What is it with the hard sell at the till?! If I wanted micellar water and cotton buds I would've picked it up myself before I got to the till. Girl serving looked annoyed that I didn't want to purchase. It puts me right off shopping there. Had a similar experience in the one in Stratford. Sort it out Superdrug!

Went today, wanted to buy Complain, vitamin drink or any other type, was disappointed they don't stock them. Rows of cosmetics but why not this. I was told to go to a bigger Superdrug store, like in Walthamstow, I did better than that, i went down the road to Tesco.

Was served today 5 Nov 21 by Prima at the Leytonstone branch. She was so patient, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. It really did make a difference and I was confident buying stuff that I would normally would not buy.
