I have shopped this location before and found it to be well stocked, good variety despite small square footage. I had purchased Saturday's newspaper and had seen a Gabriel's Liquid ad with a great price on Maker's Mark 750ml for $9.99, wow. Kind of far to drive so I figured I would ask Twin Liquors to honor the ad, popped in about 645pm, grab a bottle of maker's and take to the counter and present it to Patricia, and tell her I am requesting a price match. She looks at the ad carefully, reading out loud "September 26th..... Gabriel's. .....ummmm let me check if we can honor this. "Walks over to a tall co-worker and starts a conversation with him. I'm thinking must be manager... and wait for her to return, but she doesn't. Looking around she pops out of the backroom with phone in hand. Finally comes to the counter stating, "my manager said we will honor it". Then starts to explain, in a haughty dismissive tone, "some ads are not honored because of some reasons", I stay silent and she asks, "Did you hear me? " I respond , "yes" She rings up the order, swipes my debit card, hands me the receipt for signature and starts to bag the bottle when she asks if she handed the ad back to me. I tell her yes, then states, "I have to have it back" didn't ask, demands it. I reply "No, the paper is mine" she grabs the bottle with both hands, "We'll then you can't take the bottle" I'm stunned, I pick up my receipt tell her "I paid for that, how can you not allow me to take it? " She pauses realizes I'm right then says "you're ridiculous, fine take it and your business to Gabriel's " Whoa, really did you call me ridiculous? She replies "I said you are being ridiculous" No, I correct her "you stated I'm (ridiculous)", and I'm highly offended. We banter back and forth about that point. I call her Co worker over and ask him if he heard her call me ridiculous? He doesn't respond to the question. He goes on to explain the policy about keeping the ad, stapling to the receipt etc., I told him I paid money for my newspaper, I'm not going to give it up. Patricia now claims she going to call security, I tell her go ahead, I haven't done anything wrong. I'm shaking my head incredulously, really!!! Charges will be, "failed to hand over his newspaper". Twin Liquors management you have your work cut out for you, in this highly competitive market you won't last long with that type of service.

My husband and I often have gatherings at our home and we want people to feel at home and to me that includes having their favorite wine, spirit or cordial available. A few of our guests have requested some difficult to find premium whiskey and we had to locate a hard to find bottle of scotch during the pandemic. My first stop was at Twin Liquors Alón @ Northwest Military Drive and I wasn't disappointed. They had exactly what I was looking for and as a bonus the clerk recommended a whiskey he thought my husband would enjoy and he was spot on....my husband loved it. If you find yourself in need of a hostess gift or if you're feeling adventurous and just want to try something different, stop by Twin Liquors and get to know the staff and you will be very satisfied with the advice and service...You'll have a unique bottle experience that you'll want to repeat again and again.

The AC is OUT!!! I am so shocked that this store still hasn’t fixed its air conditioner yet. It has probably been at least two months with no AC for these poor workers. Makes me not want to shop at or support Twin Liquors anymore if they can’t even take care of their employees in 109* temperatures. The stupid little portable AC they recently got in, is a joke!!!! This is so sad! One lost customer and many more from what the people in line with me were saying. I’ll start driving to Costco Liquors!

Simple rude. I love being followed around the dang store and not spoken to. Yet my husband comes in 10 min. Got a wonderful welcome and was asked if he needed any help. He had a shopping list so he got his stuff first. Then he joined me where the rum was at. After my husband asked me if I found what I needed yet was I spoken to. Idk if was because my husband was in his army uniform. But y'all should treat all your customer the same. I decided to get my bottles from the class six instead.

Great selection of liquors and wines. Less beer selection, but that's not a minus for me, especially with an HEB next door if that's what you're looking for. Regular discounts for buying two of an item ("Twin" liquors) plus sales on weekends. This location could use a little better defined space for a line in days where it's busy, but that's a small complaint.

I've only gone a few times but whenever I go I have a good experience. Last time I went there was a girl who was super friendly and even helped to turn me on to a really goooood tequila that didn't break my bank but went down like water. Paid a little more for what I got than usual but eh. Not bad.

Good assortment of liquors for such a small place. The cashier was friendly. Definitely a nice place to buy your liquor, not like some of the seedy shops in strip malls. They also have tastings frequently. Great place to buy wine if you can't make it to the larger chain stores.

Very rude service! Asked for help finding a certain wine. The lady tonight said go look over there! After 30 minutes of going thru every isle, we found it. She rang us up with no smile, no thank you, no good bye but sheer anger. This place is trash! Fire her or close it down !

Store is fully stocked with wine, liquors of all flavors and everything you need for making your favorite cocktails. A gentleman by the name of Robert was very knowledgeable on the tequila selection and we had a nice conversation about the differences of each.

I'm not going to say that this is a liquor store to end all liquor stores... but is it really that far off? Huge selection, appealing deals all around. This particular location has very friendly staff and the astounding selection of Twin Liquors everywhere.

Manager is great and friendly. Her staff is awesome. Great selection, clean store. I have been going here for 3 months and everyone there is so welcoming and service gets better and better each. Definitely recommend

Came in in search of a tequila not available in NC. They did not have it but found it for me at another vendor in the SA area! Very helpful staff. Many thanks to Twin Liquors!!
