Is common knowledge to anyone who shops at any Walmart store that they offer us the absolute worse customer service experience in the sale of grocery businesses. Remember the time when their employees wore vests that said, “How May I help You?” Their employees wouldn’t abide by that rule. Give a thumbs up if you can relate to my experience during these times when employees wore these vests and you would approach them to ask them where to find an item and they will be bother by the fact you asked them? Or perhaps, when you asked them for more than one item on display and their response was, “Whatever we have out is all we got,” without bothering to check their inventory. The vests change but their employees attitudes have not even now in 2023. Walmart’s Mission Statement says they “aim to build a better world by working to create and bring communities closer together.” They will never accomplish this when they have employees who don’t have the work ethic and the drive to care about what they do for the Company. The employees are here only to perform at their bare minimum at best and be able to collect a paycheck. They don’t even care about their own communities where the Walmart stores are. Walmart calls itself the ‘Business of better’ but this is far from the truth...Their business is the worse in the industry with the lowest quality products. Some of Walmart’s Core Values are: Service to the Customer, Respect for the Individual, and to Act with integrity. None of their employee care about the Company’s core values. They offer no service to us customers — nor respect. The employees here don’t even respect themselves let alone others. Employees lack honesty and have no moral principles. They lack moral values and moral uprightness. Let’s face it, we shop here for the convenience and the fact that these stores are everywhere around our communities. Let’s be honest, we shop here because some of us like to settle for the worse at a convenient price. Let’s face it, we shop here because these stores are in our poor and underdeveloped communities in abundance. We pay for quantity for their items of least quality. Here we pay for more for goods that makes us obese or last less. Give yourself a chance to experience other stores with better customer service, better quality products and stress free shopping experiences at many other grocery stores. How much do you care about the quality of what you consume? We are what we eat aren’t we? What price do you place on your health?
This Walmart has improved a lot since the last time I posted a review about it a year ago. They redid their parking lot with what I am assuming is black tar which makes it look really nice on the outside. This store is always neat and organized. They have done a lot of rearranging to better suit your shopping needs. It's a lot easier to find things. I would highly recommend that you download the Walmart app before you start shopping at any Walmart. When you open it while in the store it identifies where you are! You can also do your own price check with the app. If you can't find an item on your own the app can tell you if it's available at that store or not. If the item is there at the store the app will tell you exactly where it is. If you shopped online and is there to pick something up you can check in through the app as well. The app makes my shopping here so much easier. Ever wonder what that bar code is for at check out? The one that appears on the screen where you swipe your card. Yes that. You can make checking out real quick and easy using the app. You put in your credit or debit (do this at home before you start your shopping) info the app saves it. At check out time while the cashier is scanning your items you can scan that bar code which is linked to your purchases and you have already paid for your items when the cashier is done! Your recipe will be linked to the app. You won't even receive a paper receipt. That is good news for people who love to recycle. I am sad Walmart took away the Savings Catcher feature. That saved me a lot of money. I also had two situations where the item was fully stocked in the store, but for some reason when I ordered it online it still came from a Walmart warehouse out of state. I thought the purpose of buy online pickup at store was to actually buy items that was available at the store already online then pick it up later. That is why I am not giving this location 5 stars. That is something they really need to fix because that isn't a good look to wait days for a product from another location that is available right in your store.
I dislike this Wal-Mart because of the normal Wal-Mart problems, long lines, not enough cashiers and never having the main thing I go to the store for. Oh well it's Wal-Mart I get over it and still shop at Wal-Mart. Why I hate this Wal-Mart? Well I had bought a bike after my car died. I bought my fist bike at the end of April and I have returned or exchanged 5 bike to date. All with the same problem with the gear shifter not going in to gear, one because the left side crank arm and pedal fell off heading home from work one night and two of them because the handle bars came loose as I was riding it. The last bike I had in my possession for less the 5 minutes before I throw it down at the customer service desk demanding my money be. I'm posting pics of the last 2 bikes. I just how the kids bike for this store are safer then what I have gotten.
I used my debit card to pay for the fee things I picked out and my card was flagged. Now I would not have thought it was the store but when I went to do a delivery order online with a bank I have always used for my online orders(been a Walmart Plus member since 2021) and have nothing out of the ordinary in my cart...the Walmart store flagged me for what they're calling unusual activity but they can't get me an answer on what was suspicious. My kids went without the items they wanted for one and a half weeks and I was bumming money from my family because Walmart holds onto your money for 9 days if they flag your order. That was unfair and I almost lost the place we had and faced living on the streets due to having to purchase food with my rent money because Walmart Corporate is not doing anything to help.
This is a big Wal-Mart. The service is good and the staff is friendly. My only thing about this location is there were 3 people I spoke with to ask for something and each of them had trouble understanding me but I also had trouble understanding them because they did not speak English well. This is nothing against these people because I myself emigrated to this great country but it is a fact that I want to point out. They do great service and they want to serve but it was very hard to understand the 2 ladies and one man I spoke with to ask for specific instructions. Otherwise, I've moved fast in the times I've gone. I also go through the self-checkout and this Wal-Mart has several. They also don't have as much shade but nevertheless, the service is good.
The customer services is poor and there is always shortage of staff to check out and there is always a large queue of people waiting in line for check out. No self check out available at this Walmart. Furthermore, the staff here are not cooperative. I had to wait for 25 minutes only to get someone with the key to open the section for Baby formulas. Same goes with the perfumes and any other sections which is locked and a staff should unlock it for you, only that the staff will attend to you after you literally beg them to open the section. I was only coming to this walmart because it’s close to my house but after this i will never come to this location for shopping. I wish I could give a zero star to this walmart and their services.
My girlfriend calls this "stabby" Walmart. Overall, I don't believe it that bad. I went there to get a basketball. Despite the whole Covid overkill, things move about the same. The cashier I had wasn't known for her understanding, apparently. I had picked a ball out of this bin. After some more shopping and price comparing, I settled on a cheap one. I got to the front and it was an expensive ball that had been opened and thrown in there. I talked to a gentlemen that was in street clothes. We walked and talked, he decided I wasn't actually trying to pull a fast one and we settled on a price for damaged goods. Still nice to see that Walmart has good employees. A little patience went a long way. Still better than Target.
Love the baskets with the drink holders. Love the fact that there’s such a variety of options for the products I was looking for. Love the fact that there are actual checkers to check you out late at night, instead of you doing it yourself in the self checkout lane. Personally, I prefer the self checkout line and bagging my own groceries, but I’m OCD. I like the fact that they’re providing hours for people who ultimately probably need them, instead of a machine and the person who is buying the items doing the work. I gave 4 stars because the women’s bathroom was disgusting. At 10:30pm. And they close at 11pm. It should’ve been cleaned already and then maintained as needed to make for a smoother and quicker closing.
They have a very bad person at the exit, I bought 2 jugs of primo water and they charged me for them, the woman at the entrance who checks the tickets when leaving did not let me take the other primo jug just because the one that was returning is from another brand, sometimes I take cousin to another you have and they change them for another brand this time the woman was very rude and did not let me change it, I took my ticket and gave it to the person who is in the area to return the items and I waited a long time In line, I didn't return my ticket and neither did my money. I can sue Walmart for that type of person who works I also bought other items and I did not return my ticket
I have been coming to Walmart for atleast 4-6 weeks cashing my checks from my job have recipients and everything now today i go to do the same thing a usual but to my surprise I was denied to cash my check do to the fact they have my maiden name on them so not sure why today the policy would all the sudden change but it did it’s sad and unbelievable that I do this every fri or sat and purchased money orders right after I cashed the check is crazy Walmart if your gonna put policies in place I shouldn’t have receipts from your employees who cashed them if it’s not the proper procedure please train your employees to be consistent it’s a must in order to keep business going
I waited more than two hours for someone to bring my online order after I checked in and the employee said he would be right out. I had two employees call for someone to come and finally found a front end supervisor who took my order numbers and came back with half my order. It took another thirty minutes and me going to the online pickup employee only area to get my order and the young girl working back there yelled at me and told me “YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED BACK HERE”. This service is insane and it isn’t the first time. Walmart, you gotta do better. A good start would be to get rid of your lazy, entitled and more than rude employees. I am honestly disgusted.
After moving out of East Dallas i figued that the Walmart customer service might be better, it not. I will say this store is much cleaner then the one in East Dallas, and the only reason i am giving you 2 stars. Walmart you need to do something about your locked merchandise. I spent 15 mins talking to over 10 employees all of them refused to call someone to help me and that I needed to find someone myself from that area. Mind you 3 were in the department and one was much more interested in his cell phone then he was in helping me. Finally found a manager gave him my cart of over $200 merchandise... Target, Kroger and Best Buy is now where I am shopping.
Moved to this area a couple of months ago and it seemed outdated. I remember when it was first built, my mom lived in this area years ago, so it's not terribly old, maybe 20 years, if that. That's not old for a building. But it's been under renovation process, so it contains self-checkouts now. It's always clean. Cleanliness has never been an issue. I was having a rough day a few months back, and just trying to start it out my weekend with a cold 30-pack Busch. Boom. No self checkout But they've definitely modernized and that's my go-to store. Go ahead wally world
Waited on an associate for 20 minutes to get a phone case out of the electronics case found out the electronics associate left early, then asked the front end lead her name was Rose to see if someone has the keys to the electronics case she told me that electronics was closed at 10pm it was around 9:45-9:55ish I told her I was going out of town in the morning I needed the case tonight she never assisted me then waited another 15 mins to checkout along with everybody in the Dallas area!!!! This Walmart I will never return until their associates have better customer service!!!
Lines are so long that I no longer shop here. No self check out. Almost everything is locked up. Even the boxer shorts are behind glass and you need to find an employee to unlock them. The only time I ever hit the button to get an employee over to unlock something, it took 20 minutes. If theft is such a problem, hire more staff and get the lines moving. Cross training all employees to ring to get lines down is also an option. Learn to manage a business. This is the worst Walmart I've ever seen. I will pay extra and drive past it to go to Kroger or literally any other store.
I had a purpose going to Walmart. To buy something necessary. I'm in line about to check out and a guy in a cowboys jersey grabs me says alright another cowboys fan. Let me get a pic. So he goes to do a selfie with only me in it. I feel very violated and tricked by under cover security there. What was the point of all this. Maybe they thought I was someone else. I'm not a thief. I work hard for my money just to have a under cover security guard lie about a pic with a cowboy fan. I saw him with his walkie talkie after wards. I feel uncomfortable shopping inside now
Lines 10 to 15 carts deep... only 4 cashiers working in a supercenter. No managers available and no one can page for help to open a locked cabinet. It is a large walmart but staffed mostly by tired zombies... and not even enough of them. No self checkout.... if it was energetic zombies I would give 2 stars. Very long lines and no one on the floor to ask for help or a question. I fully expect this store to go fully robotic soon and get rid of all human warmth and caring... oh, wait, it is already gone. Just waiting on drones now. Find another place.
This was one of the cleaner Walmarts I have been to, but those restrooms were absolutely disgusting and filthy. It felt like a health hazard merely walking in; a hazmat team should have been called just to clean up the place. Two of the stalls don't have working latches and the toilet paper roll dispensers in most of the stalls appeared to be broken. I know there is only so much staff can do due to how the customers treat their facilities, but come on. If urinating outside wasn't illegal, I would have done that than used these restrooms.
I tried to buy a money order in the Money Center today at 5pm and the man who answered me impatiently said that my card was a problem and that's how my chip doesn't work, unfortunately with the type of POS they have, I couldn't process the transfer from my debit card, the guy asks if I have cash? dumb question , obviously I don't bring the value of my rent to pay in cash, the guy just said the next one in line... lousy customer service I had to pay my money order that you have a decadent POS system simply lousy service lousy attention
Today 12/22/23 The review is 1 star. Doesn't deserve 4. The Manager on duty started off being rude taking our order. Got our order confused even aftr we confirmed it to her several times. Fish Filet combo, 2 fish sandwiches only. Our order was given to us wrong. Even aftr we brought it to her attention. She ignored us & refused to make it right. What kind of people do yu hire? She is incapable as a Manager working there. It will be the last time we come here & do business with you. The review is only 1 star not 4.
Everytime I visit this Walmart I end up waiting at least 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the formula. I’ve tried to get ahead of the situation by stopping at customer service to tell them I will need the formula unlocked. This never helps the wait time. And the call button shown in the photo has not worked in months. This is the most convenient location and they generally have formula in stock but unfortunately I do not have the time to wait half an hour + for service. I would give zero stars if possible
Always has exactly what I needed, in the exact same place that it is an every other Walmart, and for the same price. I will scan my receipt for a visit in the app for the savings catcher I think it's a great feature to the app. I feel it is changed and I think just about anybody in the world you speak to about this will agree, we need to open more checkout lanes; there are never enough open! White minimum of 10 people in each line, and less than half of the lanes are open it's not efficient and waste time.
Went to buy a hand truck after finding it online and showing it was in stock. Got there and not only was it not in stock, there wasn't a shelf tag showing where it would be. Makes me wonder if it was even carried at this location. Asked two different staff people for help and they tried. But they concluded that the online system wasn't in sync with that store's inventory. I asked if this happened much. "It happens all of the time." Felt sorry for them because they seemed to take it as a personal failure.
The absolute worst Walmart in the franchise! This is not an overstatement. There is no self-checkout likely because they're combating theft through features such as this, but there has to be a better remedy than denying the predominantly PAYING customers this convenience. I could go on a tangent here with their deficiencies being so numerous, but this store fails so badly because of poor management; management sets the culture. Good managers would never allow a store to fail so badly.
Don't patronize please! These people need to get their act together! The customer service is non existent! Managerial staff is a group of unprofessional unknowledgeable individuals with lack of business sense! The lines are always long, because they refuse to put a self checkout system. This store has been in the N Dallas location for 20 years and still have not modernized themselves! The Kroger down the street has self checkout and better customer service. That's where I'll be.
Well im really use to Walmart. And Wally world like to be shifting things around. I spent too much time there just trying to find a loaf of bread. And they had it wayyyy in the back. . I was like, where the dang bread at? Heck. . But they still have cashiers and thats good. Also with your self check out. Electronics department was good. Actually I take that back, it wasnt any games. The plastion section was empty the xbox section was empty. Im like omg. Whts going on?.
Great prices. Everything else is terrible. Been near this Walmart for 7 years and its always been terrible. Checkout lines are always very long. Service is slow. It could be 2am and you'll still be waiting 15-20 min in line just to get a toothpaste. There are times where its faster to just leave your cart where its at, drive a block up to Kroger, buy all the same stuff and check out in less time than you'd be in line at Walmart. If at all possible, go elsewhere.
Today 7/29/23 afternoon i visit there for to buy a buy cycle, from website I fount the shop and it showing specific items was avilable , I try on cycle rack but it was not there, mountain bikes price 98 dollars, 26" size , I wait for 1 hrs to get some one help, he found its avilable but not assembled it's in a box , what dramas are this ,and associate together conversion was i feel bad, and their no self check out options,
Really starting to feel the forced to limited at this retailer. Beyond suggestive marketing. Anyone know where I can pickup my paycheck for cashiering? Being nice, friendly and actually helpful to customers? Cart management and other unassigned duties the TEAM might be slipping by on as they are seen and not heard? May be asset protection but I would think interaction like the guy selling phones was. Very helpful
Lazy employees. I have been waiting at the spray paint section for the last 20 minutes. I pressed the button 9 times I asked an employee to radio to someone I've been waiting 15 mins after. I had to walk over to customer service for them to radio to someone I pretty sure they don't even have anyone coming over. I called the operator but they don't even answer. This store is very bad. It was on 12/13/23 around 4 p.m
Every time I come here to buy two things I have to wait 30 mins because they have TWO CASHIERS for 15-20 people. People either leave out of frustration or grumpily wait. This happens only in this one, in the Walmart by Park Lane, they have self-serve cashiers lanes, and it moves very fast, so my recommendation is either put more cashiers so people don't have to wait 30 mins to pay to things. This is inconceivable.
Invest in self checkout. This store worries so much about theft that most of their products are locked up and you have to search high and low for an employee to get what you need. Most of the time they never come. It’s typical behavior to come here and stand in line for checkout 15-20 mins. Lines are long. You can never come in and grab what you need and leave without a long wait. I’m tired of it.
I dont know why some people make bad reviews for this place. I think this place is perfect to go shopping and get supplies for your family. It has everything you need to built your house and feed your fam. The minus point is some time you see some mess from customers. We need to keep this place clean, be responsible to keep public hygiene . that all we can do to keep our community great and clean
Incompetent workers! I had to walk from one side to the other 3 times because no one was available to unlock an $8 headlight bulb, and they gave me the run around. The cashier didn't know how to disable the security sensor, so she walked me to the front and made a big scene, then opened the package to remove the sensor and dropped the bulb and broke it. The other things on my list were sold out!
The worst experience of Walmart history worst customer service poorly trained the management staff trashy building and outside property they just revaped McDonald's is poorly constructed all the stuff on the inside works only half the time and point report he's from Walmart disrespectful and seems like I didn't even graduate high school never have anything on the shelf
I mean it's Walmart they're all the same none of the employees at any Walmart seem to care that they work there anymore and they definitely don't go out of their way to make sure that you have good customer service but they have the stuff that I need on the rare occasions I do shop there and that's what counts but friendliness and is throwing out the window
Not having a self-checkout in this location is definitely making them loose business. This was the shortest line I could find. And evertime I've been to this location it's been the same. And it's a shame cause overall this Walmart always has whatever I'm looking for however because of a lack of self-checkouts, I prefer to avoid this location if I can.
The people working there were so much more friendly than a lot of the other Walmarts I've been to. They didn't just point me in the direction of the item I wanted. They took me to it and made sure I was happy and if I had any other questions. By the time I left I was definitely happy. And I used to work at a Walmart. This one was very pleasant.
This little girl on counter top of where my food is to be served is absolutely appalling. Where is her mother? Why didn't the Manager who was carrying on a lovely conversation with the child not tell her to get down. The Optical center was also a subject for attention. The staff is rude, lazy and outdated. Upgrade needed.
Grocery section was not well stocked; they seemed to have run out of so many produce, or they were going bad. Shelves and floors under them were not in good sanitary conditions. Self-checkout wasn’t working which meant long lines; spent about 30 minutes in checkout line. Worst Walmart I ever visited.
I think I basically always just give Walmart a 4 star review If you shop there, you know what you're gonna get...if you don't, you're probably not reading this anyhow Good prices, safe experience (helpful-ish employees) It's good Ol Wally... certainly preferred over Target these days
Recently moved to this area, and I'm a regular at Walmart so this is my go to out of the two near me and so far it's great, employees that I've interacted with seem nice, I do wish they had a better selection of great value ice-cream but other that I have no real complaint
It was great at first, even a great place to work at.... When I tried to buy a couple groceries for people cuz I was blessed so I was paying back, the manager said that's not allowed. I guess she thought my card was stolen...I even had my id and it's under my name.. hmm..
Wife went in for a few items. Everything was in stock. However, there were not enough cashiers to service everyone, so there were long waiting lines. Had to leave before finishing my purchase as we had a doctor's appointment 30 minutes away. Left the items and left.
No wait for my groceries to be delivered to my car. But the ears of corn were dried out. One of the 6 had rotten-looking kernels. I would never have chosen that one. Updated 12/30/23 People were buying like crazy. Very busy today but my cashier on #16 made my day.
I want to know why I don't get a discount for checking myself out and doing someone else's jobs so your banking the money off not having cashiers and then the ones you got ain't worth a damn and then I have to bag my own stuff and then get treated like I'm a thief
Overall it's just like any other Wal-Mart in a middle class neighborhood across America. Management is friendly and do a good job at maintaining customer relations in order. It's generally clean but I seen some days it's like a dump. There
If y’all close at 11, don’t stop people from coming in at 10:50. That’s what comes with working retail. Unfortunately, you might have to stay past the close time, but the customer should not have to accommodate, and go to a different store
It’s hilarious how bad this Walmart is nobody works here probably because they don’t pay anybody enough and they don’t have enough employees so good luck finding anything and half the stuff you could normally pick up from Walmart is locked
Always clean and well-stocked. The store is huge, so aisles are wide. I've never had a bad experience with check-out people. The pharmacy is on the ball and very courteous. Occasional weird encounters with panhandlers in parking lot, but
No Self Checkout and they refuse to put more people on Register during peak times. I keep making the mistake of coming here because it's close. I'm going to stop that. Experience at this Walmart in particular is always awful in some way.
Horrific Management! Isle with the cigarettes that says less than 10 items has a credit card machine that has been torn up for over a month. They check out people with more than 10 items at the line. Never enough lines during store peak
If you don't mind staying in line for over 30mins to pay for your groceries then by all means come shop here at night. Not a store to go to pick up anything at night if you are in a hurry. Minimum stay on the queue to pay is over 30mins!
Can fill your cart with $$$ in alcohol; meats; small, yet expensive hair products; etc, but not that $12 package of undershirts...it's "high theft" and I'm not allowed to carry my own underwear while shopping. Unbelievably insulting.
Felt very unsafe. Twice while I was in the store I was approached by beggars asking for money. Long line at least 8 people deep. Just wanted out of there and couldn't even leave in a timely fashion took 15 plus minutes to check out!
Never enough cashiers no matter the time of day or night. I purposely try to engage the cashiers in conversation and many dont even acknowledge me. I have called the store while waiting in line but they dont answer the phone. …
Not to bad on service just a little slow you will have to stand in line for a couple of minutes but they will eventually get to whoever is in line. Went back to this Walmart and the went up on some of there price's.
Absolutely the worst customer service, waited over 15 minutes to unlock the underwear. Asked multiple employees for help and they responded they were on lunch or don’t know what to do because not their department
I Was here checking out the prices of universal Television Mounts for a flatscreen Samsung for a client nearby. I told my client if they’ll buy the mount I’ll install it for them 1/2 the price I normally charge
Helpless. Woker did helped me but one I needed wasn't in shock. I needed see about tablet but worker left me out as worked had to helped others people. Never shop at this Walmart again! Poor workers!!
Too many ppl, food was picked over and there was too much unpacked stock on the floor. You can barely move through Isles.. stunk from funky ppl . The lines were too long..never visited this location
I have purchased my fourth vehicle from here haven’t had any any problems with neither one of my cars and if I did have a problem they work with you to get it fixed very great people recommend them
Almost everything I ordered was substituted, can goods were bent , I understand you may want to sell your brand but that's not what I ordered . I was refunded for the substitutions. thank you.
Some of the sections like Sporting Goods, Electronics, Hardware or Tools etc.. are a little bear and it's difficult to ask an employee about something other than that you know standard Walmart
One of the largest Walmart supercenters I have experienced. It was well stocked and I found most things on my list. However, due to theft and lost, they do not offer self-service check-out.
I like coming to this walmart. Its always clean and nit crowded during mid-day. After 5pm its super crowded and not to mention the lines. I wish they had self checkout. Over all I like it.
The website said items were stocked on a certain aisle that does not exist. Also the door lady heck receipts and asks what you bought and does not want to look clearly a waste of time
Waited in the lines for 10 min put everything back and left. The only reason I gave 2 stars was they had what I needed. I just didn’t want to wait an hour through the checkout line.
There are no self-check registers and there are still only a handful of cashiers so it took me like 30 minutes to check out 8 items. They also lock the lawn and garden entrance.
Do they really deserve a star? This was the middle of the day. .why would you be serving this. Then when I asked were they preparing fresh food they said no. . .dont do it
Robert Harris excellent when I finally got to speak with him on phone. Then I had the honor of dealing with Joy. Csm and Sarah csm. Isami is the shift mgr. Great as well
This place is mess all managers and employees are walking they don’t even care about customers I waited in fabric department more than 30 minutes and no one showed up.
Excellent guest service at the automotive section. The lady helped me find the right motor oil at the best price. Not a big fan of Wal-Mart, but this one's a 5/5.
Dogs are charging at you, phones in tow, ready to snatch a receipt from your hand to snap a photo! I'm adding this place to my "never visit again" list.
Waiting in the checkout line is a nightmare with its perpetual long queues. Implementing a self-checkout process would be a much better solution.
Found everything I needed. Well stocked. Not messy. Polite staff. Only one check out lane though which is silly even at slow hours in the AM.
Locked items are probably not forsale, had to for more than 20mins this morning to buy freon in locked shelves, no one came to unlock it.
It is a good store but it has been touched on several occasions that the staff, some of them are racist, they do not like Spanish people.
One stop shopping experience.whenever I am in Dallas it's the place to pickup all my supplies. Wonderful shopping experience …
Not my favorite Walmart ever since the one in central expy closed down. Better come with someone else and not alone in the evening
The bathroom here. The baby chair screams bacteria. The stall walls seem to never get wiped and the vents are never cleaned.
I took my friends to HEB for the first time. They were amazed. Atmosphere was great and employees were friendly.
Lots of selections. Clean. There are not enough checkouts. The managers and store associates are very helpful.
Worst Walmart u can come to...599 people 6 lines open no self checkout cause it's in the hood..smh …
Staff unprofessional, specially the manager. Dont care about the waiting customer. No personal check outs
It's a hood Walmart. Nothing like finding chicken bones in the chip shelves while making my delivery.
The items in the clearance area did NOT give me the discounted price at the checkout as promised.
Bad customer service .the lines are to long nobody wants to help you when needed just horrible
I usually always find what I need at this location while other locations are out of stock
Cluttered, no self checkout, and too few employees for the many customers there.
It was nice everything that we needed was available and at a good Price too
