THIS is your go to place for replacing car keys! Brodie and Curtis both have my full due respect after their incredible customer service provided helped me achieve the result I needed at a fraction of the cost. I mean a fraction by $8 versus $220!! What a saving! I am 18 years old and needed to work out what was wrong with my central locking buttons as they were working less and less often every time I pressed them. I contacted them for a quote online, and had a friendly gentleman email me to discuss my options and prices. After sending photos of my car key, he gave me professional advice which was incredibly thoughtful to see if maybe the battery was a problem. I did not expect this as I assumed most car key repair places would probably just go with a new replacement as the solution to avoid having to 'dig' into the real cause of the problem, and also another sale is another sale right? This did not matter to them. Helping me genuinely was what mattered to these guys. I insisted in offering a tip, and they still happily refused. Their words exactly 'Hi Josie, that's great, I'm glad we could help. We don't like taking peoples' money unnecessarily'. This is what we need to see more of in the world!

So amazingly cheap and easy compared to other companys/locksmiths I had contacted! I unfortunately lost my only set of Hyundai car keys on the weekend and had no access to my car and no way to get my car to a dealership or locksmith to have a new key sorted out and I had been quoted anywhere from $400-$800 from other dealerships/mobile locksmiths, so I was amazed when I got quoted $280 for a new key (including the call out to my car!), the process was so easy, I called up in the morning and by the afternoon I had a new key, and I didn't even have to be at home for it which saved me taking a morning/afternoon off work. It almost sounded too good to be true. Cant recommend/thank you guys enough!

Had an additional keyless fob programmed to my car here. Techs did not know whether the aftermarket key would work with my Honda, but gave it a try and it worked just fine. There was an issue with the original fob afterwards, but they sorted it out quickly. Not sure whether this is a limitation of the aftermarket fob or some programming glitch, but the new key is recognized by the car as belonging to driver 1, same as the original Honda fob, so won't adjust seat for the second driver automatically, but not an issue for me since this is just a spare key. If this is important for you - remember to check this with the tech while on site. Definitely recommend this guys!

Professional, helpful, efficient. I called VW at Robina for a replacement car key after losing my CC key on the beach. The price they quoted was $980. I tried a Gold Coast replacement key place but they said they couldn't replace that particular key. I was skeptical when Replacement car keys said they could do the job for $350. They encouraged me to make the trip to see them in Brisbane after I sent them photos etc. They did a brilliant job, the key looks no different to the original and actually works much better than the original. Very impressed.

I can’t thank these people enough. I lost a key to my new 200 series. After getting a replacement from Toyota and getting someone else to program it in it buggered up the whole system. I rang Simon and he rang up other companies in my local location to see if they could help. With the help of Simon and his team they managed to find someone local and fix a stuff up which would have costed me $1000’s. I ruined the key for my 2004 VY commodore. Called these guys out cause they sounded good. Obviously they don't have the right equipment for the job as well as having little know how. Told me he couldn't do it and the ring that reads the key fob on the ignition was faulty and that I needed an auto electrician for the job. I knew this wasn't the case but called an auto electrician out to look at it anyway. Nothing at all wrong with it, but here I am still with no car key.

The Brisbane folk seem great, from my enquiry, but looks like the Adelaide "branch" has gone out of business. I can't get a response via their contact form or email, and the phone just rings out every time. Have waited a week already, so it's a long way from their website's claim of "One of our friendly team will be back in contact with you within 4 business hours." Would reflect better on the company if they kept tabs on the independent operators who use their name.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Got quoted over $500 to replace a tiny chip inside my car keys by the dealership (also would’ve had to tow the car there); whereas these guys replaced the same chip in TWO keys for $380 and to make it even better they came to me! This place gave me prompt and very efficient service for setting up a new Hyundai EV key. They fitted me in in same day and charged half the price quoted by the Windsor Hyundai repair centre (who said they couldn’t fit me in for 7 weeks). Not only did they sort my key out they took the time to show me several features on the car, like how to open the door if the key or car battery was flat. Top notch service, highly recommended.

Shout out to Michael from Replacement Car Keys. Cut and programmed 2 keys. Was told I would have to use the dealer and wait 3-5 weeks for a single key. Michael met us at the car and professionally went about getting 2 working keys cut and programmed after picking the lock for access to the car. Super amazed with the service. I had broken the other shell of my flip key, tried to fix it myself with aftermarket housing and couldn't put it back together. Most amazing customer service I've had in forever. Just needed my key battery replaced but these guys also fixed up the buttons for only $8. I'd been to chains previously and they wanted $250 in order to repair the buttons! All done and dusted in 5 minutes. Couldn't be happier.

I thought I was in a real pickle. Both car keys dead and the master locked in the vehicle. For 1/3 of the price of a jag key they came to to the house, broke into the car and programmed a new key. Same day. Jag had to order the key from England. Amazing.
