My experience with tapsy service and customer care was very positive. I ordered a replacement shell for my Toyota Hilux key which I had believed was original. When the key shell didn't fit my key blade "snuggly" I messaged tapsy asking about a refund or replacement. They got back to me immediately and explained to me after looking at photos of my key that it was infact not an original Toyota key. He then went on to message me a link to the part I would instead need to buy (with case and blank key) and offered to cut the key for me free of charge and post it to me in the morning. A wonderful, prompt and generous service that seems to be operated by human beings. Highly recommend!☺️

Not sure why there’s bad reviews :( but I had a 100% great service! Lost my car keys on a night out, had no spare keys so I called Tapsy and they reached within an hour despite it being a public holiday. Within 20 minutes, I received two spare keys ready to go at an affordable price. The locksmith was really nice and friendly too and he told me I could come down anytime to get my keys cut and he did it for me within 15-20 mins. Fast, efficient and professional! Would recommend to anyone and will be using other services too :)

I rang Tapsy late in the afternoon to ask if they could supply a genuine Toyota keyless start fob straight away. They did it in 30 minutes in their shop. Great service. Their system, which cuts the key and programs the chip is very clever, accurate and fast. It's the second time I've used Tapsy and have recommended them to others who have needed car keys/fobs which are very expensive from dealers.

Amazing service! Came out within 30minutes, was super friendly and did an amazing job. I'd been locked out of my car with a dead battery unable to get in, he was able to get in easily even jumpstarted my car for me and cut me a new key. I was quoted $750 for a new key fob for my Suzuki at the dealership which I thought was a bit steep. Went to Tapsy Holland Park and 10 minutes later all done and dusted and only $195. I supplied an identical key fob(my son had an identical car which unfortunately he wrote off) which they reprogrammed. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended

These guys are great, amazing service, great price and got me in really quick and went above and beyond. Came in for one thing but after honest feedback they talked themselves out of some work purely because they were honest and didn't want to waste my time or money. Stayed to get another issue fixed. short version: RUN! Price change once showed up, demanded to be paid new inflated price although service wasn't carried out (blames on my car)... the next guy diagnosed and sorted it in under an hour. Also you broke my left passenger door lock and wasted my time. Posting here as owner has not responded via mobile since.

Fantastic prompt service. Called 30 mins before closing after locking the keys in our car. They came over within 15-20mins. They did such a great job with me! I needed to get a new car key for my car and while my dealership quoted me $680 for diagnostics and replacement for a new car key, this shop only quoted me $200 (cash) and were done with programming my key in under 30 minutes. I needed a new remote key for my car and after a bit of research found that Tapsy offered by far the best price! The staff were extremely professional and friendly - I didn't require an appointment, and they had the job done in less than 30 minutes! Would definitely use again, and recommend to others!

Can’t thank or praise this company or the gentleman who came to the airport to assist us recently. They were so fast to get to us and were so efficient too. It’s not something we had budgeted for that’s for sure; but due to carelessness became necessary to get us home. Highly recommend.

Great service and fair price. Suzuki quoted me ~$400 to fix my damaged car key. Tapsy did it for $80 and it took just 10 minutes. The key quality is excellent and couldn't be happier. Also got a copy of my house key for only $6 a piece while I was there. Would definitely recommend.

We had several locks needing work over a few days. Within a few hours, one of their friendly locksmiths had arrived and made temporary repairs. He returned first thing next morning and finished the repairs in under half an hour. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Thanks for cutting my spare key for me today for my Suzuki. Keys were cut within half an hour. Friendly customer service by the two guys who helped me. Next time I have any key issues I will be definately returning rather than going to a car dealership.

Our ignition wouldn't turn over so when we managed to get the car started we were told we could bring the car stdaight to them and they were able to fix it quickly. We would have been lost without them. Thanks heaps for the hard work you guys did.

I got a car key remote made by them and when I used it, it wouldn't lock the tailgate even though it would lock with my old key. I got a refund for the remote but now the tailgate doesn't lock. He refused to fix it saying it was broken

I went for my car key he made so bad key. That after few days it does not fit properly in my car. I have to change whole locking system . I end up losing 600 bucks because of poor Car key quality. Please stay away from this place thanx.

Today I just walked into the Tapsy shop unannounced to get a new remote key cut for my Falcon Ute. The guy was fantastic. New Key and remote cut and programmed in minutes. Works perfect on the car. Highly recommended.

Peugeot 307 cc 2004 with no working key ,the boot was locked and no remote , The manage to reprogram a new key and get a pin code from France after many attempts to get one from the peugeot dealership .
