Banker sees we have a business account and offers us a line of credit for the business: Enticements: No Origination Fee No Annual Fee Interest rate, prime plus 1.67 % = about 5% All above if line is $10,000. Okay! Spend an hour with the paper work. Other owner had to come back to the bank on Saturday to sign "electronically". Reviewed terms again. Monday we get a call from Wells Fargo, we are approved for $100,000! Don't want $100,000. Discussed with the banker that all we wanted was a maximum of $10,000. Interest rate: 12.5% ..... what happened to prime plus 1.67%.... they don't know Annual fee: $350.00. ..... don't think so. Can we just have the $10,000? They can't do it. After they charge us for annual fees, we can "request" a reduction in the line of credit ? How impressive ..... when offered services by Wells Fargo, request services be presented in writing, verbal has nothing to do with the offer.

Marlon... what a B-hole. He almost hit my car a few months ago in his ugly white dodge SUV. He doesn’t care, just sits there with a blank look of his face. I wouldn’t care either, but I’m not working in that industry. I started with Wachovia in 2007 and since Wells Fargo took over its been a hassle. I can’t stand Wells Fargo so I’m going to a different bank. The teller girl was extremely nice.

Open a new account. I try to open a new account and I was told they don't have time, and I need it to make an appointment. I it so sad that they don't want business, also very bad customer service.

Only deposit half of your checks if you get more than $400 close too early on Saturday and you have to call to verify your transactions after a while when you use your card too much

Wells fargo is literally never open if you work. And on saturday they close at 2? is this a joke? horrible bank.
