Take care of the customers in line. When I arrived at the front of the line, there were 5 employees behind the counter, one of whom was checking out a customer. When the other employees noticed me waiting in line, they pretended I wasn't there. When the cashier who was ringing up the customer completed the transaction, she spoke with an employee named Yosef (navy shirt, average height, black hair). After she makes eye contact with me, the customer who is still waiting in line, Yosef pulls her away from her register and to the side to laugh and talk. I then approached one of the five employees behind the cashier desk, all of whom were refusing to check me out, and told them I was ready to checkout. After that, the cashier decides to check me out. I've never seen anything like this before. No customer should be treated in this manner. It is completely disrespectful for Yoself to pull another employee off the register while a customer is in line. I will not be recommending this store to anyone.

I have been visiting this particular location since 2012. It was my go to spot for casual work clothes and still is. What I love about this place is their purse selection. You’ll fund cute, one-of-a-kind clutches under $30. They have an array of clothing for $ spenders and $$$ spenders. You will never regret buying their clothes. The quality is always on point no matter how inexpensive it is. You should check out their jewelry section—it’s oh so gorgeous. Their staff is quite friendly and helpful. The lines can be long at times, but they do their best to work through the lines when this happens. The restroom is tucked behind the luggage section, which is close to the entrance. They used to have a nice selection of perfumes, but I haven’t seen much of that lately.

I used to live this store until I went to exchange something that was in the "runway" collection with tags attached and even the red tag attached. Couldn't find my receipt but had my bank statement which I showed the manager that could see the date, time and amount. She said I couldn't exchange or return. She took my information and said she'd look up my transaction and would call me in a couple days. It's been almost 2 weeks and she didn't call! Bad customer service and I am not happy at all. I'd give a negative review if I could. Very disrespectful. We've spend thousands of dollars at this location. Never again!! Rude!

I see customers leave good reviews for this store, but my experience yesterday was disappointing.1First of all, the store doesn't have enough choices for XL and XXL sizes. 2. Hanger sizes and the actual size of the clothes hanging on them are mismatched. 3. A lot of items are in the wrong isle and wrong size. 4. Not enough of visual information. All the items I got, I got by pure luck, because I found them in unpredictable locations. The visit was a loss of time for me. 5. The cashier was talking too much though the were 10+ people waiting in the line... Next time I will probably take pictures to confirm my experience.

This place sells designer bags! I was pretty shocked when I saw them, discounted designer brand bags like Chloe at about $1,400. There is quite a few other lesser named brands like Coach. I feel the bags are not properly maintained seeing it started to gather a ton of dust. Customers can also freely touch the bags and get a feel for it. There is also a ton of other designer products like Kate Spade blankets and Tommy Hilfiger window dressing at pretty cheap prices. Customer service was excellent, employees were eager to work and seemed quite happy to be there.

Great place to stop and get some deals. Their is the friendliest lady ( I think her name is Luzzie) when you first walk in that is soo kind. The bathrooms are convenient and when you walk in just turn to the left and there they are. The store has many items and I dont think you will regret stopping here and shopping. The cashier was so friendly and kind and thanked us for stopping in and shopping there. So stop by and give them a try.

When you shop on line ( will not do it agai) and try to return item in the store...it takes forever. This is my second experience like that. I understand that is almost holiday season, but for one and only person knowledge of reticket items (previous location at Park On store) is very frustrating. It should be more staff trained especially before holiday. My recent experience leave a lot to desire if efficiency at checkout.

I went to this TJ Maxx and they had a Plant feeder on sale. When we were checking out the Indian Casher that was on #7 said oh that's so cute, then she said oh that's not the tag that goes on the item! She was trying to keep it for herself!!! She said she couldn't sale it. I said we'll it should be honored since I found it like that. She did not want to sell it so she could keep it for herself!! Do not go to this location!

I love this store and I have bee a loyal Costumer for more than 8 years I am just so so disappointed about this location Preston Rd Alexis Village bc in the las 6 months every time I'm here making a purchase is always a long long waiting line for the registers and only 2 cashiers not even mentioned that a long time waiting for layaway Every employ are very nice and smiling. It make this situation more peaceful .

So I bought a blanket a while ago and it’s crazy how employees dont take a look an item to see if it was used because I spend $60 on a blanket and it looks like it was already used and somehow it’s dirty and when I touch it, it’s like they tried to burn it or something because I felt like a plastic inside. Some pieces were missing. It’s unbelievable. Please always check if customers already used AN ITEM. SMH.

OK so here’s my little comment and again I will say I’m biased I love me some TJ Maxx Marshalls HomeGoods all that stuff this location is really good I feel like the product they get as good as far as the beauty and clothing is good! The home goods section is just OK you’re better off going across the street where there is actually a HomeGoods location because they have amazing stuff!

This TJ Max location is fun and, clean and mostly organize so it's easy to find the items you are looking for. Most of the staff is friendly. The only issue I have encountered is that they do not have staff on the floor in case you need help or have a question about a product but other than that it's a good place to shop. They have high end clothing items and high purses and shoes.

As we walked in we were greeted by a very enthusiastic attendant. When I asked for a candy cane the attendant gave me several! The attendant was busy wiping carts, but still greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The store is neat and clean and laid out in a manner that was easy to negotiate. Sales clerks were available, but unobtrusive. Very pleasant visit, thank you.

Great store. Just went in here for the first time, was greeted by multiple ppl, even when I got to the register, the cashier was so nice, then when leaving not only where there more people standing at the door, so was the store manager to make sure everybody was greeted and taken care off. I’d have to say that tops my customer service experience so far. Great job! Great staff!

Do not let them run your credit for a credit card with a promise of a discount even if you don't get it. I was promised a 10percent discount even if I didn't qualify for the gold card. Once everything was done the female employee denied the discount. They just try to get their quota. I know it was my mistake for allowing it.....never again. This happened on sunday afternoon.

An item was priced wrong, we paid for it and then the manager Emilia told us that they have too many new associates and that they made a mistake. She took the item from our cart (after we already paid for it) and also treat us very rude and told us that she will NOT sell that item to us. Horrible service and experience. Definitely never coming back!!

There was not a lot to choose form & the sizes weee I corrected on the rack . Manager never followed up with me about a return. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for a call. Unprofessional. How do you not accept a return for an exchange when I have my bank statement showing day and time I came in and all tags attaches. She said ahe was going took up purchase and call me to come back in to return. But no call!!!!! SHOCKER

Horrible customer service! I asked for additional assistance in the Jewelry department from one of the managers because one of the reps was preoccupied with a personal convo with one of her friends...and the manager says “only she can help you ma’am and walks off.” I will never shop here again. I really wanted that $200 necklace too.

This location of TJ Maxx seems to be doing a great job of taking the extra steps for cleanliness during the pandemic. Someone is always at the door ready to greet with a freshly sanitized cart, and they do well with social distancing in the checkout line. Thanks for making my shopping experience feel safer while still comfortable.

This is one of my favorite TJ Max stores! They always have a lot of inventory and seem to have some higher end brands and products. I love shopping the accessories, clothes, home decor and kids clothes! Lots of great stuff! It’s usually pretty busy. They could probably use a few more checkout people but line moves pretty quickly.

This is such a great store. They have really great customer service here. The selection is good. Check out the skincare and beauty section. The men's selection isn't that good, but the baby section and gift sections are great. Electronics? Ehh.. I wouldn't go there for that. But great store for gift giving and skincare/beauty.

Called to see if they had a pair of shoes still on hold for me, the lady was very rude n didn't seen to care or even look. This TJ Maxx has always been one of the best stores of their chain in Dallas. But that shoe section needs work! I can remember when their shoes could match any Macys, Butlers, Bakers, Wild Pair! Those long time customers know what I'm taking about! Now, I still love the store but yall step up the shoe game a little! Please!

As always I love shopping at the discount store. The only problem I have is you really have to check the sizes and not go by tag. The clothes are just put all over in random places. Things are a mess. Working retail I do understand it is really hard to keep things clean. I dont evet see anyone working on the clean up.

Awesome location. Walked in needing a shirt, belt, and tie for my suit because I had an interview the next day, and they had all of it for great prices. Never in my life had i been here but ive got to say they have so many things to choose from i think i spent 2 hours here and wanted to buy it all but there jewlery section was the best very unique and beautiful pieces and ear rings all for a very affordable and low price definitely be back many more times

A great store with large selection and excellent costumer service. Besides the products, the store is generally clean & neat but the Restrooms...they really need to be cleaned better. Don't expect to be able to return items even if they have tags on them. They decide whether they want to return your items now if you lost receipt. They wouldn't return my items that all had original receipts!! Its strange how they treat customers here...mgmt needs training on customer relations.

Stores a little messy. Ran into to get a water bottle. Checkout line is pretty quick! Employees are pretty helpful and nice. You can find a lot of stuff if you just look around if you have the time. The holiday decorations aren’t too bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive.
