My sister and I had a very sad and disappointing visit to our parent’s resting place the other day. After having to carefully navigate our way around the revenue building construction and poorly kept walking space with no caution signs, we were shocked to see that her death date has still not been etched by her name. Our brother has repeatedly made inquiries regarding the timelines for this. Our mother passed two years ago. We noticed that more recent death dates have been inscribed on the niches of others. We approached the salesman in the office to inquire and was met with a condescending and irritated response. He had difficulty finding our mother in his system and had no contact information for her. First, we were promised 4 months after her death, then 6 months after that, etc, and now told that he won’t “insult us by giving a date” because there is no way to get a compressor down to the tower through the construction mess. My sister travelled from out of province to make this visit.

I went to spend time at my Dad's plaque. You can imagine my horror to discover it was missing. When I called the following day I was told there was no record of ny Dad. Then I was told he had been moved in 1997 referred to only as miscellaneous. Not authorized by my family. I was left in tears. They have no data base. Still waiting for them to find my Dad. This is unbelievable. Disgusting!

Love this place. Mom brought me a few years ago to get her passing in order. Unfortunately since then Dad passed then Mom. I am very happy to know in the end we will be together in a beautiful place

I thought visitation was until 5pm Monday to Friday. I came here at 4:43pm to find all doors locked. Is there a cut off time for entrance? I don't see anything noted.

I’m really disappointed with the hours of the mausoleum. Unfortunately 5pm is a too early for those that have to work. Even 7pm would be more manageable.

My son and uncle and grandma and grandpa are cremated here the staff was very supportive and caring my great grandfather is buried in the cemetary

Wonderful place, my husband is resting there for the past 5 years, and it’s where I will rest when my turn comes. Thank you.

A lovely area for quiet contemplation, visiting a loved one or just for a walk as well as some great views!
