All staff have always been very professional and kind, going the extra mile whether it is to patiently answer questions , follow up with doctors' offices, or just listen to concerns. At the start of the pandemic, my husband & I were VERY ill,& Jeremy's kind and understanding demeanor on the phone , as we talked about any over the counter relief, made us feel understood and cared fr. The team at Vernon Pharmacy is amazing! Smart, helpful, responsive and willing to think and work outside the box. Sorry national chains - they leave you in the dust. They are so good that when we moved from LIC to Manhattan - we learned they could deliver to our building - and during Covid, they happily mailed our prescriptions to Long Island at no extra cost. They also work with the vagaries of insurance companies to ensure the paperwork gets done for prescriptions to be filled. Oh, did I mention that they also answer the phone immediately and call you back as promised.?! They do that and basically make you feel like you are a valued client. Run don’t walk to support the small business in Long Island city!!!

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. Quarter century at least I have shopped here. Josh and his son Jeremy and everybody that works here are gems. Excellent service, great pharmaceuticals and vaccination services to boot! There is a Duane Reade here and I choose not to frequent there because I get most of my prescription needs and toiletries right here! I miss Lisa though, but I just hope everybody supports VBP and they continue to thrive. Small businesses need neighborhood support to stay alive. Great prices and full service!

Change the name to "Jeremy's Pharmacy"! I have been a Concierge in LIC for the past 16 years and I have seen quite a few businesses come and go during my tenure. Vernon Pharmacy is THE standard. Attentive, respectful, courteous and always helpful. Particularly Jeremy. Now, when I call, I yell, "it's your fave pain in the a**!" Jeremy simply chuckles and immediately asks me what he can do for me. Again, I work in LIC I do not live here but I am always treated with respect when I call Vernon Pharmacy.

I've been going here for several years now and they are just the best! I used to go to one of the chains and it was always impersonal and disappointing. These folks are a real family pharmacy with a sense of community. The great, caring staff are compassionate and helpful above and beyond. They will often remember you and will always treat you with kindness. Highly, highly recommend them - and I love supporting a small business over a chain. Thank you all for what you do!

BEST pharmacy ever!!! They have the best service, very kind and considerate, especially the young man Jeremy who always look at me with a smile and professional knowledge. Also, they are the CHEAPEST in the world! Capsule tried to charge me $40 today for two meds and Vernon pharmacy delivered to my door for only $6! Thank you, Jeremy. As a resident in LIC, I am truly grateful for you and your pharmacy.

Jeremy, the pharmacist is so attentive, honest, and helpful - you can tell he knows his stuff and most of all truly cares. Thank you for all that you do!

This mom and pop store is simply amazing. Great service. Deliveries. Discount OTC brand. They've got it all. I've literally made health decisions based on the advice of their pharmacists. CVS and Duane Reade have nothing on these guys!
