So...Where to start? First and foremost I used to have an emotional attachment to this place. l was a phone girl at the age of 14 at the Tevere Ste-genevieve location where the real pizzaiolos knew what they were doing, straight italians! The whole staff, who worked there for at leaaaast 20 years, alllll left when they tore down this staple and turned it into this horror of a franchise. Anyways, besides the point. Every now and then just to get 1% of the taste i used to enjoy so deeply, i order pizza for my family and its always a hit or miss. The consistancy is never the same. Tonight, we ordered an Extra Large(16") and received a Large(14"). I called and the owner rudely took the phone convo to another level. This man was trying to convince me that he did not know where the mistake was from....obviously the receptionist put 14" on the bill order instead of 16" and says he will make me an extra 10" pizza to make up for the size......anyways after some arguing he finally decided to make the 16" with a touch of attitude! Zerooooo experience in customer service and i dont understand how hes still the owner and giving, what used to be such a great pizza place, such a bad rep! Never again! Moving on! RiP Tevere

Extremely disappointed !! Placed an order on a Saturday, early afternoon, for a couple of pizzas. Lady over the phone had a monotonic voice, kinda rude...someone that did not want to be there is seems. Placed my order at 12h38 according to my phone. My wife called at 13h45 and was told pizzas are on their way. I called at 14h00 and got the same lady who again, was not pleasant over the phone; I asked if it normal to wait 1 hour and a half for the delivery and she corrected me saying it was 1 hour and 17 min and pizzas were on their way !!! No apology, no sorry sir, no nothing. Pizzas got here at 14h05, not hot. Because of the service I received, because of the person over the phone with her wonderful customer service skills, it is the very last time I ever order anything from that restaurant.

Really needs more pizza sauce. I could be wrong and maybe that's how it's suppose to be. This is just my personal expression and wanted to see how the standard pizza is. On our pizza order of the "Trois Viandes d'Explosion" (meat balls, sausage and bacon) - we felt the pizza lacked tomato sauce. This made the pizza dry which didn't harmonize the pizza ingredients together. The dough was good, the cheese wasn't salty and the sausage peices were chunky. That was the good part, but it just didn't work together with such a low proportion of sauce. Please be a bit more liberal by adding a bit more sauce. I've added photos to get an idea of a side view and lifted the cheese for you to see. In my personal opinion it was way too dry of a pizza. Hopefully the next order will be better.

The manager Shawan is absolutely down right rude. I order from Tevere express all the time and I have never had an issue however yesterday was different the pasta was overcooked and the sauce was watered down. I called and Shawan told me he literally couldn't do anything. Due to the fact that I didn't call right after receiving my meal he said I should have common sense and know that theres nothing he can do. Its such a shame that one person who has no idea how to manage a business can tarnish something after one experience I am done with this restaurant on to the next!

Bonsoir, nous avons commander une pizza croute épaisse bien cute le 19 Octobre la commande à la livraison à ete plutôt desastreuse!!! une pizza froide et croûte mince quasiment sans goût, nous avons appelé immédiatement pour nous plaindre et justifier l'erreur comise et le répondant n'a pas voulu écouter ce que nous avions à dire! Gros accent bizarre, d'origine asiatique parle mal le français ou l'anglais difficile à comprendre. J'ai toujours le recu de ma commande: #318381-1, caisse 5. Je ne commanderais pas de sitôt!

Just wasn't good. Ordered x-large all dressed for pick up.Price is on par with other pizzerias, pizza ready on time. Looked like a pizza. Round, sauce, pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms and green peppers. Problem was that it had NO TASTE! very bland. Cheese-no flavor. Pepperoni-no flavor. Sauce-no flavor. No, I didn't have a cold or the flu. Taste buds working fine. I used to order frequently from the old location in Ste. Genevieve but my first from this location.Sorry Place Tevere...that'll be the last.

Called to place an order and the man on the phone told me since I was further away from the address that the minimum charge would be 35$ when I only wanted 2 things. Then he told me it would get there in 45 mins to an hour. He got there in 30 minutes, got mad when I tipped him 1.50 when he got here in half the time he said he was going to. One of the items I ordered was a cheesecake that was completely frozen inside. Frost and all. Completely unsatisfied with the service and overall restaurant.

Taste: 5/5 but Health: 1/5 You pay for what you get.. Pizza is amazing, but when they use cheap canola/veg oils to make the dough & BPA written tomato cans that are imported, it can make for a highly addictive product, that probably & slowly degrades your body & wellness. Most fast food does this. Hard for me to kick this cheat meal habit, but I will be sourcing my own ingredients & making pizza myself.

We always ordered from this place because they have the best all dressed pizzas in town. Hand made and generously topped. However, the last pizza we got the other day had a crust that appeared to be mechanically made and factory frozen. The toppings were less generous and the mushrooms almost non existent. The whole thing tasted like a grocery store frozen pizza. We will not be ordering from them anytime soon. Very sad.

Got asked for tip by the driver, which i think is unprofessionnal considering i already gave him some. You guys should pay your drivers better instead of less than minimum wage, very not cool on your part. I always support local, but i never agree on exploiting people and even though its not of my business i dont agree at all. Food is good but not worth the increase of price, but thanks for the meal tho

After being a weekly customer of Place Tevere Pierrefonds for over 20 years we switched a couple of years ago due to a real decrease in quality. When our new pizzeria lost power today we decided to give Tevere another try. The quality has gotten even worse. Not even worth ordering from Tevere anymore. Complete waste of money.

I just ordered a large ravioli with rose sauce, costed 36.24 after tax,... On the pamphlet it said that it serves 3 or 4 people but it was tiny for the price. I had to end up cooking as it was no where near enough for two adults and a child. Ravioli contained meat flavoured paste, it wasn't actual meat. Cheap grocery store ravioli.... Never again will I order from there.

It took terribly long for ther delivery for an 8 minute car drive and honestly who ever made the salad has literally never eaten or even seen a salad in their life. Carrot, tomatoes and cucumber cut way too thick and the lettuce didnt even seem to be cut at all. I really dont recommend anyone have to go through the very disappointing experience I just had.

Nice local find. I was late and decided to stop in and order on a Thursday night. Ordered the club sandwich at 4$ less than any other fast food restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. Good fresh taste, and nice portion. Fries were just like anywhere else. Order only took 8 min to prepare. I recommend this healthier stop instead of a regular burger joint!

Tried to order by phone and the call dropped. Since then they just hang up when they recognize the voice or the address. So much for having ordered without any issue for 15 years.

Although the pasta itself was average, the sauces were amazing. They had strong flavours and coated the pasta well. They weren't overwhelmingly salty nor watery. Each one has distinct and strong flavours which went well also with the bread

Today I was so hungry I ate lunch at 3:00pm and now it’s 10:00pm we ordered and I was so hungry but it filled me up so gooood Don’t worry about the bad reviews people just have horrible taste in pizza …

The outdoor dinning terrace was beautiful accompanied by excellent customer service and great food

Really good food for the price. I used to work in one of Tevere's locations like ten years back and they still do not slack off a bit when it comes to freshness of the food. I really recommend!

Super delicious pizza; be coming here since the original location was near the Ile Bizard Bridge. Prices are slightly on the high side but this isn’t any little creasers or pizza pizza quality.

I have been ordering since 2016 and I just called and now there is a minimum. Maybe taking advantage go the Covid-19 issue? Not right to do.

The chicken parmesan dinner is great value on pick up. You may have to spice the spaghetti up a bit at home, but overall a good experience.
