Place a mobile order in at 5:08p.m. and my pickup time was for 5:18p.m. Since my order was placed by my daughter as I was driving that gave me plenty of time to get there for pickup. I arrived approx 5:15 and expected to wait a few minutes, no problem. 3 employees were working and only was making all the orders on her own, there was a large lineup for mobile pickup(8-10). The one girl making all the drinks was constantly being interrupted by the other who appeared to not be doing much to ask questions and get things for the other. I finally got my order at 5:50p.m. Absolutely outrageous couldn't believe the customers walking in off the street were getting their orders before all the mobile pickup customers. Never want to go there again. Worst customer service ever.

Went to this location with my wife and a couple friends, the waiter was fairly nice and quick to get everything we needed. The food itself was good but our only issue is we got our mains within minutes of our apps. Not a big deal, but with no space on the table and all the food there at once we had to rush, and stuff ended up getting cold. All and all a good overall experience.

This is probably one of the if not the best plazas in Hamilton for food. Many selections from American, Asian, Latin, and more. Some clothing, general supples, cleaners, you name it. I am often in this plaza primarily for food. I'm never disappointed. Lots of parking even at its busiest, just be careful driving through the lot, people do not oay attention to right of way.

The food is great but unimpressed with the service. We were requested to leave after we ate and sat for another 20 minutes because that table was reserved. More than half of the restaurant was empty on a Friday around 5pm but they needed our table specifically. I will never again visit the one on Upper James.

There's a large variety of smaller shops, pet store, ice cream parlor, beauty supply, eye glasses, restaurants, shoe store, dollar store, coffee store, etc. The parking can get crowded at meal times because there are several large standalone restaurants but there's something to satisfy everyone's taste.

It's a very good one; lots of shopping options from grocery (Fortinos), clothing (Winners, Mark's), electronics (EB Video Games), LCBO, CIBC Bank, Starbucks coffee and lots of restaurant, bars and takeout options. It also has plenty of parking spots available.

If you are interested in excellent meals and service,then Ye Olde Squire is the place to go to. You will get excellent meals and service. There's also a brand plenty of tvs to watch sports on. Prices are very reasonable and well worth the money spent.

Great place, good food, not too long of a wait for food but it's worth the time. Staff is friendly and attentive. My personal personal recommendation is the buttermilk chicken with the mashed potatoes veggies and gravy.

The food was ok. We went at the Dinner service, and for the price I was not impressed with the variety of choices out, it seemed much smaller a buffet setting as what I remember from previous visits.

The best ribs in town, smokehouse wrap, is the best wrap ever!! Staff is so courteous and efficient. The prices are fair, and there is great service all around.

Lots of parking. Food always terrific. Clean washrooms. Reasonably priced. Many venues to choose from. Good for kids too. The Mandarin is there and Montana's.

Wack, takes to long and place reaks of spilled booze. I understand it's a bar and grill but the food smell should over power the alcohol, If it's quality

Canadian Tire, always have a variety of goods. Food Basics... great for small shopping days. Fruit and vegetables are usually good.

Nice cute plaza, there's not much in this plaza. Mainly, food spots if you're in the area and looking for a couple of options.

It's of parking but traffic flow in and out from Upper James can be slow and frantic.
