Really disappointed from start to finish. I had booked for 8 people and explained one of the party were celiac. No acknowledgment of this I was given an iPad to check allergens myself they appeared to not understand gluten free. We were asked to order food via the QR code usually not an issue. However it gave no place to add special request ie no mayo on a burger or gf option. Or sauce served separately. Asked waiter he gave me his phone on notes to write our order out! Food came 40 minutes later warm not hot none of the adjustments were made so mayo on my sons burger didn’t go down well. The gluten free dish had been changed from halloumi and veg skewers to halloumi and chorizo??? No explanation. Staff gave the attitude it was all too much effort. Poor customer service. Bill added £20 service charge automatically cheek with the service we had. Won’t be going back or recommending. Our friends from America were shocked at poor customer service as up till then it had been great in the uk disappointed

I dropped by here a Saturday afternoon for a couple of cocktails. When I got there only a handful of people were there - and within 30 minutes the place was crowded. Most definitely a popular place amongst locals. Cocktails: 5 stars. Really well made and tasteful. I had the Hibiscus and Apricot Fizz and the Spiced Rum Punch - both priced around 11£, which seems to be very fair - other bars in the area charges up to 22£ for a cocktail. Service: 3 stars. All bar tenders are professional - knows how to make drinks. But when I went to order my second drink I was the only one at the bar - besides a couple that had just ordered and the bartender was serving (Mixing drinks). As the bartender was done and served the couple their drinks, a lady came up next to me. The bartender knew the lady and immediately served her - instead of serving me that had been waiting. I guess the locals have some influence. As the place got crowded the mood of the place changed a lot. It got loud with everyone having a good time. No doubt this is a place to visit when close by.

16 of us recently enjoyed a Cocktail Experience for a joint Hen Do, and Dina was such a perfect host and made our time at All Bar One Picton Place, an afternoon to remember! She had a tough job in keeping us all engaged and under control but she did nothing but get involved and have a laugh with us. At one point we found something so funny that she had to run off to the toilet to compose herself. (Which we loved ) As a group of girls who don't often get time away from work/our children and daily routine, this is just what we were after! Went on a Tuesday evening for tapas and cocktails with a Groupon. There were only 2 people working, neither of them greeted us. The male bartender (Ziggy?) seemed annoyed at my friend and I when we ordered from the bar and wasn't able to offer me a non alcoholic cocktail without some drama, so I just got something alcoholic in the end, which was a bit of a letdown. No table service throughout the evening except for bringing us the food. The decor was beautiful and the tapas + drinks were delicious though. Maybe just come on a weekend.

Booked in advance for my birthday and wished I never did. The service was shocking considering the place was empty. I asked to use my cocktail voucher and the staff were very awkward about it and made me pay for my drink instead of the voucher. The drinks took a very long time and another lady came and remade the drinks?? Very confused by the whole experience. Luckily there was another All bar one 10 minutes away where I used my cocktail voucher without any issues and had an amazing experience there. I love all bar one but in the future I will not use this venue.

I'm normally not one to write reviews but I felt I needed too after my visit to this bar. Super modern interior establishment. The team is friendly warm, enthusiastic, attentive and nothing is too much trouble kinda vibe. Great selection of drinks, super yummy cocktails and food available at the bar- the perfect pit stop after work hours or spending time with friends. A lovely bar destination, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Came for a leaving party, left with the best experience of my life. Elaura looked after us well with first class service - would definitely come here again!!!

Looked after my friends with top class service, they were all attentive with their dietary requirements and made sure we were safe.

We tried to have an english typical breakfast and deal has been honored in this place. However, ordering at table made the service to be very slow: more that 40min wait to get our scrambled eggs and beans served, and the online menu does not get the same choice as the paper menu. Disappointing. But food was great, and atmoshpere cosy for a slow morning as we did.

We had a nice time at this bar for breakfast, service was good and food was lovely as well...once I had my avocado replaced (it was black-ish). My friend was less fuzzy than me and didn't ask to get it changed, but she should of...you can judge from the picture. However it seems that she enjoyed her breakfast regardless of that.

Been there two months ago for Christmas dinner with my workmates, I must say the food was dissapointing. The only nice part was the dessert, it looked interesting and tasted good. The roast was a joke, I would be embarassed to serve anything like that. I like All Bar One, but I would never go for their Christmas Menu again.
