearly all of the brake dust in my wheels is gone. That surprises me. At home we get in there manually to clean them. So I think that if you use it regularly, it probably does a reasonably good job. They just need to brush or spray the backs of vehicles before they go in to get to a 5 star wash. I didn't use vacuums or towels. Management is quick to try to make things right. I raised my initial review of 2 stars to 4 stars.

I have given this company 1 full month to make things right. On June 27th there was a 6 car accident pile up inside this car wash. The day of the accident there was no manager on site as he was gone on vacation for 1 week. The following week we called and spoke to him and he promised a call back in 2 days. Two days later we heard nothing from him. We have since then left 5 voicemails at this location without a single call back. We will now have to take this one step farther to get this taken care of. All we want is our car to be repaired in the shape it was in before using this car wash. I have the entire incident on video from their surveillance cameras to help with my case. The boys working even stated there is no emergency shut off in these situations and the belt has to be manually shut off by an employee. If I were you I would not take your car to this car wash as they don’t care about their customers and have zero integrity. I’ll make sure to make everyone and every social media site aware of their awful customer service, machinery and trustworthiness.

I have had a membership here since they opened. Yesterday the car in front of me went off the rails in the middle of the wash and the belt did not stop, causing my car to hit the back end of the car stuck in front of me. My hood was damaged and I was asked to leave my name and number. No one has reached out yet and I even left another voicemail today. Very disappointed and now I have a damaged vehicle. None of the employees came out to check on myself or the other vehicle and did not seem to care about the incident that was clearly the business’ fault. Update as of 8/1/2022: I still have not heard from anyone with corporate and have not received any insurance/claim money to have my car fixed. Update 8/9/2022: I finally received my insurance check for the damages to my vehicle. I appreciate the manager of this location as he was the only person that reached out to me, but I am still very disappointed in corporate’s handling of the situation and never receiving any contact from anyone within their system. Very poor business strategy

We've been coming here for several years and we have two unlimited wash subscriptions. It's not what it used to be. Some equipment is always broken, some brush or rinser always not working. the last time it was the main roller brush that comes down from the ceiling, My truck was not clean at all. And the rinsing is terrible as of late. There is ALWAYS soap left on my truck. Caliber recently took over and jacked up prices FIFTY PERCENT with NO notice! They have my email because I get promotions. Our $20 per month subscriptions went to $30. That is ludicrous and the other day I cancelled them both and asked for refunds. We will not be coming back. There are better washes around that are still reasonably priced.

I used to love this location. However, for several months, I noticed my windows had lots of water spots. I later learned the spot free feature is not working. Then, last month, the car in front of me stopped moving, but their brake lights were not on. I held my brakes for 20-30 seconds feeling the rolling track bump beneath me. I don’t know how we didn’t hit. Thought it was an odd fluke until my daughter experienced the same and then, I heard my friend was in the 6 car accident a couple months ago. Nope! Finding a new car wash.

I am a monthly subscriber and therefore have unlimited car washes here. I wish I could give them four or five stars however over the last year the quality of the car wash in my opinion seems to have dropped. I think they've sped up the track so that they can run more cars through per hour... Which from a business standpoint makes sense, however from the car owner standpoint you don't get as good of a wash anymore. Staff is always helpful and I would recommend them however there are options in the area within one or two miles.

Don't get a membership. I canceled 5 months ago and then again 4 months ago, and 3, and 2. Then I went in last month, watched the assistant manager cancel my membership in their system and issue a refund. This month, I got billed again. Calling them is worse than useless, as I have left multiple voicemails and never received a callback. I hate that I've had to resort to a public review like some Karen, but hopefully this will get the managers attention.

This is a convenient location and there are always stalls available for cleaning. I love that they provide all the cloths and cleaning supplies along with the normal supplies (vaccum, air for tires and plenty of trash cans). The wash does a decent job of cleaning on its own but I love the fact that I can detail places that didn’t get as clean as I wanted right there before I leave the location.

Very friendly service with no waiting for a wash. Extremely efficient and the sales associate even helps you with the wash selection, and swiping your card. The wash is decent for the full service. Be careful with the vacuums. The piping is low extending from the ceiling and stretched the door on my stock Ram 2500. If you have a large vehicle you may want to avoid the vacuums.

Well I'm being having my vehicles washing services just 2 miles away from this location. They are more good in terms of forming on vehicles they had better tires polishing. At caliber car wash tires polishing is the worst I think. Price wise caliber is little bit better but again service wise OK. I would pay more for batter services to other car wishing place.

Today I was using the vacuums at this location. I probably use the vacuums about once a week and the car wash about two to three times a year. This location is always clean and the equipment seems to always be working. The staff are always friendly. Otherwise it’s close to the location where I workout. I appreciate the quality of the atmosphere.

WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! The payment machines never work properly and the wash is never clean. Had them run the car through TWICE this last time, and both sides of the car were still filthy. When I asked for a refund, the just told me we don't give refunds. I will not go back ever again. Dont waste your time and money here!

Never again. The cars in front of me were loaded to close and collided. Then the machine broke. They tried to fix as I went through. Ended up having to back out. Then took 25min to get refund. The poor guys working there- they were so sweet- it was just out of their hands. And told me this one breaks all the time.

This car wash is always super fast and fresh clean towels every time I come up here. I’m only 5 mins down the road so the monthly membership fee is worth it to me because I have a brand new car and for how many times I come during the summer without paying every single time. Thank you!

I really like this car wash, but I tried canceling my membership every month for like 6 months and every time I went to cancel it — they assured me they’d completed the cancellation and the next month I’d get charged again! I had to wait til the card expired for it to stop charging.

Staff is always sweet and helpful, quick to help and on top of it. They provide wet towels to help keep the interior of your car clean for free and free vaccums to clean out the trash. Car wash is great and fast, can get your car shining even if it hasn’t been washed in awhile.

Great car wash!!! Although I did end up having technical difficulties with my car towards the end and held up the line the workers were amazing. They were so nice and helpful in my time of need and they were very patient not to mention my car looked very nice after the fact. :)

Cleans decently but it's anything but a "spot-free rinse". Unless you hand dry immediately expect water spots all over. Edit 4/5/21: original review was "a year ago" says google. No change. This place is anything but "spot free". Maybe the filters need cleaned/replaced?

Love my membership. If your car is really dirty, you got a run it through twice but with the membership you know I got a pay, you get unlimited washes. They provide towels and glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. Easy one stop. Never had an issue with damage here.

Caliber car wash in Keller is great. David was a great help and recommend The Caliber wash that comes with waxing. I’ve been here a couple times, car comes out clean, and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly and helpful, I will definitely return!

Went in for the $10 quick wash & auto interior vacuuming. The right side didn't look washed well. Hoping next time will be better. Now the vacuuming was definitely awesome. I was able to remove all the dog hair that was stuck on my back seats.

Cleans really well, the pricing is pretty decent. The exit of the carwash isn't the greatest because its right by where you turn in for QT and the entrance for the car wash line, so you have to be careful of traffic.
