Worst experience I have ever had in a superdrug shop. The manager and staff are not able to process a refund. I visited this location Friday 08/10 at around 7pm, just before closing and purchased a product indicated on the shelf as discounted 1/2 price. When paying, the only cashier available rushed the process as there was a queue behind me. I realized 1 minute later, when exiting the shop, that the price on the bill was full, therefore I queued again, in order to ask for a refund. I've previously purchased the same product 1 month ago and the same thing happened, so I didn't want to accept their mistake. The cashier, instead of being mortified for the mistake, tried to make me doubt about the price I have seen and called the Manager, Monica. The Manager scanned the products on the shelf and realized they were misplaced, and it should have been placed differently 2 days ago. This demonstrates poor management and organizational skills. Then, they made me wait 5 minutes in front of the till for a refund that has been initially done by the Manager, Monica, and has been left half way through to the initial cashier. The worst part is that they first refunded me the full price of the product, in order to charge me the discounted price, but the cashier charged me the discounted price and the difference between the full price and the discounted one. When trying to rebate this amount, the cashier cut it short to me, saying that I should keep the receipt and come back if I would have any issue. I will definitely visit the shop to put in a formal complaint for the manager and the cashier. My point is not built around the money, at all, as the amount was very small. I have been working as a cashier and as a manager and I definitely think experience educates people. This experience educated me, but must educate the staff of this shop as well. 1.59£ can make an actual difference in someone's life.

I have never written a review of this store, because I have always received a very pleasant service from the team. There is a team member whom I seem to bump into alot, Mary, and who is always willing to assist. But on this occasion, and one hope's on the many visits in the future, the star of the day goes to a team member named Sophie, who exhibited exceptional customer service. One, always tries to find the product before seeking assistance from a team member and on this occasion that is what I had to do. Sophie was "manning the door" and when I approached her I was greeted with a most wonderful personality (first star). Sophie had asked another team member to take over the Host position at the door and walked with me to the area of my inquiry, instead of passing me off to another team member (second star). I had shown a very bad picture of the product's which I was looking for and immediately Sophie knew the products in question and had began to inform me the products had recently been redesigned in appearance and labeling (third star). Then, there was a very brief interlude of "small talk" and if she could help me with the rest of my shopping within the store (fourth star). As I was about to leave, Sophie had made it her duty to thank me for calling and bid me a very warm farewell (fifth star). All of the above was executed with a great sense of enthusiasm and fun, but, with a degree of restraint. To the management of the store, well done on your choice of team members.

I was so disappointed with the store manager . I shop all the time at Superdrug and did find out that in Shepherd’s Bush Green Superdrug they had some discontinued products so I went there and nicely asked the store manager to help me but she was so useless that I don’t think she deserves to be a store manager . Is the worst experience that I ever had with staff in my entire life. She didn’t want to help she wasn’t even listening to what I was asking as she would make a question on something I just told her she even walked away as I asked her if she could check something for me on the gun telling me I don’t have one. Which from my other experiences even if she was busy she should told me I am doing something give me 2 minutes and I will get a gun and help but that wasn’t in her mind she just walked away . I had to look for other stuff members so they could help .I felt so uncomfortable that I had to tell her you are acting like you hate me and I just was there for some discontinued stuff and never seen that lady before so there was no reason whatsoever for her behaviour. I will never go back there again till they charge the store manager as I believe not everyone can afford expensive things and I think everyone should be treated same way. So so disappointing.

Words are not enough to describe the disappointment I feel with the customer service I’ve just received in Superdrug Shepherd’s Bush. I walked in this evening to get my eyebrows done, the lady not only completely messed up my eyebrows (one is now much shorter than the either) she was also so rough with the thread I walked out with bumpy and bleeding eyebrows. When speaking to the eyebrow lady about what I’ve just seen I was told that my eyebrows were already like that (despite the blood coming out of where hairs where now missing) and that my skin is sensitive hence why the bad reaction, please bare in mind I am 27 & have been doing my eyebrows since the age of 13 & never have I ever had any reaction or bleeding when doing my brows. I then complained at the tills and what seemed to be the eyebrow bar manager was called, who then tells me that I have allergy problems and should have signed a form before doing them, I’ve never had an allergic reaction to anything thank god. No apology was given and when giving me my refund he tells me that my apology is him giving me my refund back, are you for real Superdrug?? 1 star is an overstatement!!!

Im was There today 11 am sorry but The castumer Services them need extra training .. Sorry was there an old lady..she its very slim and she got very long hair ( she didn't have a name tag) when im ask her " (when I asked her if I could come in with the dog) sie was very rude! under her breath she said leave him outside..I told her that there is no place to leave the dog outside and that it is very dangerous and I only want to go out for one thing...she said I don't know, leave him outside. Sorry I am very disappointed in her approach to the customer because if we continue this way, unfortunately the Customer service will always be at a low level. there are different approaches and solutions that such situations because I couldn't take him in my arms or she could suggest that she would look at him outside..was absolutely no busy time ! Come on was just small a dog . It's very really staring situation for me .I live in London for a dozen or so years and this was the case for the first time.

A staff member claiming that the half price or even cheaper offer will end today, hurry!!! He misled me by this %50-%60 discount while being sold a less discount one and did not provide the first receipt after scanning the clubcard so on this secondary receipt was only showing zero pound with just clubcard points indication only, And when I went back to ask for an explanation I found out it was not even a %50 discount as the staff claimed before I buy,,, not just this the same individual staff member was very rude because aggressively told me he did not provide the original receipt due to clubcard scanned secondly or later instead of reprinting my original appropriate copy to show full price details because this is my simplest dignity right as a customer. And I trusted the words and skills of these crew staff that's why I only checked that awkward phenomena when I arrived home, then I realized the dishonesty and unacceptable Gross misconduct behaviours.

Very polite Pharmacist's and staff members. Be mindful that the pharmacy closes before the store department. Good size of the isles in width so Mobility support of the smaller sizes can navigate around the store without crushing anyone's toes!! (JOKE'S) I'm not prevented from popping their basket onto my E-Scooter so that I can be empowered and not be aided by staff in order to buy bits and pieces from the store whilst waiting for my prescription to be put together. Great team in here who will help if you can't find anything as it's quite a fair size. *POLITE NOTICE* Lovely young lady who's recently been placed in this store, 'please don't go' before you get to know the team as I heard you as you were leaving from your late shift, we're happy and appreciate what you have done so far!! Oh yes, great selection of makeup for all colours. Thank you and happy shopping guy's

I wish I can give zero review because their customer service is terrible. They have a problem with queue, and they know that, but they don't do anything to resolve the issue. You are already in the queue waiting to pay,then you see people who are waiting to the opposite side where the tills are, and they want to pay. When they see you that you are in the queue they want to jump in because they were before you. I mean the logic is respect the queue and don't cut the queue! Today, one of their customer service was argumenting with me because I walked around. Of course I walked around because you let people standing there looking at what type perfume they want. I mean the tills side is only for people who need to pay and then leave. It isn't for people who don't have intention to buy anything and just look at the perfume. Very horrible and rude customer service.

Went to Superdrug’s on my break from work to buy a specific product; with plenty of break time decided to browse the whole store. Upon entering the store an employee needlessly stalked me every part of the store I went to. As I was stood deciding which brand to buy she started shouting at her coworker that I was stealing, shouting that she had seen me pick things up and put them in my pocket. I was just trying to innocently buy some sanitary products but instead was harassed by a horrible employee. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. I struggle to understand why she chose to stalk me around the store in the first place. I plan to stay far away from this store and all Superdrug’s in general. Thanks for horrible experience you’ve given me.

Staff had no idea how to process a voucher and gave multiple excuses as to why ..out of date voucher( which its not as valid for a year). Both female staff speaking to each other in another language whilst serving me was rude and it was very obvious that they were not very well trained. There was also no manager to speak to until the next day so very unhelpful and we ended up going to boots instead and will continue to use their services instead. As a large family that will be a lot of missed sales for super drug.

I feel so sorry of the front line cashier team have to deal with those aggressive shoplifting suspicions. I’ve seen the supervisor lady call -Monica , She was dealing 3 times of Suspicion shoplifting issues within 10 mins … however, She was handle very well , very professional. Could the head office look into this store and put some Security there for those worker please. It’s really uncomfortable to see those female workers , working under unsafe and fear environment. Needed a PCR test in order to travel back home and originally had my test booked in another store which they rescheduled for me to shepard's bush store same day. Well, needless to say I got the chance to meet the lovely nurse Dorothy who was very kind, bubbly and full of life! We had a nice chat, she made sure i was relaxed (turns out the test isn't bad at all, just feels a little tickly!). She is a real asset to this store and i'm sure other patients will feel the same, Thank you!

I always come to this place to fix my eyebrows. Nancy is the reason I always come back. She has magical hands when it comes to threading. She genuinely cares for her customers, gives her best advice and works with a lot of passion. I can't go anywhere else having Nancy at Superdrug. KIJAL IS AMAZING!! SHE IS THE BEST!! I often come here because of her. She knows how to take care of customers. I recommend getting your eyebrows done by her, because she knows which shape is best suited to your face. She makes you feel comfortable, she is always lovely, positive and with a smile and always ready to answer all your questions. Great asset to the team!!

Appalling treatment of my daughter who is seven months pregnant and has an underlying illness. She was repeatedly asked if she wanted a basket and politely declined , then accelerated to a very pleasant exchange by all concerned. I strongly urge that the manager of this shop be either sent for retraining!

This was my first time having my eyebrows done at this branch, my brow therapist, Nancy, was professional, detailed and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend getting your eyebrows done by Nancy, she’s very good at what she does and would have you looking like a new women!

Never going here again. I went to collect an online order, and there was a long queue at the till, so I asked a girl on the shop floor if she could get it for me, she says no, and that I have to queue up. I'll go somewhere else for better customer service, as these staff have zero skills.

Came for travel vaccination. Dorothy is lovely but it's easy to see she is overworked. To the management: These appointments shouldn't be so short or booked back to back. She was fast & thorough but I still felt like we ran out of time, and I might need a second appointment.

If I could give it less I would. The whole point of a pharmacy is to fill prescriptions. They couldn’t recognise a private prescription and I was forced to walk with an ill child to boots, who were more than helpful. Please train your staff to recognise a prescription.

I would much rather give zero stars if I could. The service here is beyond awful. It's so terrible it's a joke. The workers here are impolite, impatient and really bad at their jobs. Whole lot needs to be re-trained or fired!!!

The usual stock of cosmetics and bathing products. On site pharmacy if you need a prescription filled. The floor staff are surprisingly helpful considering the number of demanding customers that were in-store on Saturday.
