Worst dentist office I've ever been to. They're super unorganized! First, they scheduled my appointment and called me about three times and texted me another three times to remind me about the appointment only for me to show up and not be seen because the wrong dentist was assigned on my insurance. They claim they called but I had no missed call or voice mail. I rescheduled but started getting texts about an appointment for a random date and time that I didn't schedule. I called and they gave me some excuse about the person didn't actually reschedule me so they just gave me a random appointment and that my scheduled time was no longer available so I had to make a new appointment. I finally was seen for my cleaning and needed some work done but was told I would have to come back to be seen by the owner and I could only be seen on a weekday and would have to take off work. I went to my appointment and waited an hour only to have to reschedule because they said it would be another 20 minutes and I needed to leave to get my daughter from school and I wouldn't have enough time after a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. I won't be coming back! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they tried to make me pay a copay for my cleaning and routine check up claiming that my insurance told them there would be a copay. I had to call my insurance to prove there is no copay for preventive care. You would think that they would know that. I don't think any insurance plan charges for preventive care.

Alejandra has been super helpful in assisting me with getting my services done here. She seriously needs a raise and she should be training everyone else at the front since she is very knowledgeable and makes getting my appointments done with ease. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think the transition to get services would have been as stress free. She made sure to grab my old dental records and coordinate all of my appointments and payments as fast and quick as possible. I will only go to her to book my future appointments or if I have some questions. The other staff members should take notes from her on how she treats patients and takes phone calls. As for the dentist, Dr. Kim and her assistant Flor are also really nice, professional, and patient. They took their time in doing my fillings.

I definitely don’t recommend this place as a choice. It looks unsanitary cleanliness wise. Very small in size. They literally have you doing X-rays in the hallway by the front desk, with no privacy whatsoever. You can look over the check in counter and see someone getting services in the hallway. Also they are going to find hundreds of dollars worth of work you don’t need done when you go in for a simple cleaning, just so they can make more money outside the services free to you by your dental provider. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke, and all these positive reviews must be from the employees working there friends and family. Do better Universal smh.

This was the absolute worst experience that I have ever had at a dental office.... Here is my story, I'm 68 years old and I needed to have my top teeth removed and get a denture, the surgery went well with no problems however when it came time for the denture the dentist just could not get it to fit, I went in probably around 6 times or more but they just couldn't get it done... I spent around 500.00 on a denture that I have never been able to wear even one time.... If you need dentures DON'T GO TO UNIVERSAL DENTAL!!! YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO WHITTLE YOUR OWN!! This entire process took around 8 months and I got nothing but a runaround.

Call this place for an appointment, it took 2 weeks for me to call them back because they NEVER called me nor verified my insurance. Then I after I get the appointment the visit went well, but the girl couldn't give me the price I'm suppose to pay with my insurance she was to get their fees to let me know what the price would be but NEVER called nor emailed me back with the fee. That was June 29th it's now August 12 still no call. Office full of workers but no one doing their job Transfer to another dentist. Don't waste your time they don't need your money

This place has been an absolute God send! From the moment I walked into this office to the various dental procedures I’ve had done, each team member has made the process a wonderful experience. Their professionalism and kindness goes a long way and helps people like me, who were once terrified of dentistry due to less than pleasant past experiences, feel reassured and more relaxed. Initiating the first appointment was easy. I tried moving to a different location closer to where I moved to Garland and they were complicating to deal with. So now I stick with this location even though it's a drive. They always call & text a reminder for appointments and always have them scheduled without me having to call back to schedule myself. They've always been available for last minute appointments.

The dentist is great and the dental assistants but the front desk sucks at training new employees and they pin point the smallest things just a word of advice dont waste your time applying there bc if your not mexican enough or come straight from mexico they will fire you after a couple of days and the girl in the front with her lil messed up attitude lucky lmao worst lead front desk horrible management ✌

It's a tiny office dirty they always schedule too many patients at the same time and no standing room in the waiting room has a very old smell floors are filthy and my appointment was at 4 didn't get into a room until 4:34 it's now 4:52and no one has checked on me the front office staff are very nice but if u are concerned with germs & staying at least 2 feet apart from other patients don't come here.

It's very important to communicate and connect with your Doctor. Of there's no eye contact or interaction then they not a good fit. I had a pretty good vibe.I drive from Burkburnett Texas almost 3 hours. I had to go in and get my partials adjusted and not did I leave out happy for the fitting. I stop and bought something to eat and I could eat with them in didn't have to take my teeth out.

My dental tech who did the procedure was very friendly and showed a lot of concern to make sure my procedure was going well. It was hospitality all the way around. I love your office because the staff is very nice & friendly. I am well pleased with my teeth whitening. I have had teeth whitening before but never like this. Keep us the good work! I am one satisfied dental patient.

U Dental is a friendly environment. Excellent staff. Fantastic customer service. Front desk is attentive to the patients needs. Doctors are so professional and great service and overall every one is friendly and have smiles. I felt so pleased to be in their presence and I would recommend them to others. I was happy to be a patient. I give them 5 Stars

I arrived for my 12:00pm appointment at 12:00pm and wasn't seen until 1:20pm I really hate places that do thatalso my Ortho sent them a email to show that I needed two teeth to get pulled. They kept trying to pull one and have me come back to pull the other one which would cost me more money. I feel as though they are a money grab company.

Professional and friendly, I would give 5 stars except my first visit didn't happen because the dentist had an emergency so I had to reschedule. Second visit was great no complaints. Third visit earned 5 stars! Had to get 4 teeth pulled. It was done with no pain. They are my dentist of choice now. They made me comfortable and relaxed. Super job!

Wonderful experience!!! From the moment I contacted Universal Dental to set up my appointment. Dulce was very empathetic to my situation and did everything possible to get me in to see the dentist ASAP. The entire staff was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Universal Dental on Buckner and will definitely be a returning patient.

I went to Universal Dental on Buckner for a clean and the dentist told me I had a couple of cavities that needed to be filled. I decided to get a second opinion from another dental office and was told that I didn’t have any cavities. I asked Universal Dental for copies of my X-Rays but they have not provided them. I don’t recommend going here.

This place is a scam, thay have marketing people going around offering you a $300 reward for taking you’re kids to there clinic, never got the reward after doing the change and making this place a regular checkups, I definitely not recommend this also for the service they provide as customers, place is dirty!

La verdad una mala experiencia con universal dental de la buckner siempre me asen esperar más de una hora ahí y al final me tengo que ir por qué llega otro paciente y lo pasan y yo sigo esperando y si yo llego 15 minutos tarde no me pasan pero bien que me asen esperar más de una hora

The experience that my daughters had was a great one,they did a great job on explaining everything that they need done and were very fast taking care of them.i would definitely recommend anybody to bring their families here and take care of their dental procedures.

Ridiculous! My daughter and I waited over an hour and 15 minutes during an 11am appointment Saturday. Took almost 40minutes to get her X-rays done and absolutely nothing else for another 45 after. Extremely overbooked especially for how small the waiting area is.

Didnt like it at all...firat time it was a 2 hour wait they made us waste our time disnt even get a cleaning....second time a regular cleaning hurted so much literally my gums where bleeding terrible service def. Do not recommend and not going back!

Excellent service from the time I set my appointment until the time I left the office. They took time to explain details of how I should take care of myself. The Doctor and staff are all wonderful and caring. I highly recommend this office.

My husband recently visited Udental for a dental cleaning and check-up and he was quoted outrageous prices and told about unnecessary treatments that was not needed. It was totally a waste of time and appointment. Just a shame!!!!

I was able to get an appointment the day after scheduling.. Service was fast. So fast no one offered to tell me about after care but my teeth look great and I had no pain afterward and I plan on visiting again .. Happy Customer

I love this dental clinic. I have been to another one and left with pain to where I was scared to go back anywhere. Here they made sure I was comfortable and had no pain with any procedure. I highly recommend them

Good customer service, I was treated within 10 or 15 minutes of my schedule appt. Dr Price is excellent, althou, I do wish he was available on more days.
