I’m leaving this 1-Star review until this issue is resolved. I paid $16 for a MEGA load washer (receipt in app for proof) but the machine was asking for an additional $8 before it would do the wash ($24 total). However there’s no place to add another $8, it only allows you to pay for a $16 through the app so I had to pay AGAIN just to get it to work ($32 total). What’s going on here? There’s no one to reach out to for customer service so I’m leaving this review up until the issue is resolved. I will be leaving additional 1-Star reviews everyday until this issue is rectified.

Conveniently open 24/7 with the option of bringing your own detergent for the single load machine or no detergent (provided) for all other machines. Washing machines in a variety of sizes: • Double - 10kg _ 2 baskets worth • Tripple - 15kg _ 3 baskets worth • Mega - 23kg _ 5 baskets worth All driers are massive and are charged per 6 minute intervals with you being able to select between three different temperatures and a plethora of durations.

Good prices never had to wait for a machine, the dryer does a great job if you understand what you're drying, u need to add a little detergent despite what the sign said unless you genuinely have a very small load, available parking in 2 parking lots near no shortage of places to sit down, the washing machine could do with a longer cycle if you're paring for it or atleast and option.

U can pay online but will take u 30min to figure out how to get it to work..if ur lucky... plus no strong wifi or even 4G signal signal. I wasn't lucky so went to the ATM 5 min away and got some $20 notes. Parking sucks and need to be lucky to find one on the street. Wifi does not work properly and 3G signal gets weak inside the shop. Not a very pleasant experience

It's a pretty good amusement park if you can get around the occasional breakdowns with the slip and slides when you get in them, though you will need to make sure that you are wearing a swimsuit when you go in. Sometimes you will go in and come out very itchy so it's important to wear something that covers your skin.

Recently renovated, this clean laundromat has free detergent, or you can bring your own too (selected machines only). There will be free wifi, and the laundromat is in a great spot in Paddington. The brand new change machine is an awesome addition! Thanks Snap Laundromat for making laundry easy!

Lots of cameras. Never have to worry about having enough cash on your person. Credit account on your phone easy to use. Top up desired amounts from your visa etc. Enter the number placed directly on the front of machine you require. Wollah! Cycle starts remotely and instantly.

LOVE that I can use my credit card and not have to carry change!!!! Great to see it's always clean and well presented!!! I highly recommend the online payments!!!!! SNAP you are changing the way laundries do business... GREAT WORK!!!!

It' excellent! A friend recommended this place to me and it's popular. Very clean with lots of washing machines and dryers to choose from, and they're all quick and easy to use. The pay by mobile option is awesome too.

Time efficient and economic, free wifi available. Good clean results each time. Can handle big and large loads. No disappointing moments. Well maintained facility.

It's a great service, and I hope it continues. Very handy to be able to take my washing there - my access to the laundry at my units isn't always easy.

24 hours, no need for detergents as the machines are automatic. Close to pubs and restaurants so you don’t have to sit and wait.
