I don’t know what happened to the lovely staff at the pharmacy but the new people there are really rude. Firstly, my mum has had her heart medication on repeat at this pharmacy for years, she was told that she could no longer order it through them and she had to contact her doctor. They were very unhelpful towards her and she was quite confused and upset by it, she’s 80 years old, have some compassion. My experience was the two ladies were extremely aggressive (in the pharmacy) when I questioned a lady who I thought had jumped the queue, all I said was “I was next”. The two ladies behind the counter verbally jumped on me like a pair of Rottweilers, when I was served, I gave one of the women the name of the some antihistamines tablets I wanted, she barely looked for them and said aggressively that they didn’t have them. She didn’t offer me any other alternative. You can’t tell me that there were no antihistamines in the whole of the pharmacy. she just didn’t want to serve me she had a really bad attitude.I won’t be using this chemist again I’ll go to boots.
Terrrible, terrible service. Made an order and picked the 'collect in 30mins' option. An hour goes by, nothing is said to me so I contact their live chat. Their live chat, an operator by the name of Sean then proceeds to offer no help and provides a number that nobody answers. I then head down to the store at Dalston and ask about my order, seeing as it has now been an 1hr +, I assume it would be there. As I get there, I then receive an email saying my order was cancelled...So Sean, the "very helpful" operator cancelled my order without my knowledge! All in all, the service from Superdrug was pathetic.
I was quite upset after coming here and being mistreated by a young man at the tills. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, there was a mistake with the product that I wanted to buy. I tried to explain that there had been a mistake with the barcode sticker on the product that I wanted to buy because the price and product on the scanner was different to the price displayed on the shelf and what the product actually was. He absolutely did not care and his response was patronising and demeaning. I won't be returning and I sincerely hope that other people aren't treated this way when they go to the store.
I only head over to Superdrugs when Boots just don't have the products I want. To be honest, I like Superdrugs stores, but this particular one is a big dislike. It's almost always too crowded no matter what time you go in, the staff are hardly around to help you, it's a small store (I prefer Westfield) and I was once spoken very rudely to by the security guard who had a problem with me testing out a TESTER makeup. It's not like I opened a new product, jheeze! Plus, as a point collector, compared to Boots, they give rubbish Beautycard points.
Well I was expecting one shaving product that I couldn't see this being mens shaving oil, the only one that I saw was expensive king of shaves cost £3•10 that was reduced and still I found it to much money for the something of that size being 20ml I can get one from savers being less £1•99 and I thought that was alot of money. My point is I can purchase this from one of the major supermarkets sainsbury for £1•00 and because I suffer with dermatitis allergic reaction, so not to impressed with their price.
If I could give a 0 I would. I was looking at nail varnishes deciding what colours I wanted to buy as there was a 3 for the price of 2 offer. An employee said to another employee very indiscreetly to watch me. I’ve never been so offended. As a black women I take that as the highest form of disrespect. This is my local Superdrug, I come here all the time. I say hi, please and thank you when the staff can’t even be bothered to smile at the till. The staff here show how slow progress in society is.
I love superdrug because they have nice products ,Shower gels,Body lotions and creams, makeups,Hair products,Perfumes Etc, for Batter princes My favourite Products is superdrug Vitamin E Products I love them Products, I fall in love with Vitamin E Creamy Oil Body Lotion That's Why I was looking in every website and try to Contact them Because the Product Run out In many Superdrug,But that was my favourite product , I hope they will Bring them Soon I love superdrug products
Impatient and arrogant staff, murmuring about me and not listening to my initial query which I articulated politely - particularly from the senior member who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Again demonstrating ignorance in not listening to my ‘difficult sounding name’ correctly with two separate staff members asking me to write my name down after agreeing to the first time. The place was not even busy so the lack of respect was not really warranted.
Very rude and dangerous pharmacy staffs. There is a short girl and a tall girl who looks like eastern European face. I don't understand why the hell they are working in the pharmacy. They were handing out to me wrong medicines. I was shocked and stressed. They do not accept complaints. They are working without any responsible because of some one's influence I guess. Super drug must have to get rid of them ASAP. Where should I write about this matter?
Always an extremely long queue at the till despite there being lots of staff on the shop floor. Had a rubbish experience there this week when I asked for some help to find something and was told by the member of staff they couldn't move from the spot they were in. Tried to raise this with head office via a complaint and they didn't seem bothered either. My advice.....go to boots around the corner.
not good extra long queues only one person on till , and when you get to the till you get asked " do you want this shampoo shower gel deodorant etc ,pile of stuff they trying to flog at the till Staff need to learn some manners and Superdrug need to get some staff and stop making them push you to buy more at tills ,it only makes people not want to go back like me .
Consistently a 15-20 minute queue for less than 10 people to get served. They seem to insist on only having one person on the till at any given time, usually with someone else just stood by the door for reasons unclear, even when they can see the long queues. I guess some some of greeter role, but just sort of frowning at you as you come in.
This particular branch is too crowded with lots of things. The layout needs to change and open for customers to be able to see the items on the shelves and room to move around. I was able to get the product needed on this visit. Superdrug is still one of the best places to go for health, hair, home and beauty products with excellent prices.
Fairly good selection of stock in this store especially given it is on the smaller side. However the shop is extremely cramped and difficult to negotiate the aisles when busy as they are so narrow. The store is drastically understaffed. I don't think I have ever been in a queue with less than four people ahead of me.
Hannah from the Pharmacy is such a wonderful help. She seems to remember all her customers/their needs, and always pushes my orders through as soon as she sees them. She has even looked for an alternative for me before i've come in when she sees something is out of stock with the supplier. Thank you!
Messy. Shelves are cluttered. I know it's Dalston but are customers not worthy of a nice shop? 10 employees working in store and it looks like a dump. Also, wouldn't recommend the click and collect service here as they seems to always fail to have them ready on time. Go elsewhere if you can.
I love the wide variety of products with a sale price every week. The attention inside the place is extremely friendly ... they always offer great information .with a smile , the quality-price observation is unmatched, you always find the best at a great price Brilliant..
Absolute chaos. Understaffed. Large queues. Poor management. Waited over an hour for prescription that was ordered days ago and marked as ready to pick up - coming and the lady says it’s not ready. After 40 min wait they confused the quantity of each meds …
A solid five stars to Superdrug for partnering with Terracycle so that we can recycle our empty medicinal blister packs. We locals are lucky to have a store with a pharmacy in the community, as blister-packs can only be recycled in Superdrug stores with a pharmacy.
I did manage to find some items. However, I was disappointed that the eyebrow scissors I wanted were not sold individually, and it was a waste of money to buy the kit. Also too hot in this branch can't be in there too long feel faint. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Terrible experience! I was trying out a make up tester when the security guard attacked me saying that make up wasn't there to try. When I showed him that it was a tester he got very rude and aggressive. I am speechless. Definitely not going back there. Avoid!
Check the tickets below the item you wish to buy , some are bogof but when you get to the till they try to charge half price for the second item. Then they'll torture you for half an hour telling you that it wont go through the till...shabby
It's a small store not really easy to get through here with a pram or wheelchair, pharmacy in-store friendly and helpful staff , good product availability, price ££ , good range of hair products for all type of hair available
It's a shame that such a good store hires such bad staff....I asked a few of the staff to help and I seemed to be a nuisance to them!!! So now if I use the store I make sure I know what I'm buying beforehand....
The best pharmacy in Hackney E8 with the most pleasant staff who are consistently accurate and supply me with excellent service, communicate effectively and all round support with my medications and health care.
I was served by a young woman I think her name was Marie. Oh the patience this girl had for me when I was so indecisive about the product I wanted. Thank you so much for tolerating me ! Amazing service
The staff here are super kind and helpful. I often see them take time out to help vulnerable, elderly or less able customers. I use the pharmacy counter regularly and the customer service is excellent.
Went in there other day and hot air was blowing (July). One person serving with a queue of ten customers, yet one staff standing by entrance giving out baskets! Left item and got it opposite in H&B.
Staff are OK at times but they do like to have conversations amongst each other. The pharmaceutical department are very friendly and helpful and are always available to help (apart from sunday)
Has everything you need but the aisles are way too narrow for the amount of people visiting. Also the signs need to be higher so that you can see at a glance what is down each tight aisle.
Friendly enough but why all the questions when buying "over the counter" meds?. My ailments/pain/requirements, quite frankly, is no one's business but mine between myself and my GP
Booked a flu vaccination, arrived to say it had been cancelled but that they'd not told me. The only positive was that I got an hour of exercise out of getting there and back again
Do not try the testers you will be watched like a hawk also the lines are ridiculous to much of a wait and then they try to sell you perfume come in Superdrug sort this out
So disappointed with the service i have to pickup my father medicine he is heart patient, When i go to pharmacy ask for medicine the Lady Name ZHERA she said G.P not send
I just went to browse but love their hand sanitizer which smells fruity. On this occasion didn't buy anything but it is one of the best health, beauty and body stores.
Friendly and efficient flu jab service for £6.99 with the loyalty card. Also, pharmacist gave a very satisfying telling off to someone who tried to jump the queue.
poor service the shop is a dump products in the wrong place priducts wrongly plriced staff unhelp igborant and dismissive go to the Boots on kingsland high rd
Super drug is the best place to go and get your toiletries, perfumes, first aid supplies, baby supplies, pharmacy department for patients prescription. e.t.c
Followed around and chided by a member of staff for trying out a makeup tester! The staff member just stood over us while we shopped- disgusting behaviour!
Always crowded,& can't look at anything properly, as it being Dalston, shop staff think you are all shop lifting, I just walked out. Won't go again...
Nothing negative to say really, good selection, prices are okay (though on the higher end). Customer service is really good, and the staff are nice!
Unbelievably slow to get my prescription. I’ve no idea what the staff are doing, complete and utter incompetence. Go somewhere else. Useless.
Wasn't a good experience. Had to wait about 30 minutes before I got served and some of the customers were a bit rude to put it mildly.
Expect to wait 15-20 min in line every single time, only ever has 1 person behind the cashier and a line at least 10 people long
Very disappointed shelves were very empty couldn't get all I wanted and the prices of gone up horrendously not good super drug
Friendly staff & atmosphere. Everything about beauty & cosmetics are available there including various vitamins & supplements.
Very nice store but the layout is a bit cramped if you had a large pram it would be difficult to move around the store
Used the pharmacy.. the woman was very helpful .. helped me and was quick and efficient.. 10/10 customer service
Me and son got face mask and his boyfriend we put them on 99p very good love them go and look what is in there.
Always well stocked. Pleasant staff. Pharmacy team always helpful. My local go to for chemist and toiletries.

Staff are helpful, friendly and patient. Prices are reasonable and affordable.
Nice sat outside had a coffee a slice of cake reasonable prices very nice cake
My experience was fantastic with the staff good customer service …
Very often I find products at very good discount prices.. even half price.
It's os hot in there like melting and the isles seem so close together.
Couldn't find what i wanted so asked an assistant who was most helpful.
£4.19 for a can of deodorant. Sake can is £2 next door in Sainsburys
Long queues at all the times and everyone on break. Not coming back
The shop was a sauna with very tight isles and no social distancing
Never went inside but I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed that much
Pharmacist here are super helpful, kind and fast. Love this store
Smaller than other stores. A lot of items have gone up in prices
Nice staff even if you not always find what you are looking for
Generally good... But could not find brand I was looking for
Super drug is not good for summer to shop but other is good
Good range of products and often cheaper than other stores
Hire more people. Extremely slow personnel in the pharmacy
Great place to get toiletries and pharmaceutical products.
The staff are very friendly. And the price are not too bad
