Place is filthy, washed clothes poorly, then went to use dryer and it took some of my tokens without adding time to the dry, I placed it on a medium heat with a large load for 24 minutes, many items of clothing have come out burnt, melted and ruined, won’t ever be able to wear them again. I suggest you take the walk to south bank and wash your clothes in the beach as they will come out better then what this laundromat will ever do. Never go here, save your money. Unless you are wanting to downsize your closet, this is the perfect place to burn unwanted goods before discarding.

Don't waste your money, we used the three front loaders and they did not spin dry the cloths properly. On one machine my daughter and I had to take each item to squeeze the water out, the other two weren't as bad but bad enough that I wasn't going to put in the dryer as they were still to wet. Took the clothes to a different laundrymat. Phoned only to leave a message and no one rang back. Owners would of been able to see us ringing out the cloths on the ctv

If you are going to do your washing here make sure you bring your own $1 coins the change machine is broken and the shops nearby are tight arsed and will not give out any coins. Would have been good to know this before driving here and not being familiar with Brisbane it has sucked not having coins supplied by the laundromat maybe they need to come up with another way to get $1 coins while there machine is out of order.

Clean enough, equipment seems to work well and reasonably priced - only complaint is that the token machine does not appear to have a working Apple Pay option or in fact any tap option that myself and another couple could work. If you don’t have a card for or cash with you then you may struggle - update: returned again and now was able to tap and pay with phone

Washers and dryers were old. After washing ended the clothes were soaking in water. The dryers could not dry the clothes even after putting <5 pieces of tshirts & shorts. We ended up going to another nearby Laundromat. The good thing is the cafe and convenience shore nearby & across the road that allow us to kill time and grab a coffee while waiting.

OMG, it’s really disgusting to find put my blanket sticked with hairs from inside of a washing machine. I thought it’s just a bad luck, so I gave it another go of $7 to wash this in another machine. But the 2nd was filled with a lot of hair too, what a coincidence!!! Please maintain a reasonable standard of hygiene if you want customers coming back

Exactly what I needed. Laundry done in an hour. It was $5 for a large load and about 4-5$ for the dryer. Friendly neighborhood got to pet some dogs while I waited. Folks were doing laundry and comfortable leaving it and coming back. Thanks for being what i needed close to my hotel.

Once I went there and the machine to get coins didn’t work and that’s the problem when nobody works there, because I couldn’t get the coins and do my laundry. Sometimes the machines are not clean and this is very annoying. The dryers are very good.

The only reason you have one star from me is that I had to do it to review. Disgusting conditions, broken dryers. Absolutely filthy....broken fluro light in washers and over floor. Don’t bother going here....absolutely feral condition!!!

If you have dirty clothes my suggestion is you wash them in the river before you try this place. The boat ramp on the other side of Highgate hill is only a short drive away. But be careful as the ramp can sometimes be slippery.

The place was filthy, bins over flowing, the floor was gross. The corner at the pay station smells like vomit. My washing came out still dirty and the drier marked a lot of my clothing. Don't bother going.

Scary as place for real. Overnight its filled with junkies. Had no clue, had to go for an emergency wash before a flight, my god, worst 30 minutes of my life. A coded lock of some sort would be decent.

If you can go anywhere else, there's no seating (2 shoddy broken seats don't count) consistently loose a dollar or 2 to the dryers every visit. Machine D4 eats my change on multiple occasions!!!

The trays for the laundry powder etc on every washing machine were absolutely filthy and as there was no sink or tap available i couldn't even wash them under water to clean them.

The option to pay using card is very handy, but there are no power points that actually work and so you won’t be able to charge your phone while you wait which sucks.

Clothes come out with scud stains all over them, and all my work shirts are ruined. Dryers are absolutely filthy with plastic stuck on the insides. Do not recommend!

Change machine has been out of action for months. Surrounding shops refuse to give change. Absolutely useless unless you arrive with your own pocketful of coins.

Slightly cheaper than other places and machines work fine, but the token machine didnt recognise my card, and 2 of the washers and 1 dryer didnt accept tokens

DONT GO HERE !! After one of the machines ate my money. I rang the hard to find phone number looking for help only to be abused by the staff! Not impressed.

Very convenient, easy to pay and machines are not very old yet. One thing about this place is dirty. If they clean twice a day, it would be more convenient.

Can be a bit unsavoury in the later times of the day. Recommended taking a friend if you're not accustomed to dealing with a few unsavoury types

Went there to clean our oversized mattress topper and it did so in 23 minutes. The change machine could be in a more conspicuous place though.

4 dollars per load. 2 dollars for 15 mins of drying (with a "super dryer") good machines. overall clean and good facility. thank you!

Came here to wash my sheets. The machine did the job correctly. Nobody offered to sell me drugs. I was pleased with the experience.

Front loaders don't spin heavy loads dry. Have had to spin dry one large load in two top loaders. Mostly clean.

Dirty and dryers are often broken but no signage to indicate this - a waste of time and money.
