That's why I started looking another dentist for me and for my 14th years old son .. Wow we really happy to found you. My son came home after his teeth cleaner, he was very happy happy ... Without pain and job done WELL.... Clinic was very clean , staff and doctors very friendly patient nice and professional ...Technology is much much higher than at the Western Dental or somewhere else...Communication with patients and filling out paperwork on tablet was very easy.... X-Ray taking without pain or hurting..... I mean everything's was great... After when my son was happy with all of your job without painful clean and plus with gift to him , I decided transfer to your clinic myself too.. Today doctor done with my teeth a great great job too.. I mean you are awesome guys .I am very regret that I did not find you earlier than now..... Thank you thank you thank you thank you ...Me and my son really appreciate all of you...Well DONE ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is only good for routine checkups. Been coming here since 2019 and never had any issues until now when I need actual care and a procedure done. All of this under Rakenya management. This office failed to submit a pre-authorization on June 27. I called a month later to follow up July 26 to find out it was never submitted in June. Reason for care was a filling that fell off THREE TIMES from this office poor work. This office does not practice verification of eligibility until you wasted time and money to pay for downtown parking. Got turned away three times when they could have easily verified the previous day to notify patient something was wrong to prevent the patient from wasting efforts. Request was denied from Manager for a corporate number when I was scheduled for an appointment today that was scheduled BY THE MANAGER yesterday and the office was closed (picture attached of empty office at 2pm on Wednesday). Front desk staff is very unapologetic of their mistakes and make no effort to make it right for the patient.

Make sure you don't pay them a dime until you check what your insurance covers. It's been 3 days of me asking for a refund since I saw on my insurance portal that they covered almost everything. They also never sent me a payment receipt after asking several times. Today, the manager said he was going to process my refund and send me an email. No email again. I will be reporting them to the business bureau and taking legal action unless they refund me and send me proof. I'm sure I'm not the first person they have lied to about service fees to literally steal people's money.

I came here a while back for a root canal and crown. They mismatched the color of the crown with the rest of my teeth. When I brought it up to the dentist, he said ‘you can only tell when you’re close’ and brushed my complaint off. I shouldn’t have left that office without them fixing their issue, but to be fair — they should have fixed the issue right when I brought it up. Avoid this dentist for anything cosmetic.

I had a great experience. The whole staff was very professional and checked on me periodically to make sure I wasn’t in any pain during the process. The Smalltalk made me feel comfortable in a sense where I didn’t feel like I was just a patient but working with people who truly loved their career. Thanks again and keep up the excellent work.

Everyone at the office is always friendly and works in a timely manner. The office is clean modern. They treat my daughter with excellent service. Paola is always there with a warm smile and I look forward to seeing her every time!

Scheduled me for the wrong treatment, when the doctor I need wasn’t even at this location. How do you mess that up? It’s very important to have this done correctly. Barely even received an apology.

This office is clean, respectful, well organized. Excellent care and consideration here. Hopefully they don't leave like Lolita's taco shop did next door …

Rakeyan was great at the front desk, so helpful and efficient. The hygienist Christina has the softest touch. And DR. Jen and Norma amazing !!!
