I wish that I could rate lower. I just moved I to an apartment in the area and I am a full time tattoo artist. This being said I look a bit out of the ordinary. I have tattoos, stretched ears, and dreadlocks. However at no point does this classify me as a threat to your inventory or a thief and or criminal. If I come in to any establishment and spend $446.24 on a few furnishings for my apartment the last thing I want is to be followed the ENTIRE TIME. Why was I followed so intensely target? All the way to check out? Wouldn’t you be excited about someone coming in putting a lot of completely sensible items in their cart rather than doing it at another store? Instead I was followed and had someone who appeared to be a manager also join in. One person greeted me and that was the lovely young lady behind checkout 2 I didn’t catch her name but she didn’t even look at me twice and was pleasant the entire time. Didn’t even check the cash that I paid the majority of my purchase with as I’m sure the ones who followed me would’ve. I’m surprised they didn’t come relieve her of checking me out just to make sure I wasn’t getting over on them somehow. if I come back to this location and spend any more money here it’s only because of the lady at check out 2 on 05/03/23 @ 2:35pm. DO BETTER.

I just did a drive up order at this location & it was sorry. I gave at least a +15min notice I was on my way & the employee forgot half my order inside. She proceeded to also ask if I could exit out of the page saying I was there on the app to help her drive up time not exceed 3 minutes (I know this because I also work for Target). She comes back out a second time & forgot ANOTHER bag & asked me to pull near the front door so she could give it to me. At least 10 cars left before I did that arrived after me. I was not compensated in any type of way for the inconvenience. That is something my store does whether we forget bags, make guest wait long, etc. I know it gets stressful, but get real making me wait that long & do better.

Ordered a LG 75” UHD 4K LED online which it said it must be ordered online to receive the price quoted. Their store website said there were two in stock and it can be available for pickup in two hours. My original order was canceled within two hours saying it was out of stock. But, I had the option to pickup from another store 12 miles away, so we transferred the order to the other store which showed four in stock. Once again the order was canceled an hour and a half later. I don’t know if they aren’t willing to honor the price quoted or if their inventory reconciliation is lacking. Either way, I won’t be shopping for anything online at Target again!

Zero Stars if i could i was literally getting profiled my whole time shopping i was looking for an HDMI to VGA and i overheard an employee telling a manager over their walkie that i looked suspicious and that i was putting things in my bag (i literally was getting my phone) its disrespectful to instead of helping me find the item they call me suspicious and get people to follow me around the store, that is terrible customer service i felt violated and that i was watched the whole time not a good shopping experience and this is not the first time this has happen to me at this location, i also gotten my car hit alot of times by carts.

I have never been inside this location because I am a drive up person. I came to this one because they had items that were out of stock at other locations. Drive up is quick here which I like. I used the “ I’m on my way” feature so my stuff is already outside or an associate comes out quickly when I park. No complaints. All of two orders I placed there have been correct.

If you can’t keep the bathrooms clean then there’s a serious problem. I come to this target almost every day because I live within walking distance. Every day the bathroom is nasty. Some days more than others.Please tell me how hard is it to keep things sanitary. if I have to clean a toilet seat before I sit down, there’s something majorly wrong with the store.

Me and my friends were shopping around and some old white lady started following us and staring us down and saying things under her breath in another language. We were in the pen section then to the detergent area and then the makeup area, just to confirm we were being followed. If I wanted to be made uncomfortable I’d just go troll people online.

The cashier is nice and friendly, but the management doesn’t follow Target corporate policy. Second time went to the store, and I was told that pricing matching isn’t allowed on multiple items, I stated that Target corporate didn’t have that policy. The supervisor said because they make their own rule on price matching.

Great experience at this Target. I don’t know if it matters but this is what really made this Target stand out. They had Lysol wipes available for purchase at 9pm on a Wednesday, during a pandemic!! If this doesn’t show ‘catering to your customers needs’ I don’t know what does.

I can only speak for myself, and I think this place is pretty great because everything looked nice and organized. Also the employees were helpful. I usually come to target to grab things I’m out of, so I don’t know how everything else is, but I would recommend this location.

Great store and great staff. I am always greeted and asked if I need help finding something. Everything is very organized and clean. The check out process is always fast and easy. I wish this was a super Target so I could shop for groceries here instead of Walmart.

Don't order online. You will drive across town, in the rain and rush hour, only to find they don't have the order in stock, and they'll tell you, "you should have received an email saying we are out of stock". Thanks for wasting two hours and $30 in fuel jerks.

Target runs are always the best. Target has everything conveniently stored, and unconciously make you buy more and more. Prices are fair, and you get what you pay for. There is a Starbuck at entrance, if you want to make your Target run more joyful.

This Target store sets a very high bar for other similar stores in category. The best people. The cleanest and most organized. Amazing product selection. I would drop by every day if I could. Exceptional leadership to attain this performance level.

Clean store, but I always see a ton of people stocking and maybe 1 person working up front. I can’t count how many times I’ve put down my items and left because of this. Please have at LEAST one register open plus someone monitoring self checkout.

i was shopping at Montford target when an employee tripped my grandma and laughed this is outrageous. The Employees name was on their badge but when i asked them from far away they wouldn't tell me i will NEVER be going here again.

Store had decent A/C! And was actually pretty stocked in what looked to be in just about everything! Also, I go a toy for a Christmas gift that was priced at 30 dollars for 8!!! Love it when i find deals like this!

This store is a lot bigger than I expected. They have a lot of great deals in here. I was also impressed by how large the bathroom was too. It was very clean and I was really impressed.

Great store. Good people experience. But i bought pasta advertised as being on sale. 4 times over 2 months, 2 different sauces. I was always charged the retail price at the register.

It would be great if target substituted some of the asphalt and cement for plants and trees at this location. It would be a great positive for customers and the environment.

This target is sort of hidden, but not really at the same time. It's right off 635 but since the highway goes below ground level you cannot notice it from the highway

I work right across the street from this Target, so I usually end up here during my lunch hour at least once a week to pick up miscellaneous household items I need.

This target is always clean and their staff is always friendly when I do drive ups! As a previous Target leader I am happy to give this store a 5 star rating!

Cute small target. Very limited groceries. Has a decent selection of everything for the size of the store. Collectibles section is on the smaller side.
