Cemetary: we have all these options fully customizable for what you need. Here is the children's area of our cemetery *sunburned grass and vacant* Us: it's pretty bare. Could we plant trees or flowers around it? Cemetary: no that's not allowed. Us: okay what about the cremation wall by the garden Cemetary: sorry it's full Us: okay how about the other cremation garden Cemetary: oh absolutely here are all the plots * only spaces facing away from the garden Us: do you have anything facing the garden and benches? Cemetery: no Us: okay how about in the nature walk area Cemetary: oh absolutely lots of open areas there Us: that's perfect can we supply our headstone? Cemetary: no Us: Okay can we get a smaller one like the ones that mark the trees? Cemetary: no those are only for tree markers Us: okay but that's the size we want so why can we get a headstone that size? Cemetary: sorry that's not allowed. In the garden area, the smallest headstones are these starting at 4k. Us: Okay can we plant a tree in the garden with a marker? Cemetary: no tree spaces left more. Us:... Cemetary:... Me: thanks for not accommodating any of our requests. Lovely grounds are beautifully kept with a variety of settings within the garden however the service, empathy and ability to have something unique or to your liking are lacking. It's their way or the highway. We choose the highway. We went to a municipal cemetery and the experience was the complete opposite. We got exactly what we wanted without argument.

My husband and I finally decided it was time to plan for our eventual demise and final resting place. Living in the west end of Hamilton..we've been passing by White Chapel for decades and decided to look into there. It always struck me as a calm beautiful park like setting. On contacting Arbor Memorial...(the company that White Chapel belongs to) we were put in touch with Vince Rakovich. Our experience with Vince couldn't have been better. Given it is such an emotional but inevitable subject ...it takes a certain kind of person and Vince was wonderful. He was knowledgable. ...insightful... friendly and patient. He made sure we were informed about every aspect so we could choose what was best for us. The situation could have been very uncomfortable but it wasn't largely due to Vince. I recommend him and them highly.

My mother and auntie buried thier uncle/husband here. And everytime my aunt brings him fake flowers that will LAST , this funeral home takes them up not but hours later. When she goes back to see her husband and what she left for him.... is gone.... Because of regulations. I think they could at least leave the gifts there for a small time to be excepeted and enjoyed. This company has no sympathy no empathy and no compassion. If you enjoy them you don't care about your past loved ones. These are not the people to go to when you want to keep a connection with those you have lost. Take my advice or don't it... will be quite an issue for you. You'll see

Our initial meeting was great, we were very happy with the outline of the plans we had made for my mother. When she did pass, I called to make arrangements for her to be picked up, and any further arrangements that needed to be finalized.. but no one answered. I called from 7am to 11am on 01/02/23 repeatedly, as did the care home. No one ever answered the phone. We eventually had to use a different company because we couldn't wait any longer for someone to pick her up. So disappointed. Don't post that you're available 24hrs if no one is going to answer the phone. Just glad we hadn't put any money down on it, yet.

My grandparents are buried at White Chapel in Hamilton. Their flat grave marker was installed in 1966 & has faded with time to be difficult to read. We approached White Chapel on having the flat marker cleaned. It became such a arduous, complicated issue that we sadly decided not have it cleaned. We are disappointed with White Chapel Cemetery & don't recommend them.

Nice people here. They let me park my car overnight as the great apartment company I rent from never clears the snow in their unlevel parking lot making it impossible to park in my spot without pinballing off other cars. Oh yes it's also 100$ a month to park outside. Do not rent from Q residential!!

I recently had to use their services for my sister's funeral. Nicole was a pleasure to meet and very professional. The service was wonderful and went smoothly. Alot of my family is rested here, it's a beautiful cemetery, and always a pleasure to visit our loved ones that have passed.

Thank you, Bob and Krystal, for all that you and White Chapel Memorial did for my mom. I am relieved that I did burial pre-planning with my parents last year, not knowing how soon it would be required. You made the process seamless and our family appreciate your effort.

White chapel has went above and beyond for me. They shoveled out a path for me and my family . The service was amazing . Linda has been amazing for all our needs . The grounds are nice kept with a beautiful pond .. what more can you ask for.

Using people’s resting place as your own private landfill is unseemly. I would never allow anyone I love to be laid to rest in a landfill

Used to have great pokemon here! Grass is always green and looking serene. Looks like a great place to die and be remembered.
