My experience today was moderate! I’m so use to letting my child get serviced but today was my first time being a patient at this facility! The staff is usually always friendly and nice and today was no different! When I spoke with the dentist he rushed and never gave me details about the overall health of my teeth. He came in and looked in my mouth and said yes I can extract this tooth that’s bothering you and was almost out the door before he finished his sentence. His first recommendation was based on price and fortunately price is not always the bigger issue with everyone. Yes I would love to know my options but I think laying out a treatment plan would also allow dental work to be more affordable for patients paying out of pocket! I would love to have seen a roadmap of plans available to achieve better oral health and smile. The procedure that was performed today seemed to be out of the scope of practice for my dentist and that made me nervous. I want a dentist to take their time and build that personal rapport with their patients and I didn’t feel that today!

This place is hands done the best place to be they are kind and very helpful they make u feel safe and comfortable and they are so patient with everyone they work with. On the morning they have a little chant that they say which is so cute and it make you want to say it to. The manager is so understanding toward her employees and she is helpful in everyway she is always smiling and its so good to be here you can feel the good energy when you walk in. I will recommend this place to everybody to come here they do everything that involves the mouth, teeth, and gums it the perfect place to be at And I will be coming back here for sure.

Ive been coming here for quite awhile now, Ive met Dr. Medina, and Im extremely impressed by her work, she resolved my issue instantly, Im very thankful for meeting Diana the manager, she diss cussed my payment plans with me in such a useful and understanding way, that I was left with no questions to ask, I will most definitely be back, and leaving this review is my way of thanking her for how nice, they treated me, I recommend this place, not just for kids for adults as well, Thank you Diana and Dr. Medina Im highly satisfied with your service

I recently visited Bear Creek Family Dentistry and had a wonderful experience. The staff, including the receptionist, Elizabeth, were extremely welcoming and professional. Elizabeth's friendly demeanor and exceptional customer service made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She efficiently managed the check-in process and patiently answered all my questions. Her attention to detail and warm personality truly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend Bear Creek Family Dentistry and commend Elizabeth for her outstanding service.

The faculty is sweet as ever. The facility is always cleaned and the services provided for my kids were awesome. I loved the way everything was explained clearly before anything was done. My son had an appointment with the specialist but had to get rescheduled due to him having a runny nose in which his procedure required him to be sedated. The nice lady explained to me that if he was congested it would cause him to have a hard time breathing which I appreciated n rescheduled. I love this place for my family!

I take both of my kids here and every single time, it has been so smooth and so pleasant. The girls there are amazing and so sweet! Thank you Mara, Esmeralda, Mabel, and all the dentist that work on my babies’ teeth! Y’all should get a bonus for every time someone writes your name on a review, that would be great motivation to do even better but I don’t think that’s possible because y’all really do such a great job! First of all Cristal called me to remind me of my appointment. Bear Creek always gives me a pleasant experience. Sylvia was nice enough to watch my children while I was getting treatment for myself after they were done. I didn't even realize how time passed by but Dr walker Sonia and Claudia were wonderful and a huge thank you to Esme who made sure I was good to go at the end and was so nice to me, she is the sweetest !

Love it here! I’ve been going to this location for years. The staff is super friendly & informative. Dr. Angel was so delicate with my toddlers teeth & walked her through every step… She also did a few fillings on my oldest daughter’s teeth & it was incredibly quick. The staff here is always welcoming/accommodating, every thing is neat/clean & overall my girls are always comfortable. will be back in 6 months!

Dr. Camino and his team did a great job with my kids today. My kids can not tolerate the idea of coming to the dentist. Dr. Camino made it his objective to make sure my children were comfortable with the treatment. Overall Dr. Camino and his staff did a superb job and I would recommend to anyone with kids. Their service is outstanding, the Dr.'s at this office take their time, and are very precise with their work, I met Diana the manager and she was more than just extremely helpful, not only did she seem patient, but she had a really positive attitude and was able to resolve my issue, I recommend this place 100 percent, and their staff is just incredible, Again I thank Diana for her amazing service.

I had a great experience at bear creek. It was family friend and everyone was so nice. Made me feel welcomed and appreciated of the issuing that i had. I went in for a cleaning and most definitely will go again. Employee Samantha reyes was a wonderful worker, she made my experience there so amazing and i felt comfortable. ARECELI (the lady who takes the photos) ALWAYS SO KIND & PROFESSIONAL & makes you feel like FAMILY!!! VANESSA & MELISSA did so GREAT with my daughter for her XRAYS! She was so scared & crying at 1st but VANESSA swooped right in & made her calm down so quickly! (Especially for being a "stranger " to my kid, she worked her MAGIC pretty quick!!) GRACIAS CHICAS!!!

Loved my experience here at bear creek dentistry. All the staff here are amazing, friendly, listen to all your needs or any questions you may have. My kids love this place!! The doctors and assistants are very nice and caring and they know how to make your children feel comfortable! There is plenty of entertainment from movies to balloon blow ups and a mini inside playground! They also take pictures of your children and make key chains for them! We have been patients for 5 years!

Took my daughter because she was having pain and they were able to see us the same day. Wait time was very long and they filed a claim with our insurance as a cleaning. I spoke with the manager and she said sometimes the doctor uses a toothbrush to check your teeth and that counts as a cleaning. That is just wrong.

The entire office was Amazing! Personally, we were seen by Dr. Angel and her assistant Beyoncé, however the entire staff, experience, and everything in between was AWESOME! Terrible experience. The doctor numbed me with the incorrect numbing solution. I had a very painful and scary reaction to the error and I still have pain in the area I was pricked.
