WaterSpirit Laundry Place has a great design with 6 washing machine and 6 dryer. All of the machines are really powerful and easy to use. I have used them first time after our washing machine broke down. They were really handy when you need fresh & clean clothes. There are a lot of payment options available. You can use coins to start the machines or PayPal and eftpos machine available on the wall near the entrance. You can use your debit card or apple pay with the eftpos machine. There is a Pacman game available on the wall if you get bored while you waiting your clothes done. Thanks for this facility. Note : Washing Machine Starter : $4, Dryer Starter $1 for 8 mins. Don't forget to bring your own laundry powder.

Dryer 1 died. I put 3 dollars in and it went for 1 min when it should have gone for 24min. The dryer stopped with an error code. I rang the phone number to advise them and his reply was "stick more money in it". He really didnt care. Another response was oh goodluck with the dryer. I get alot of complaints and isses with that dryer. He has no intentions on fixing it or even cared one bit at all. I work in customer service and our priority is the customer. Yeah its 3 dollars actually no its 6 now but it was his attitude that sucked. Get it together! Ill be sure to mention my experience with anyone i know who uses this service.

Washers don’t spin!! Machines are smaller and more expensive than some other laundromats you can pay by card but worse the machine didn’t spin! My clothes came out soaking wet and there was no sink or drain to wring them in I wasn’t willing to give them more money to use a dryer for the length of time it would take to dry the clothes so had to struggle on the floor to get my now extremely heavy bag of clothes into my trolley to take home Not convenient as I then had to spend the time at home spinning the clothes so should’ve just hand washed Also SMS reminder came 30 minutes AFTER wash had finished!

Hands down the best Laundromat in town. Firstly the special pricing is very good at $2 a wash or dry. While waiting for your wash or dry to complete, there is a sitting area where you can comfortably sit down and use your laptop (power points provided) and use the free wifi to surt the internet or just watch movies to pass the time. The snack machine provided is really good and affordable if you need a quick bite. There's also a free arcade machine provided which is fantastic. It's also next door to KFC and drinks form the vending machine is cheaper than KFC at only $1. Highly recommended!!!!

Lovely little laundromat! Clean and affordable! I read the reviews before going here which was very handy in determining if it is a good laundromat or not. I must say it is! Great location! Kfc and McDonald's nearby! Plenty of things to keep you occupied while you wait specially the free WiFi! The washing machine themselves though is not as great as it could be! My clothes was soaking wet! Took a long time for the dryer to dry.

The film crew decorated the laundromat with lights and streamers to create a rave, we brought along 12 extras to dance around and it was such a fun night! WaterSpirit Laundromat located at Main Street offers modern washing machines and dryers. Washing powder can be purchased at a vending machine and there is an arcade game to pass the time. Free WiFi is available and on weekends during happy hour (5-6pm) use of washing machines and dryers is half price. It is located next to KFC and McDonald's and only a short walk from the Pineapple Hotel.

Despite being 10 more minutes away from my closest laundromat, WaterSpirit is still my go-to. It has always been clean and bright the 20+ times I've been there. They provide PayPal options which is easy and progressive as no one nowadays use cash anways. Snacks, drinks and washing powder provided at the laundromat, as well as a free arcade gaming platform. Also close to KFC and Maccas.

I have had a continuous excellent experience being a customer of the water spirit laundromat. They have everything you need on-site and it is best to visit in the off peak hours if you have a lot of washing to do. The staff have also been extremely helpful every time I have needed assistance. 10/10 I would recommend to a friend. Thanks to all the staff that keep the place running.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! By far the best laundromat I've ever been to! There's A/C, fan, a big table to study on, cheap washers and dryers, free wifi, good music, an arcade game, and vending machine. almost perfect laundry experience. but during peak times some people take up 5 machines for one person and there where 2 people taking up multiple machines. There was a long line of people waiting. The machines work well and payment methods are easy and it's all well kept. Just make sure to avoid peak times because you could be waiting a long time.

Only one thing precludes 5 stars. Kangaroo Point is most unpleasant for customers as it is used as an industrial laundry by a nearby business to launder huge numbers of towels. Those staff are rude & arrogant, hog all the machines having multiply loads going at one time, take up limited floor space with a large trolly -

Clean machines, fast cycles, efficient drying for only $5! There's a vending machine there with soft drinks, water and soap in case you need it. If you get bored waiting for your washing MacDonald's and KFC are a few steps away, or if you feel like having something fancy there's An's cafe right there in the same block

Cheaper & cozier than any other laundromat I've used. Refreshing with a lovely touch of vintage and greenery. Machines are quick and big. Free Wi-Fi while waiting for your washing, A free video game or KFC & Macca's next door. Well looked after and very tidy and secure. Cheaper and quicker and friendly atmosphere.

Payment kiosk said certain dryer is free to use. I buy it. Person already using machine and it's been added to her credit. Called support "what do you expect me to do about it?!" was their response. I needed to immediately use a dryer, not buy in be told no refunds and then have to loiter around a while. Ugh.

Awesome laundromat with really good prices and options to pay with card! Very clean with plenty of parking on the premises. The owners are also helpful and respond quickly to any queries. They also have free wifi and a gaming machine to keep you entertained while you do your laundry.

This has got to be the greatest laundromat I have ever been to. There is free wifi, a free classic arcade game and the vending machine isn't overpriced. Its clean and the decor is stylish. Not another whitewashed laundromat for sure!

Has everything you need to do laundry, be wary of the vending machine though as it stole as much as I bought - my advice would be use notes as you'll need the change for the machines anyway (any coins I put in disappeared....)
