Wonderful...How often does one say that about a dental office? The current dental practice here is wonderful with an amazing staff. From the front desk to those that advocate with insurances on the patient behalf, coordinate patient treatment, to administration, to the dental hygienists, the dental assistants, to the manager that can wear many hats from working with complex insurance claims to working as a dental assistant as needed, all are friendly, professional, and available to answer questions when needed. I find all care about and are really good at what they do. To me that translates to quality of care. Doctor Suleiman and the team of dental specialists he brings to his office for his patients, are all friendly, skilled, and experienced professional doctors. All go out of their way to ensure patients are comfortable, taken care of, and that all procedures, and options available are discussed and understood before anything is done. They want things to be clear for you. I originally found Torrey Del Mar Dentistry looking for advanced laser treatment for my spouse, which some dentists did not do, others used a different procedure that had an increased risk of failure and was expensive, and others proposed outrageous costs to use laser. We went on quite a journey before finding this dental practice. At that time, it belonged to Dr. Rosenson who has since retired. He had access to top quality specialists that came to his office, one was experienced with laser treatment, overall cost was surprisingly reasonable, and the outcome was successful. Dr. Rosenson was a wonderful dentist, and the things I mentioned above were true as well for his practice. Dr. Suleiman the new owner has brought his personality and dental expertise, and has made it his business, to carry this practice forward with a high level of professionalism and care, to which we are very thankful for. If you have a dental need, are looking for a dental practice you can trust, and are looking for a successful outcome with quality of care, you'll find that here. We’ve been going here since 2012.

We've been with Dr. Suleiman for a couple of years now. They have been great about scheduling, always get us in and out quickly and have really helped my teeth. Dr. Suleiman has a dry, sarcastic demeanor that really helps break down the walls when you're nervous about dental work. I had some swelling in a crown and was able to get in touch with the dentist during off hours within an hour of calling in! They got me in to check it out right away on the Monday after. Nothing but good things to say about the staff at Torrey Del Mar Dentistry! EDIT: Another fantastic experience with Dr Sulemain and his wonderful staff! Had two appointments scheduled and was experiencing pain and issues on the tooth that was further away to be worked on. Showed up, they assessed the situation and adapted to do work on the bigger issue. The team is always so friendly and adaptable to their customers. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental, and every time I walk in I am given every possible help to make my visit so comfortable. Can't recommend them any more highly!

I don't think this review will do it justice but if you want to have a dental visit that doesn't even feel like you are visiting the dentist, this is the place to go. And these are the reasons why: 1. From the minute you step into their office, the staff is already so welcoming. 2. Waiting in the waiting room? Nope. Within minutes, Dr. Suleiman's staff are already taking you in. 3. Dr. Suleiman is so approachable, patient, and listens to everything you have to say. And what makes this better is that he follows though with what he says. He sincerely cares for your dental care and will approach it in such manner. I appreciate the quality of care I receive here because it is genuine, honest, and I always leave the office feeling satisfied.

I am incredibly lucky I found this location! I just left their office for my cleaning, and I was thinking to myself, “Wow, I hit the dental lottery.” Not only is Faisal A. Suleiman, my dentist, a total master at what he does, my dental hygienist Sheila Ajmal gave me teeth that feel like a new third set of teeth. The ladies at the front desk are ALWAYS respectful and they always remember who you are. They are fair, honest, and will only recommend work that’s needed. A rare gem and find in today’s chaotic society. I am so glad I found this place and if I move again, I may just have to fly back down here and not go elsewhere. Make that call, you won’t regret it.

Wonderful experience for my family! My husband and I had a cleaning from Sheila a few weeks ago and my daughter saw the pediatric dentist. We all had an incredible experience and everyone was so thorough and kind. My daughter was screaming for part of her and my appointment and no one made us feel bad but they just tried to make her comfortable and accommodate us. I saw Dr. Faisal again today for a filling, appointment went super fast and easy. We’re very happy to have found a family dentist we can go to for years! We will be referring friends and family. Torrey Del Mar Dentistry is amazing. Dr. Suleiman, Kirsten Schoberg the Office Manager and all his Dental Techs and Front Office Staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond for their patients. The office is very nice and clean and they have great protocol for Covid. I have been going here for TMJ problems and the care I have received has been wonderful, the staff makes you feel very welcome and they have really helped me on my road to recovery. I have been going to the dentists and staff at Torrey Del Mar Dentists since they were located in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. I have had many problems with my teeth and Dr. Jack Rosenson has been amazing in my treatment which has allowed me to keep many of my teeth. He is up to date on the latest dental techniques, most of which are painless. I have since moved from San Diego to Northern California, but fly in 4 times a year for dental treatment with Dr. Rosenson and his staff. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Miriam Schroeder

For the first time since I was a kid, I am no longer terrified to go to the dentist. Dr. Rosenson is great, Audrey is the best hygienist I've ever had, and the office staff is friendly and professional. I had to have a filling redone (it was a silver one from when I was a kid) and I didn't feel a thing. The dentist that did my filling listened to me when I told him that side had to have more anesthetic than normal and he made it a point to make sure I wasn't feeling anything. Love them all and I'm happy to have found them!

I want to be taken off this e-mail distribution list once-and-for-all. Because your office does not offer more convenient hours such as at least 1 night per week or even a Saturday, I always have to race from my work to get to your office. Subsequently, I was late for my last appointment, to which your new person up front told me that "you'll have to reschedule, you're 15 minutes late." I told her no problem, I'm outta here for good - and found a new dentist within the hour.

I have been coming to Torrey Del Mar Dentistry for about a year. Dr Suleiman and his team are wonderful. Each person in the office that I have come in contact with are friendly and have treated me with much kindness. I recently needed a bridge replaced and Dr Suleiman and his team made sure that I was comfortable and had the best possible outcomes throughout this several months procedure. Just had my consult and first cleaning here. Was referred by a family member who had an excellent experience, and am glad I made the switch from my previous dentist to Torrey Del Mar. Every member of their staff that I interacted with was fantastic, personable yet professional. Honey and Dr. Suleiman are the best! They removed an old crown took an impression, and applied a temporary crown and from numbing to drilling it was all painless. Honey is really versed at taking impressions and placing temporary crowns, I highly recommend her if you need this type of work done. She’s so personable answers all my tedious questions and is a great assistant to Dr. Suleiman!

Upon entering with my mother, we were greeted by Nichole who did a wonderful job checking us in and providing us the proper information we needed to follow up our next appointment. Nichole introduced us to the rest of the staff who were all kind and personable and Claudia did an amazing job giving us a in depth procedure.

They forgot to include the necessary documents when requesting to my insurance company for coverage. I paid my co-pay and was told that is all. But later I was asked to pay more since they cannot get it from the insurance plan due to their mistake when submitting/processing. I am really unsatisfied with their service.

This office is in a nice location and easy to find. Everyone in the office was very friendly and super helpful! I got my teeth cleaned by Allison, she was very nice and made my experience awesome! Dr. Suleiman was very informative and basically one of the homies now. 10 outta 10 would recommend to a friend!!!
