I had a great customer service at Sutton Superdrug from this woman who might be in her 60s, while I needed this body lotion. Her name badge says Rita, Thank, very polite and a customer service. She immediately attended to me when things was very busy while I didn’t know who to call to attend to me.

Well, I have to say this Superdrug has more choices than my usual one. Specially when Wallington branch is shut for refurbishment, this is a great place for all beauty and skin care stuff. Do get their loyalty card as they have cheaper prices for their card holders.

Absolutely horrid told my daughter she couldn’t go in because she was in school uniform so they were being institutional racist towards her which against the protected rights system as they were discriminating against age!!!!

Pharmacy had my prescription for 2 full days and still had not made it up when I arrived, I had to wait another 20 minutes and as someone who has a carer this is not acceptable

Website says all branches take blister packet recycling but was told they had stopped this. Surprising to be not attuned to their corporate programmes. Quite unfortunate.
