What a great place! We've gone here for monthly wine tastings as well as drinks and dinner. They have good wine and great staff. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees really stands out, especially in London where service often suffers. They have a lot of wines by the glass and bottle (they're also a wine shop) and even though the food menu is limited, we enjoyed the cheese and charcuterie and thought the portions were generous. We'll definitely return.

This was our second time visiting this quaint wine bar, we came in, found a free space near the window, a waiter cleared the previous glasses, very pleasant and promised to be back for the order. We waited and looked at the changing menu... and waited..... and waited. 10 mins :( the nice waiter was stood at the bar and there he stayed. So...we left. We gave three because last time it was good. Not this time.

Really poor service, not sure why it takes 15mins for someone to offer a place to sit, 15mins to order and... another 15mins later nothing arrived. How long does it take to pour a glass of wine, you should not operate in a lovely high street like West Hampstead where most places are polite and considerate to potential customers. Shame I took my business to Alice house.

Fantastic wine bar with a extensive collection of lovely wines. Charcuterie is delicious, the seating choices are great and the overall decor/vibe of the place is perfect. We were served by Tal who was extremely knowledgable and friendly and made our experience that much more enjoyable. I've been here a few times and I will vouch for anything he recommends!

We enjoyed the place, wine was tasty and atmosphere relaxed; though we paid £30 in corkage for two bottles of wine- they should have mentioned to us that the corkage isn’t what it used to be. It was quite annoying to find out such a big price difference at the end of the evening.

The staff is not only knowledgeable about wine, but they share that knowledge in an engaging way. They eagerly share their enthusiasm for the wines without any attitude. Great vibe and I love that they have expanded their by-the-glass selection a little and offer a few nibbles. Really great to have them in the neighbourhood.

Came here on bank holiday and the gentleman was very helpful in helping us to choose a bottle to share on a lazy bank holiday afternoon (I even capitulated on my idea of red and went with a white). Can't believe we didn't know about this place before but will be back as want to make an evening of it with some cheese etc.

Nicest wine bar / shop in London - top selection with the best, friendliest service - the staff is extremely professional and friendly, ready to help you choosing what suits best for the occasion. Well worth the visit if you are looking for a bottle or just chill and enjoy a glass with some good music...

It was busy when we got there, but the manager/owner was incredibly rude and showing an attitude throughout the whole time we were there. 0 hospitality throughout the evening. We had come due to the good reviews and travelled to get there, ended up leaving very disappointed, wont be back for sure

Awesome wine place with an extremely knowledgeable owner. A huge selections of wine with a great atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor seating. There are a couple of food platters that are served (one cheese base and the other meat based). If you like wine, then this is a place to visit.

A splendid neighbourhood wine shop and bar with a wide selection of interesting wines, nice little terrace, knowledgeable and friendly owners and staff. Organises tasting evenings with producers and makers as well as wine training. Well worth a detour if you live anywhere in London!

We keep coming back all the time because of the relaxed atmosphere and fantastic selection! I don’t think we’ve had a bad bottle before! Mind you we do buy 6 at a time. Love Avie and Adam, I’ve had a couple of birthday celebrations here and here’s to many more:) Wendy & David xxx

Lovely spot on West End Lane, with staff eager to please. Made to feel very welcome. Warm and pleasant spot with great atmosphere. Ask them what they have available to snack on - they had an excellent selection of cheeses to go with the wine. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent wines and a delicious cheeseboard - a great, chilled-out place for good wine, good food and good company! As well as enjoying wines from their menu, you are able to buy a bottle of your choice from the store, and pay a corkage charge to enjoy this in the bar.

Very pleasant meeting place ... well recommended! Whilst convivial & bubbly, the noise levels still make it very easy to have good conversations. Service is very good & equally bubbly, to match the ambience. It's all good! Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

The guy who manages this place should be in another industry – he certainly wasn't hospitable. In fact, he served some of his pals after us but made sure they got their food first. We were hungry and when I quizzed him he got hostile. Awful experience

I went here this evening. Lovely spot, very nice atmosphere,clean and the two members of staff were both very attentive. Great. Lovely wine list, perhaps a touch pricey, but acceptable for a venue that's aiming to be a bit upper end.

Fav wine bar in London. Wonderful wines and food, excellent vibes. And most importantly beyond amazing staff and sevice. Avi always ensures we have a fantastic personable experience every time we visit. Can't recommend enough!

Really good wine, better than anywhere in London, but I was really surprised by the little choice of wine on the menu when seated at the table, as the place is clearly a winery with a vast selection

Love the concept of it all! The staff was very helpful, and recommended a very good wine, the cheese platter was very good and complete and I love the look of the place too. I'd go back anytime!

Nice ambiance. I preferred to have a wine list or wine tags rather than to ask the staff about the wines. Adding some food apart from cheese and cold cuts to the menu would be good.

Love it for a nice drink after work. The owner is a gent, but all the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable about wine and will work to give you a drink that suits you.
