This place is a gem, It's clean and all employees are actually welcoming. I had the pleasure of speaking with someone i have never encountered here before and I really just want to say I appreciate you guys. Frank helped me out and was very kind and genuine. I would give 10 . Thank you for your service and actually having people like Frank servicing the community in a positive way. I would leave NO stars if I could. Ever since Caliber took over, the quality of the wash has declined. Then I got hit by an employee (who had just ended his shift) in the actual wash, and the soap was still being dispensed on my SUV. Then, a few weeks later, the wash ripped half my bumper off. This carwash will do any say anything to avoid taking responsibility for damages. So be aware!! Katie's is way better! Customer service is also better quality than the people that will not really care about you or your vehicle here.

*UPDATE* Still no response from this company. They took my money and trashed my vehicle and then ghosted me. It’s like a bad break up with a rebound scrub. It seemed like fun until it was over and now I’m just filled with regrets. $25 and my car looks like I had my kids spray it with a hose. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so ripped off. Smh. Update: This company commented on my review and advised me to email CS and a DM would reach out. No response as of yet.

It was my first time using Caliber, and I'm afraid it'll be the last. 1. The 2 people who are supposed to pre-spray the car were so busy chatting with each other that they sprayed neither the passenger side nor the back; 2. Coming out of the car wash, I went to dry the back of my car and the bottom half was still completely dirty... without a drop of water! I will end on a positive note though: the person at the payment booth was very helpful.

Today was a great day because I was able to go get my car clean before work and the experience was amazing. This car wash have some exceptional workers. I was given the opportunity to meet Ms Maisie at this location and she was professional, helpful ,and a all around beautiful person. Ryan, the young man who washed the front of my truck did a fantastic job. I told him I appreciated what he did as there were a lot of dead bugs on the front. However, after I got home I noticed there were streaks on the truck body from the wash spools. I’m kind of disappointed in that and especially since I paid the top price ($25.00) for the wash. I've been coming to CALIBER CAR WASH in the White Settlement location. Without a 2nd thought they are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BY FAR. The service and management are superior. The supervisor JOSE is very friendly and hands on. His staff are GREAT. They off CLEAN RESTROOMS, 2 carpet Matt washers and even HANDICAP PARKING. WHO DOES THAT? I LOVE IT!

I go specifically for their vacuums because these are so powerful compared to other car washes. When vacuuming one of them got stopped up and Danny saw this while walking by. He was able to take apart the hose and fixed it for me right away! Squeaky clean car! Great customer service! Five stars!

ALWAYS always always the best place to go. Super efficient and such a good price point! The vacuumes are very high suction and reach the hard corners of the interior! Devantae helped me when I was vacuuming my car and even gave me free dash wipe and air freshener love this place …

Love the free vacuums and the free cleaner and rags, and the free mat washer! Loved Cynthia’s customer service! But I paid $10 for a car wash and my car was still very dirty afterwards. Which is why I’m not gonna give it 5 stars. The car wash itself is not good but everything else I liked.

This is by far the best car wash in Tarrant County. Everything always works and my truck is always clean. I avoid the Benbrook location to come here. Benbrook is not on top of their business like this location. I am grateful that this location has pride in their customer service.

Absolutely love this place. I purchased the monthly membership and it’s worth every penny. I get free window pies and air fresheners with each visit. That’s big to me because I like to keep my in top top condition and a nice smell. The staff is great as well!

Irene is awesome she came over and assisted me with some tire shine that over sprayed and looked like it stained my car but she was great and even bright me an air freshener and car wipes!! Highly recommend this car wash And just ask for Irene!!

Kaylynn was super helpful this morning. I love this car wash especially because the have the towels that you can use at your disposal, the rug cleaner that comes with every wash, and the vacuums that include the air sprayer to get the details.

After my car wash at Caliber, I stopped to vacuum my vehicle. Arthur greeted me and assisted me with clean towels and cleaner spray. We held a brief conversation and I thanked him for his great and timely customer service. Keep him around!

Kaylynn was very helpful and nice! I also appreciated the fact that there was a carpet mat cleaner available, along with the air hose and glass/multi-purpose cleaners with towels for convenience. Definitely the best car wash I've been to.

Juan was amazing! Went in to wash my suv and dry it up and in the mist Juan asked if he could clean up my headlights and I agreed. And he worked his magic and my lights look brand new now!! You’re going to go far with your magic juice!

They should of told me that they were shutting down vacuums but didn't. I have a KIA Seltos the back doesn't get cleaned I usually have do it myself really should give ya 2 stars but the yeam id very nice

Devontae is great he provided me with an air freshener while I was wiping my car down. This car wash is the best hands down. I always leave with a clean and fresh car. Currently have a membership here.

They have so many amenities at this wash… that are free! Window cleaner, interior cleaner, towels, FREE VACUUMS I really love this car wash and dry by my house, and I will never go anywhere else …

I have a membership and have been coming here for years. I recommend it for those who like a quick and painless wash, but if you want a detailed experience, this won't be it unless you do it yourself.

I love my Caliber on Clifford St. The car wash does a great job on my truck and they always have the location clean and landscaped. All the people are friendly and professional, especially Kaylynn.

The car wash includes free vacuum, air blower, place to air your tires, a floor mat cleaner, air freshener, towels, glass, and all purposes cleaner. The wash did a good job on my Highlander.

Great car wash. Always clean towels and cleaners are full. Employees are nice and helpful. Devontea is always here when I come and walks around to make sure everyone is doing good.
