I knew from the detailed website that this was going to be a great experience and I was right! I booked 2 appointment online one by accident. Liz the receptionist called me to to clarify and she was super friendly and professional and followed up with to confirm. I walked into a ultra chic modern space with sounds of Erykah Badu softly playing in the background. Liz welcomed me with a warm greeting and I immediately felt comfortable. Trista was amazing! She is super friendly, very experienced and made me feel safe. Dr. James has positive warm energy that makes you feel relaxed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and paid attention to my needs. I received the BEST cleaning ever! Gentle yet thorough! I originally came in due to a problem with a filling and Dr. James took the time to listen and ask me several questions regarding my dental history which way key and no other dentist did this. After examining my teeth and asking thorough questions, Dr. James was able narrow down the tooth that was hurting. I’ve seen 4 dentist for this problem and I appreciate her recognizing the issue needs greater attention that is outside the scope of dentistry. Rather than suggesting this is something that can be done in office, Dr. James referred me to orthodontics for further evaluation and follow up with her office. Dr. James is extremely detailed oriented and she answered all of my questions and provided insight into what was going on. Trinity Dental is amazing and I look forward to my follow up!

Dr. James, Tricia, Liz and the entire Trinity Dental Loft Team are all AMAZING. I've seen Dr. James on numerous occasions over the past two-ish years. First I'll say that Dr. James and her team do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable and valued as possible. They truly care about each patient. Everyone is so professional yet warm. I felt right at home here from the very beginning. Dr. James is very thorough in her practice and ensured my well being during each of my visits. Today was my second visit at Trinity. I'm a very picky patient at the dentist office I watch people's hands for cleanliness. I'm always like "Are they touching papers then putting their hands in my mouth?! Are they touching the door then touching tools that are going in my mouth?!" Thankfully I never had to correct the staff here they were very clean and professional. I had lots of questions about dental hygiene for the hygienist and she was patient and answered each one thoroughly. The dentist was very professional and friendly as well, my second visit I got a cavity filled and she treated me with care no pain procedure and made sure I was comfortable. The office experience is comfortable as well, very modern and they have personal TVs and headphones so you can watch YouTube, Netflix or Hulu during your cleaning/procedure instead of staring at the ceiling listening to tools drill in your mouth. I'll definitely be back!

Let me be clear: I have NEVER liked going to the dentist. My first visit, my blood pressure was so high, the readings had to be taken several times - and it was only a consult. The next appointment, when I was actually getting work done, I had to mentally prepare the day before and slept horribly. Despite that deeply ingrained fear, I'd made up my mind to get my dental act together; I could not have chosen a better dentist! The staff is amazing and make you feel at ease, like family. And, I promise you, Dr. James is the goddess of dentistry! She has repaired so many shoddy dental jobs I've gotten in the past to the point that my teeth just done look the same. Not to mention, discomfort is non-existent. Best decision I could have ever made for my dental health is going to her. I went to Trinity Dental Loft for a second opinion on dental work that my previous dentist said I needed without even taking a current x-ray.  I was able to get an appointment right away rather than waiting for months. I was seen as soon as I completed the health history paperwork. The staff tended to my vitals, x-rays, and insurance billing in a comforting, friendly, efficient manner. Dr. James examined my teeth in regards to my concerns of what I was told by my previous dentist. Just as I thought, I did not need the procedure that was recommended by my previous dentist (just to use up my yearly insurance benefits). She explained what I needed to be aware of and how to better take care of my teeth. I am very happy that I got a second opinion from Dr. James to prevent having unneccessary dental work done. I will continue coming to this office.

My last experience with a dental office was beyond awful. I began to have issues with my back tooth and was very scared to go to the dentist. I was on google googling dentist offices and their reviews at 2 am in the morning could not sleep with the discomfort. I came upon Trinity Dental Loft and read their reviews after reading them I told myself that's were I'm going. I am very glad that I went. I'm not going to lie I was truely scared to go in but I new I had to but from the moment I went in Liz was very nice and polite. She set me up with an appointment right away and the assistant and dentist were exceptional very friendly, caring, and attentive. I'm not thinking twice to go back. The best cleaning and cosmetic dental work I have ever experienced - I finally have the smile I’ve always dreamed of! Dr. James and the entire staff made every visit great from start to finish. I didn’t feel a thing and was able to watch my favorite Netflix show during my appointments! She uses state of the art equipment and procedures to reduce my recovery time and make sure my smile always looked camera ready throughout the process. From a standard cleaning to temporary crowns and a smile redesign, I am forever grateful to Dr. James and the Trinity Dental Loft team. She also was great with my toddler as we start building healthy dental habits from day one! Will never go anywhere else.

I moved to Dallas a couple of years ago and have had terrible luck with dentists ever since. Mint Dentistry left me in pain and Monarch Dentistry wasn't honest enough to inform me they were out of my network when I was referred by a friend. They let me find out when the bill came. But I'm happy to report Trinity Dental Loft passed with flying colors. Convenient location, well designed new space, and a friendly staff. Plus Dr. James was great. Clear communicator, delicate touch, and most importantly, honest. She got to the root of my pain after a quick x-ray, and provided a simple solution, not made up thing$. That's the kind of dental experience I've been looking for.

I just got laid off from my job and needed a win, so I figured "lets go to the dentist before my insurance disappears". Dr. James is an amazing doctor. She is truly the Queen of Dentistry. She’s repaired my old fillings and in the process of upgrading my smile as I just recently completed 15 months of Orthodontic treatment. She has provided excellent service to me and my family and taken care all of our dental needs. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. Liz also provided exceptional services from the time we booked our appointments to processing claims with our insurance. Dr. Amber and Mrs. Star are an absolute delight. I am so grateful that this place was recommended to me. I’ve had two visits to Trinity and they’ve both been great experiences. The entire staff is professional and caring. Dr. James made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. During my first visit she took the time to go over my dental exam in detail and thoroughly explained any issues. She is professional, gentle, and kind. Liz at the front office is also always friendly and takes the time to check with insurance to give you accurate quotes. I value the transparency. The office is clean, bright, and has the perfect calming ambiance. This is the best dental experience I’ve had since I moved to Texas. I would highly recommend.

I was told that I needed quite a few procedures done by this office. Barely even saw the dentist. The hygienist did everything. I know I take good care of my teeth. So I got two other opinions from two other dentists and both agreed the procedures did not need to be done. I’m not saying this practice is doing it to everyone, but it’s upsetting they tried to get me to pay more for things that weren’t even true about my dental situation. I hope they stay in practice because I’m not trying to get them shut down, I’m just saying watch out if something seems not right at the appointment about what they say you need.

Ms.James, Liz and Trisha were AMAZING! I definitely recommend this office! I’ve never been to a better dentist office in my 23 years of living. I’ve also never had the dentist take the time to clean my teeth herself. The service was so great that I literally went to sleep while getting my teeth clean. The office is so nice, the music was fitting and they even offered me Netflix during the cleaning. My first time here. I really enjoyed my experience. Very clean office and good experience. Rachel (the Hygienist) and Dr. James (the Dentist) were kind and pleasant to speak with. I came in for a teeth whitening treatment and Liz at the front was so sweet, friendly and helpful. I had to call and reschedule and she was always professional and was able to accommodate my needs. During my treatment, Naricka was the dental asst. that handled my whitening. She was informative about my after care, and made sure I had a pleasurable experience the entire time. I will be back. Full disclosure, it had been almost 2 years since I had my teeth cleaned. We moved to Dallas almost 4 years ago and had bad luck finding great dental care and then Covid hit. Fast forward to today, my first appointment with Dr. James. I was nervous that I would have a painful experience. Dr. James was wonderful and has a gentle touch. Trisha put my mind at ease as she took those uncomfortable x-rays and my mouth is happy and pain free!

My experience was 10/10. The entire staff, from the front desk to the dental chair, were friendly, transparent, gently, personable, and informative. They have TV and headphones to help ease your experience. I’m historically very anxious about the dentist, but the Trinity Dental Loft staff were very helpful and calming. My hygienist, Ms. Kim, was the best human I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I really like the office, very modern with a travel theme in the waiting room. I received Botox, teeth whitening and teeth cleaning here and was very pleased. The doctor was patient and treated me with care. She answered all of my questions and the staff was very friendly. I like that they have headphones so you can stream during the procedure it made me very comfortable. Great vibes. Would definitely recommend.

Was over charged. Charged me for family instead of individual deductible. I brought it to receptionist attention and it was never fixed nor charged back. Dr. James drilled my tooth down so bad that it’s uneven and was in so much pain during and after the drilling. Provided nothing to ease pain. Had to go to a different dentist to fix. Will NEVER return. So please stop sending me emails. Worst dentist visit ever

I went in for a cleaning, they were timely, very kind and compassionate. I spent most of my time with the person who did my x-rays and the dental hygienist for the cleaning. I felt like she listened to my concerns and gave me things to consider. Dr. James came in at the end, she was very kind and nice. She let me ask her any questions I had. I will refer my friends and will be back for my routine cleaning!

A fabulous new patient experience! Dr. James made me feel comfortable and gave me solid advice on how to improve my oral health without being scolding/preachy (my experience at most other dental clinics). I loved my experience with Dr. Amber. The dental office is very inviting as soon as you walk thru the door. The office is equipped with what seemed like the latest and greatest machines available in the industry. It was nice to have immediate results on my x-rays directly prior to my cleaning. Love this office, the staff and dentist! The dental assistants, hygienists and so sweet and the dentist and she’s so gentle compared to the other dentist offices I’ve been too especially having braces in the past. My husband also like this office and the location. The location right off the highway and near many restaurants if you wanna get a bit before hand. All in all 5 stars!

They have such great facilities, friendly staff, and the dentist herself is magnificent! They were attentive to my dental history and constantly made sure I was comfortable. I have never been afraid of the dentist, but if you are, this is the place to go. They even have screens so you can watch a movie or something to distract you/your kid in the chair. The BEST dentist I’ve ever been to. Such a pleasant dental experience. The dentist cleaned my teeth herself. In all my years, I’ve never had the dentist do my cleaning (usually a hygienist) and it was wonderful. Basically a painless experience because she is so skilled. I’ve gone to other dentists around oak cliff, but I would highly recommend this place over any other.

Everyone was so friendly and I had such a pleasant experience from check in to check out. The Dental Hygienist was so gentle with cleaning yet through and Dr. James explained everything and was absolutely wonderful to my children and myself. Everybody at this office was so friendly and welcoming. I was having some tooth pain and they made sure to call when they had a cancellation to get me in sooner which was so thoughtful! Dr James is so sweet and personable. I have had bad experiences in the past and felt I was pushed hard to get more dental work done. BUT Dr James is very honest and open, she explains when you ask questions. She is gentle during the cleaning as well! Her hygienist is also great! I used to live closer but now drive a little ways go see her.

Great dental hygienist and Dr. James is a fantastic dentist who was thorough and respectful. My dental hygienist did a deep cleaning and it didn't hurt at all! They are an LGBTQIA+ friendly business.
