Good morning I am reaching out because on Saturday December 16,2023 at approximately 1040pm I was standing behind a couple in lane 17, the light was on the cashier seen me because we made eye contact. When she was close to completing the order. She turned off all light.. Lisa informed me she was close, and was not taking anyone else. I informed her the cashier that I was in the line before she turned off her light she told me "that she did not care ,she was not taking anyone else she had to go home she was off"! I began to complain because it was not right that I was in line, waiting and allowed multiple people to check out on the right of me, because I was in the last cashier line. When my daughter who is 8 began to inform the cashier we were in line before she turned off the light, I decided to just get out of the line go stand in a new line and inform the manager. Where I asked for a manager there was no managers present. When I asked Lisa, what was her name? She informed me that she did not have one, so I asked another employee of Walmart what was her name and that's when I learned her name was Lisa. Lisa began to record me while I was checking out, so I took a picture in video of Lisa. If she did not want to come to work maybe she should've stayed at home. Lisa does not know the first thing about Customer service , because that was not it. She was extremely rude and I have never experienced such rude behavior from an employee and do not appreciate it .
Today I had my worst experience ever at this Walmart location. I had a bad encounter with one of the fitting room associates. She was very rude since the moment I asked if I could try something on in the fitting room. I tried to not say anything back but when another customer that needed to try something on wanted to ask for a fitting room I helped her translate since she didn't speak English & the associate responded back that she was not going to open another fitting room for anyone else. & that I should mind my business instead of helping others. She went on to say that fitting rooms close at 10 pm and it was 9:35 at the time that we asked for a fitting room. I told her that the other customer only needed a couple minutes to try on a shirt & the associate responded with " I don't work for you, I work for Walmart. So mind your business." I responded back to her that I never said that she worked for me , I just didn't know why she was being so rude when I was asking nicely since the beginning. I understand that sometimes it can be a hassle working in retail & people leaving a mess to be picked up after. But I was never rude to her , I asked nicely and she was disrespectful from the start.
I love Walmart Superstore. They have just about everything you need. And what's great about the Superstore is that they actually have food such as fresh fruit and vegetables, meat, milk, juice and soft drinks, rice, beans, Snacks and even a frozen food section. Along with that they carry everything for your other needs. Although we all probably already know it, I'd like to include the fact that they carry products for hair, gardening, hygiene, clothing, shoes, Electronics, and a host of other products. This particular Walmart is very neat and clean and there employees all over To assist you with anything you might need. The parking lot is huge So there's never a problem finding a parking space. There are lots of handicap parking spaces as well. This super Walmart also has a pharmacy. And the line is usually not long. They're Pharmacy usually accept most major health insurance Plans. their gardening section usually has vegetable seedlings, seeds, potting materials as well as soil and all kinds of gardening tools. Yes, they are a true one-stop-shop.
This is the 2nd time that i showed up 2days in a row, yesterday and today, to Walmart automotive section to get an oil change and no one was there. I came 6:45am and waited till 7:15am with nobody there but the mechanics which they were very kind and explained that they do not operate the front/cashiers desk, this is unacceptable, i walked around to the front, of the store, and managed to enter the waiting room that way, I spoke with the mechanic he let me know that the person that works the cashier/front is usually late, this is unacceptable service, there were about 3 customers waiting outside in the cold, the doors were locked, lights turned off, I tried calling the operator/hr but I assume nobody answered due to how early it was, this is my neighborhood Walmart, we need to do better. People have busy schedules.
It's Walmart so it is impossible for me to give it a 5 star rating. I have been frequenting this store since the late 1990s, They have a variety of just about every brand name you can think of. My biggest complaint with this particular store, is the price you see on the shelf is not what it rings up for at the register. After talking to management numerous times about the difference in the price at the register as opposed to the shelf, they have done a better job with this problem. I still shop here, but only for certain items.
When to customer service to make a return, And was met with rudeness and a lack of patience at the customer service desk. When I inquired about a manager or supervisor, I was told that she was the supervisor or manager and that my problem was not going to be resolved because it was not their problem. please understand that I'm not trying to exaggerate or be rude about the employees I simply am not satisfied with the service and the lack of problem solving at this Walmart.
I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by Jeremiah during my recent shopping experience. Despite encountering issues with the Walmart app, Jeremiah's assistance only exacerbated the frustration I was already experiencing. Furthermore, I believe that the training for individuals in supervisory roles should be improved to ensure a more effective and satisfactory customer service experience.
Worst Walmart I’ve ever seen Mile long lines, young employees standing around on their phones, two thousand self check outs most not working and only four regular check outs but only one open. Stupid and waste of time when you can find most of the things at other stores that actually care about their customers. Why have any employees, when we have to do it all ourselves after standing for 45 min in a line Don’t go!!!!
This Walmart seems to be well taken care of. It is clean and organized, and there were a lot of staff doing various things around the store in case a person needed help. There were two things on our list that were not stocked, but with so many shoppers here it is understandable. There are a lot of self checkouts available. Really cool. Overall my experience was good - especially the cleanliness of the store.
The lines were too long on a weekday. All of the employees were just standing around while there was 1 line being used by a cashier. I don’t and will not work for free. This is getting ridiculous. I spoke to Jesus who has only been a manager for a month and they are under staffed. I will not return to this location and I would tell anyone to do the same. Spend your time and money somewhere else.
I arrive at 6am when they open because Google and everywhere else state that the money center and customer service are all open at 6am. This is Definitely not the case, the staff was not welcoming, short and really just overall mean. I waited for 2 hours and then at 8:20am I was FINALLY helped. D9 yourself a favor and make sure to keep driving on to the next one when you need a Wal-Mart!
When I say I’ve had enough of Walmart and their cheap, raggedy ways!!!! It is a known fact that these carts need to be replaced but since they won’t, I unfortunately put my baby in a broken cart! Luckily I was stand in front up her when she pushed forward towards me and my hand was on the bar because the whole entire buggy went up! This is absolutely unacceptable and being dangerous!
The most basic service they do not have correct. It’s a Friday after work, before a “Holiday” and they only have 5 lanes open. Even google knows that there is a surge in demand at this time. In order to check out. You have to wait. At least enough time for me to create this post ... a good amount of time. But they have the best pizza and beer. It’s Friday. Be kind to one another.
Tried to buy a vacuum was told they can’t sell it. Wth? Why was it packaged and on the sell floor? Had to put my things back in the basket just to go back to find another vacuum. Employees standing at the front looking goofy and staring at you yet nobody knows the answer to any questions. Not even simple ones like where an item is. This walmart is big but they suck.
When there isn't one open register and these employees are standing around with their hands in their pockets and joking, and you expect me to slave over a self check out, you just lost a customer for life. I hope more people quit shopping here. We're not your slaves. The rich keep getting richer and prices aren't coming down with self check out.
I only go to Walmart because of convenience not one of my favorites like I have mentioned before no handicap parking at all ever available you have so many people that park without a handicap plate or plaque in the handicap parking spaces not very considerate to those that need it and they have security at all times they need to enforce this...
Delivery drivers won't call before leaving from drop off spot. Tried to call driver 3-4 times with # provided & all it did was ring twice and dropped call. Driver took off with my purchases back to the store. Drivers turn phones off and don't call if they get can't find apt building, easily. Super Mad at Super Walmart drivers.
Check the prices at register and beware of shelf prices ($4) being lower than the register prices ($7.98). When I brought this up to employee’s attention, she advised me that she will get the manager. The manager said that there is nothing they can do and to contact corporate. Just submitted a formal complaint.
Well-organized, well-stocked especially for groceries and meats, and plenty of checkout registers! Tends to get busy during rush hour but it flows fast. They also keep the place clean which is a very big plus. Very good experience consistently! Staff are actually friendly and Professional and Helpful.
Used to be a safe place to shop... Has ticked up in crime and hostility. Had a terrible experience a Store Associate with very poor demeanor, customer service skills, and general mannerisms. This individual was extremely rude and made me feel very very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Stop accusing people of stealing. 90% of the store is self checkout if you cant trust your customers hire more people and get rid of the self checkout. What Freaking horrible experience and an embarrassment to be accused of stealing when you already paid for your things.
self check out doesn’t give out correct change then you have to wait at the money center & for a manager, an extra 15-20 minutes just to get your money. On top of that the price at the shelf’s don’t add up to when you ring it up. Just go to Target.. Walmart is pathetic
Walmart seems to have stopped restocking shelves after about 3PM. If you're trying to buy fresh goods in the second half of the day, the shopping experience will be pretty much Soviet. But that's ok, because at least they constantly raise prices on everything.
That guy should be fired he kept talking over me and being very rude I am a long time customer at walmart specially in the automotive side of it and I won't deal with walmart ever again because of him. I will be fililng an official complaint on him.
The place is supper clean. They have variety of different products . The place is super affordable prices and very good for families . I highly recommend the place. Overall I had a wonderful experience and the customer service is excellent.
Had what I was looking for, a Speck case for an iPhone 15 and protective screen glass. Best Buy didn’t even have anything in stock for the iPhone 15 ♂️, but this Walmart did, with several options/choices …
Carts of food left unattended on multiple occasions. Mine contained raw meat and ice cream the most recent time and I will not be using this service anymore. It is 110F outside and my food is not edible. Waited 35 minutes as well.
The Manager, James, is very unprofessional and needs to learn better customer service. I had an issue last week and he did nothing to resolve it. Also, the restrooms are filthy and never stocked.
Huge Walmart! Very clean and well stocked shelves. Nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Self checkout was a breeze. Awesome for a quick stop after just getting off the plane for a few items.
The shopping cars at this location are junk, every single one of them, not kidding. The wheels don't spin well, they make lot of noise. Just junk, making the shopping experience very bad.
