Tv shopping found the perfect deal. Tried using the new Quad pay at checkout!!! The cashier was ringing me up and the payment needed to be split. He acted as if he did not know how, I asked for a manager to help. He calls a manager to the front. I saw someone speaking to him looking all angry and not helpful before she even approached me. The manager named Carol finally approached me! Full blown attitude I mean the kind that makes your blood boil over!!!!! She said "we don't take Quad Pay". I told her yes here is your website showing you do take it. Asked her can you please split the payment. She proceeded to say I am now try to process I tried once again kept getting declined in my email stating the amount was to much so that means it was not split once again!! I kept calm and asked again she through her arms in the air kept trying to walk away from the situation, she paged someone else and repeated we don't take quad pay. I left very mad I didn't get my TV and thinking of how I was so mistreated by this inexperienced manager . In my car I called cooperate and filed a former complaint on Carol. She is the upmost unprofessional manager I have seen in years. Corporate told me to go back inside and try again with someone else. We tried once more with another cashier and guess what the quad pay worked and I left with TV. The cashier Eason in Electronics, I think his name was Eason needs Carols job even told Corporate!!!! A cashier to take 30 mins to analyze and complete the transaction with a successfully turnout versus a very rude, unprofessional manager named Carol needs her job taken like today. Even the new guy stocking TVs was amazing and more helpful than that Carol lady. Absolutely a disgrace and she needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!! Beware they take Quad Pay and other employees know more and will help you with your issues but not that rude manager named Carol. I will never go to this target again because of Carol!!!!!! Thanks Carol.

Never see the same employees for more than a few weeks and what happened to all the helpful guys that I've seen for years that greeted you in the morning and always offered help. would work in the household chemicals aisle they were so nice but then one day they all just disappeared or the guy that used to work in paper section he would always help out when I needed Something . And I asked someone what happened to everyone that worked in that area and she said they all quit or got fired overy the littlest things. She couldn't give me the names of these people or I would have hired them myself to work for my company. And I remember seeing a white blond short lady that I'm assuming is there etl or team lead that actually got a girl in trouble for not pushing all the product from the back of the shelve to the front and actually saying that "the next time this happens it's going to be a write up" and the shelves were already stocked up and straightened out . And I was just like wow write up over 2 bottle's of soap not being pushed foward. Maybe management should be looked into.

Terrible customer service and awful customer experience. Purchased two $50 gift cards that DO NOT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO HELP and DON'T CARE. THE NUMBER ON GIFT CARDS IS TO CHECK BALANCE NOT SPEAK WITH ANYONE. PITIFUL AND AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE. I filed a better business BUREAU COMPLAINT for selling fraudulent merchandise and refuse to assist with exchanging the faulty gift cards that do not swipe. Guest relations parrot the same bullish to call Mastercard . Guess what you can't speak with anyone! Fraudsters all of you! Another day of dealing with NONSENSE from Mastercard. What a total fraud. Day #4 I was informed of Mastercard gift card company that they blocked cards!! After 4 days of pure hell and blatant lies now it's revealed that cards do not work because of Mastercard card so I have to wait 4 WEEKS FOR A PAPER check.

Nice place usually well organized. Over the years quality of customer service has waned. Some even being rude to my disabled wife on multiple occasions. It is hard for her (my wife) to speak and gather her thoughts. On several occassions she has been rushed or smart comments made to her by employees usually in check out. For employees to feel they can be rude in such a way that demeans not just disabled people but humans in general is beyond me and should not be tolerated by management. My wife now gets anxiety when she has to make a trip to this store. We now either avoid the store or I go in by myself only when needed. The closest other option is Walmart which is not any better. I guess the "lesser of the 2 evils" is what we are left with.

Do not shop here!! The store Team Leader Melissa Vidal can’t run the store properly & is failing in sales! Hr Zyra covers up work place harassment! I had a two month gay relationship with Stephan Martinez a Target team leader that was covered up! Malaysia A team leader bullies & miss treats team members makes false statements to get them terminated, was also caught fighting a customer! & then there’s Marry another leader who breaks rules as well & contributes to poor customer experiences! Team members are afraid to speak up but the abuse needs to end!!!!! I’m Ricardo Mendoza & I Approve of this message!

I’m a huge Tar’ja supporter. This store always leaves me a little off. I realize it’s not the largest footprint in retail big box stores, but the ineffective management of stock can be frustrating . Especially when the vacant shelves are still prevalent throughout this location. If any one can tell me why THIS LOCATION ONLY refuses to bring six pack half liter sodas to the drive up??? I would maybe go a little softer . They bring the 35 bottle half liter of water to the car- a six pack of Coca Cola weighs a lot less….

Hi there I been coming to this target over more than a year ago I went Saturday with my son & husband my husbands little Nephews there was a guy in a black shirt following us it was so Uncomfortable I couldn’t even shop I felt like someone was following me this has never happen to me before idk if he works there & if he dose I dislike it it makes me not wanna go back I went today Wednesday & I saw him there again he couldn’t even say Excuse me he almost ran over my cart so rude!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overpriced products and a crappy place to work. The etl here don't treat there employees with respect and don't take there opinions seriously and there logistics etl is by far the worst. The manager at this store doesn't care about the goings on in the store ,instead he's let the etl run everything while he tries to go corporate. By far the worst job so far Maybe other targets are better to there employees but this one doesn't care If you want a good no bs,fare place to work This isn't it

I'm a big fan of Target, just not of this store. The biggest issue seems to be some employees with no customer service ethic or sense of urgency. I've gotten bad service on multiple occasions here. The returns area is chaos. If you have a return be prepared to wait a very long time for no apparent reason. So far the only redeeming person I've interacted with at this store is a young lady at checkout who wears glasses and works hard. I call it like I see it... so there you have it.

I prefer this location than the City Place one. This one is much easier to get to from my house, and there's ample parking and even though it's smaller than some of the other stores in the area. I like this one better because it's not as congested as the other locations. The lines are smaller and it's not too much hustle and bustle going on. The sales associates are pleasant and I like the fact that the store is clean and the merchandise doesn't look all picked over.

Target needs to check its employees. Specifically a red curly hair girl at self checkout. When she said “next” she had the audacity to follow me acting like I wasn’t going to pay!!!! She literally stood behind me making sure I paid. Just because im Hispanic? Does Target really discriminate like this? Never coming to this place again. Target please check your employees so this doesn’t happen again to other people. Its a damn shame!! 2023 and racism still exists.

UPDATE--Gave this location another try. Today's cashier was SO MUCH MORE FRIENDLIER, helped with my gift cards and was just all around pleasant. Shout out to Dedgra for the mind changing experience. 03/10/2023 6:27pm Today's cashier was not friendly at all. No Hello, hi, how are you, grabbing my phone and scanning the barcode, I wasn't even given the opportunity to apply my gift cards at time of check out. This WAS my favorite Target location

Bad experience - I ordered a large order after moving across the country and needed the basics + some decor. They first tried to bring me a beat up mirror and then the associate stated “I knew it” to his coworker when I asked them to exchange it. So they knew it was damaged. I’m also missing about 4 or 5 items from my order and when trying to get a replacement on the app, they mail it to you. I need that stuff now. Overall disappointing.

Worst experience at target ever!!!Such a Rude people and unprofessional service. Supposed to have $10 gift card put of 2 similac formula but she refused to give. She even did not read the price tag and gift card description!!! Then she shouted to us: go to service center!!! If anyone knows how to report a bad service experience, plz let me know. I will do it right away!!! Never go to this place again! ZERO star!

Bought a prepaid Visa gift card at this Target and after using it exactly one time, they immediately put it on hold. When I called the number on the back, I was informed my card had been erroneously compromised. The "best they can do" is send me a replacement card in two weeks, meaning I have no grocery money because of their incompetence. Do NOT buy gift cards here, they will essentially steal your money.

At around 1:20 PM today, I had a question that was not related to a “return or exchange” but knew I should ask someone at that area for some assistance, I said “I have a ques..” and the girl with short dark hair and glasses cut me off and said “someone will be out...” and walked off, I thought that was rude of her. it was a question she could’ve answered quickly had she let me finish and not talk over me.

Omg so I went to Target. He said I could go and get an exchange. I went back there, and they were all used and open. I said, "What's up man you guys put use items back on the shelf and charge full price." He said well I think someone goes back there and uses the color pencil. " I accidentally said colors, and he had the nerve to correct me. I said it doesn't matter, but this is ridiculous smh

I have come to target couple of times and they have been rude, specially on customer service they suppose to give a "good service" because I believe that is their job and that's why they are there for,but instead has been the opposite .If I had gotten the names of the person's on customer service I would of make a complaint directly with the store. Target doesn’t check electronic returns before reselling them. We purchased a large tv that had a cracked screen and was missing the protective films inside the box. Target didn’t care that we had paid a tv installer to mount and install the tv. Don’t buy a tv at Target! If you do, open the box before you leave to make sure a damaged tv hasn’t been reboxed..

Phenomenal customer service!! A friend and I recently were in search of the fifty shades freed dvd as it said online it was in stock at this location. We couldn’t find it ANYWHERE until we ran into Blake who was in the entertainment section. He quickly helped us locate the dvd from in the back and saved our night! Sweetest & most helpful guy ever! Did some shopping here yesterday with my family and we really had a great time roaming around the place though it is quite a huge place the times we spent here are well spent. We bought shirts, shoes and some accessories and I can say that they are not pricey despite their place looks very luxurious. We will for sure visit this place again. Thumbs up!

Staff was very helpful all the way past closing time. And then helped me carry my stuff to my car. I've been to other locations, such as the one on Haskell where no one would help me, even if I asked. The story here was the exact opposite! So friendly and helpful. I felt so bad to be there at closing time, but it was all good.

i was walking back from shopping at target and I tripped n fell on a small pebble when an employee (if I remember correctly it was pablo) quickly helped me to my feet and carried my bags to my car :,) he threw the pebble far so NO ONE will trip on it again. I’ve been calling the store and no one ever answers. I purchased some items and when I got home they were not in my bag and I’m trying to see if the cashier turned them in to customer service. I can’t just drive up there since I’m about 30 minutes away. I wish someone would answer the phone.

This store is set up a bit differently than most others I've been in, so it sometimes takes a bit longer to find things, but it's clean and the staff are nice. The online order/in store pickup is great, too. Kept me from wandering after I grab what I need and spending an extra $100.

Target is my favorite place to shop but today I in countered something that got me very upset. I was looking for bathroom shelf, found one an when I scanned it the price said $39.00 but when I checked out it said $50.00. I liked it a lot so I purchased it. Found that very disturbing

Men's restroom looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks. It was filthy feces on seats on the floor paper everywhere. Just plain filthy I thought restrooms are supposed to be cleaned daily? Obviously the manager at this place is missing not doing their job.

Yeah if you're going to open a new register because you have a LONG line and take next guest you shouldn't walk by yelling next guest on 9. You should actually grab the next guest. Then when a customer tries.to complain you shouldn't RUDELY cut them off.

I go there every week and I loooveee it!! Target my be a little pricey compared to Wal-Mart, which is right across the street, but they are not as slammed, the lines are clear most of the time, the employees are super nice, it's clean! High five Target!

"MY" Target is five minutes from the house. Once I order online usually I receive the email that my order is ready within 30 minutes. And picking-up my item is very quick and simple. It is much less complicated than Wal*Mart or Sam's.

Clean, friendly and their store has wider isles. There lighting is brighter. I can shop for anything at this store. From clothes to vacuum cleaners then food and they have a CVS located inside.
