There was no one at the front, I made a reservation and I came in and had no clue where to go. I finally saw someone working and I told him I had a reservation and he told me where we need to sit. The place was busy but still I think enough staff should be there to handle the high traffic days. The drinks were good and also the food and I did like the vibrant ambiance. However again because no one was at the door, a homeless person made her way in and kept coming to our table asking for money, not something I want to encounter when I am out to relax and enjoy and I care there to celebrate my birthday. Also, my husband said a mad person had entered the bathroom, again he wouldn’t have gotten in if there was someone monitoring the persons who are entering. Our server was very nice though, he made the night better.

We sat outside as it was quiet busy inside. Not much social distancing which I was expecting. Tables were not cleaned and were sticky so we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Considering what times were in at the moment you would think once people leave a table they would clean the tables. I ordered a grilled cheese burger with fries and a pineapple cider. Drinks arrived quickly which was good. Waitress was lovely. Presentation of the food when it came out was fine. The burger £13.50....was horrible, very dry, burned and the chips were basic. The Cider was £5.95 and it was actually nice. The meal itself was just not worth the money at all. If I’m spending my money on food it has to be tasty. It was just not that at this bar. I’ve been to other All Bar Ones and this one is by far the worst one. I wont be going back.

Awful, awful place and I would avoid at all costs. We had prebooked a table for 11 people for my sisters birthday. We ordered a few bottles of Prosecco and some food through the app and 30 minutes later we still had no drinks or food. Went to the bar and it took 15 minutes to get someone to speak to us there, where other disgruntled people were queuing to complain. Eventually we got our food and drinks but the food was a joke. All the chips were cold and there were no sauces/salt etc. The onion rings were just fried scraps. The nachos looked like a students had cooked it. For the price you would expect a lot more, and it put a damper on the start of our evening. I think they were short staffed, but that doesn't explain the inability to fry a chip.

Great little place for a nice bite after a trip to the British Museum, or when you've been out down Oxford Street/Charring Cross/Tottenham Court Road. Good food at a reasonable price. Nice service at the bar, but the young guy 'waiter' is useless, doesn't watch or clear his table. I had to go to the bar to ask them for my desert, as no one did a check back at any point. Can get a little warm in the summer, so, in that case, better not to sit in the Mezzanine.

Nice place and lovely brunch menu, cocktails are wonderful and probably the best passion fruit martini I have had in quite some time. Service was a tad slow even though not busy but still recommend it. Fish finger sandwich (posh) is yummers

Best bottomless brunch I have been to in a while. The service was perfect with our main server Aimee. All staff were very attentive and willing to help. The atmosphere was great and we had an amazing time.

Got 2 stars because previous visits so much better App didn't work so had to go to the bar. Too many friends of team in to get attention. My partner took their chance drinking from the bottle rather than from the dirty glass with ice that melts into an odd yellow? I'll not go into the other guest issues. Despite a floor team member visible nothing much was happening. The tables around us dirty and cluttered for the duration of our visit. Toilets disgusting and flooded.

Went into all bar one as we really liked the vibe it was given off! Once in we we’re greeted and served by a charming young lad called Lydon he was very polite, efficient and friendly and made our time there a delight another shoutout to Jamie who offered to bring our drinks up to us so we didn’t have to stand around at the bar. Thank you to the wonderful team I will definitely return :)

We held a hen party here on 22nd July and we have nothing, but wonderful things to say about Erin and the experience she put on for us. It was a friendly, professional and fun atmosphere. Drinks we ordered were all good and came quickly, but the food order took an hour to get and then was pretty poor. The waitress was good and kept apologising. I felt a bit sorry for her !! They then had the cheek to automatically add a big service charge,.....which we politely asked to be removed.

I am really disgusted and disappointed by this branch of AllBarOne. Service is beyond bad - nobody would clean the table for you or bring the food properly. Good quality has dropped significantly. The broccoli I ordered was raw, the Chicken salad (chicken chunks couldn’t be chewed) the glasses for the wine and cutlery super dirty. I wouldn’t come back any time soon !

The bar is SO welcoming, Liam is 10/10. He welcomes us and made us feel so settled and happy. Toby greeted us at the bar and made us amazing cocktails, Shaq checked in on us regularly to make sure we were having the best time!! Can’t thank the team enough it was the best day!!

Great atmosphere. My only bug bear was that the music was too loud. We had to shout at each other to be heard. The food was ok. Some nice dishes our order came late but the lovely staff made up for it...so overall I'd go again...but please turn the music.
