We’ve been here now a few times to hopefully get a treatment for my son. I’ve had to reschedule said treatment now 3 times because of the lack of information the staff gives. Aside from this, the wait time is over an hour after your scheduled appointment. I watched several patients be taken back for cleanings and would be out in under 5 minutes. My son has also had a “cleaning” here. Once, the tooth brush was put in his mouth one time and that was all. This will now be my second time reporting them to Medicaid and taking it a step further by filing a complaint to the State Board. The lack of transparency and consideration to patient and families time is severely lacking from the entire staff. Even in knowing my son has a disability and after claiming that they had proper training with kids like mine. It’s incredibly pitiful and I believe an audit should be thoroughly done by all insurances to verify that what is being billed is actually happening in office.

What can I say!!! I had a great experience coming in to bear creek today! If I could do more than 5 starts I would totally do so!! They deserve it!! Everyone was so very nice from the front girls Jackie and Jocelyn, they greeted me with big smiles and even waved as I walked in! Dr Luu and the back girls Cristina and Marlenee were very friendly and so talkative! I then meet Jenny and Diana and they were so informative with pricing and explained everything so well! Thank y’all so much ladies!!! Such a great experience!! ☺️☺️ I definitely recommend everyone to bring their kids here and even for adults!!

We switched over recently because they came to my sons school for career day and he couldn’t stop talking about how nice they were so we gave them a try. The office team is always friendly, every call is answered and the office is clean and super kid friendly. They greet you at the door with balloons made for the kids and have a play ground! The team is very Informative and quick! Im glad we made the switch as the boys love it here. Most dental office can feel cold and this place feels warm and inviting. Great job guys!

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. The place was empty and they let us wait for 2 and a half hours to get us in! When I asked they said that they are cleaning the room when I can see them laughing and fixing their makeup, or literally walking around the place and chatting with people. Maybe if you spend less money on painting the place and more on actually getting reliable staff people wouldn't have to sit waiting for hours!! JUST HORRIBLE

My children were still in pain after their check ups. 2 of my children had infection and they were denied help bc they had no open availability till 3+months. Mind you, they should know the risks of infection can lead to serious consequences!! My other child had fillings done as well and she was in pain due to horrible work done. I told them to cancel all their upcoming appts as they clearly don’t care about their patients. They said ok and just hung up without trying to find a solution.

Every single worker there was the best! Funny and cool! I am gonna tell my dad to not switch dentists ever in my lifetime! Every time we go here everyone is so nice. Christine had brooklyne and I laughing today and our lady fixing out teeth was nice, gentle and funny. I recommend this place to anyone. Front desk is awesome and all the women ladies are super nice. Thank you bear creek for everything. My mouth is still numb hoping to get pulled over by the po pó too. Lol

Love this place, from the moment i walked in I felt welcomed. It was a quick visit, i did not have to wait a long time to be called back to radiology and after my exam the manager Karla explained how my insurance works, which no other dental offices do! I really loved everyone, Cristina, Marlene, Diana M, and my twin Jasmin, they made my dental experience amazing! PS love the coloring book they gave me and my kiddos (:

Took my baby to his first dentist appointment everyone was really nice and helpful really good experience for him and I. Love the fact they give out balloons and you can take a picture with a bear they have inside lots of fun activities for the kids bug and small! There was no wait to get inside a examination room and for the dentist to see him answer all my questions and explain to me everything they where doing.

Dr Dao & Patty were so great! I came in for a consultation. My case was slightly more complex than this office was presently equipped to provide care for. So Dr Dao not only educated me on what he recommended for me, he also took time to look up other providers that would be highly recommended at this time. They were VERY caring and kind and highly professional. 10/10 would recommend this provider to others.

Thank you so much Bear Creek! My 2 year old woke up with mouth pain on a Saturday and I immediately called for any availability to be seen the same day. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The paperwork is a piece of cake not a book thank goodness. The kids enjoyed the play area and the visit with the dentist. As a mother of 3 I appreciate them getting us in and out within 30 minutes. I had such a great experience going here for my dentist appointment. They have great, affordable prices. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered the door. Rosa, in particular, made sure to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend to bring your children or take yourself to this facility for future dentist appointments.

My daughter hasn’t had a bad experience since I started bringing her here. The staff and dentists and assistants are lovely. Edit Update: I’m dropping my star rating. The wait times are ridiculous.. or at least when I go I’m there waiting in the lobby for over a hour. The staff however is still very nice but waiting that long for a 5 minute visit is beyond ridiculous

I just LOVE coming here! I’ve never had to complain about anything they do or have done! All treatments are painless and quick! All the staff is so sweet and nice! And every dentist my kids and I have had over 19+ years has done an amazing job at making us comfortable and willingly to come back for more service! Thank you and god bless everyone there!

I have cane to dentist ever since I was a child and the service is always amazing. The staff are gentle and sweet and they are quick to do their work. There times where I would be nervous, but they reassure me how things would be okay. I recommend this dentist for others and hopefully you have the same experience that I have every time.

Clean office, friendly staff, excellent service. Dr. Alison Brown was extremely helpful and thorough in explaining everything she found in pictures, X-rays, and in the examination. She described the pros and cons all of the possible options and took care of everything immediately after the initial checkout. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to the office, we had a fantastic experience. The office was very clean from front office to exam rooms. The staff was very kind and greeted us with a smile. My son is not a fan of the dentist but, Dr. N. made it comfortable for him. We will most definitely become regular patients at Bear Creek!!!

One of the best dentist I’ve ever been to; I’ve always had my daughter appointments here. The ladies who works here are always nice/sweet. Love the fact that they makes balloons flowers/swords every visit for all the children. Such a clean friendly environment. This would always be my #1 dentist for my daughter ❤️

I am the father of the baby and Diana and the doctor were very welcoming and very knowledgeable. They promptly assisted, they saw my treasure and we were on our way. Easily the Best around, thank you again for the stickers, coloring book, toothbrush, but over all the hospitality. We’ll be back next appointment.

Went for daughters check up and everything went so smooth! My daughter had a few cavities and like all kids, she was super nervous but all of the girls there made her feel super comfortable and the process happened fast! We have been coming here for some years already. Definitely recommend this place! :)

I absolutely love coming here, the staff is very nice and polite. I had many questions about my wisdom teeth removal and they answered all of them. They gave me courage and helped me throughout the process. They are very cautious because of the pandemic that’s taking place.

Took my kids here for the first time. Everyone was very nice, lobby/all areas seem very clean and they had a fun play area for the kids. Dr. Brown was very pleasant, sweet and gentle, Christina made the kids feel very comfortable and kept me informed of what was happening.

Staff is great. We love the pictures and all the goodies given. Fast and efficient. They have so much patience for all my kids especially my little one with autism, been going there since they were both babies.

Excellent service! The people there are great, especially Jasmin who helped get around during my visit. Never thought I would say this but, I am actually looking forward to getting another cavity to come back!
