I booked for my trip to Banff for a couple of days after my friend recommended these guys and loved how smooth the process was. I missed my flight and was scared to hell about rebooking because of the prices but they got me a very competitive rate for my extension. Loved the free pickup and dropoff service and how accommodating they were with the timings. My wife and I arrived in Calgary on Thanksgiving. When I called no one was picking up. Then I got scared they were closed on Thanksgiving. Sarav than called me back and told my wife and I that he was coming and pick us up at the airport. We got the car we wanted, and it was up to my expectations. I was driving in a new city, so I got the safety features I needed to drive well. Very good services & cost for the car we got. I am very happy, and will use this car service again. The service here was excellent! We flew in from phoenix arizona and were given excellent communication, hassle free, and friendly service. Everything was arranged perfectly and we had no issues whatsoever. Our flight in was delayed by several hours but the car rental company was very accommodating in assuring we still were able to pick up our car. We will definitely be booking trough them again in the future (:

Without a doubt 5 stars. Had reservations at the airport Budget and there was, not kidding, a 2 hour line(reported by those at the front). We called Via West and they had a car ready when we arrived ten mins away. Then they saw us struggle with all the bags and came out with a larger car, complimentary, that fit our bags better.
