Great service. My first trip at the wash was a more premium wash, and it was great. My second and most recent trip was just the $10 basic wash. The basic wash does a pretty solid job, and they provide free towels and vacuums to use afterwards to work with if you need to polish things up a little. I have no complaints about the services and will be back again soon! I had an issue with billing and it was resolved quickly by Patricia in customer service. After my $10 basic wash, I was mistakenly signed up for a $24.95/mo membership and was charged afterwards for the proceeding two months before I caught it (I've been really busy, okay?). Seeing that there was no email address tied to my account (necessary for full account creation) and no activity since my $10 basic wash on the account tied to my license plate, she saw my issue and refunded the full amount I had been charged those two months and cancelled my ghost-membership. At the beginning of the call I was told I'd be on hold for 28 minutes - I was on hold for right around that but had the option to submit online and be contacted by them - I opted to stay on the line. It is nice when you have expectations met for these types of proceeses! Once on the phone, Patricia worked quickly and efficiently and at the end of our call explained how the company values me as a potential return customer (I will be) and that it was important to their business to rectify these types of mistakes. 12/10 customer service. TLDR: great service, great customer service. Would recommend to anyone! Just be sure you aren't being accidentally signed up for their membership if you don't mean to :-)

I went to get my car washed with the expectation of getting the promo $5 wash. My car was filthy so Tee and Jaccob suggested I get a better wash. I explained to Tee that my car was so dirty do to a water main breaking close to my home and I have to drive through puddles. Tee asked if I lived close and suggested I get an unlimited car was. Both Tee and Jaccob too their tim explained the differences between each wash and the price differences. Jaccob was very polite and assisted with me becoming a member with unlimited washes. I will say the 3 times I’ve been here I’ve always had good experiences with the staff. I expected someone to spray my entire car before going through the wash, unfortunately that didn’t happen. There could be improvement on the supply of towels and spray bottles which I’m not even sure what should be in the bottles due to them being empty. I do like that air for the tires are available and to air to clean out your interior.

My car is cleaner than it has been in a while, but I think it scratched my car. Maybe it just revealed old scratches I didn't know about though? The wash did get bird poop off my car. I was surprised to see lots of people using the vacuums as there wasn’t a long wait at the front. Ruben did a good job of efficiently explaining the process and directing us to get our wheels in the track thingy. The vacuum area was nice and it looked like they had free air. They also have damp cloths so you can clean inside your doors where the wash can’t reach, which I’ve never seen before but found very useful.

I want to start of by saying that every thing won't always be perfect but if you're a new business, I sure hope there are improvements based off faculty equipment or lack of attention. I just recently visited this car wash and got the $10 wash. I can tell you that I had to drive to another carwash just to actually get a scrub on the top of the vehicle. The water that came to rinse off the soap must have stopped working because I was left with soap and dirty stains all over after the air dryers were done.

Great place and great monthly plans. Very affordable I pay 27 bucks a month and includes unlimited washes. They also offer air, towels and glass cleaner and vacuum. All that is included with the wash They don't keep the glass cleaner bottles full and they usually have like 7 spots with cones so you can't access a place to park and vacuum. When it's packed on the weekends that sucks. But for the price I pay it's worth it.

Just left there and what a terrible job. Only half of my truck got washed because the left side brush wasn't working so I only got the right side washed/scrubbed and the over head water and soap. The staff is lazy. They didn't scrub the windows or the back of the vehicle. I wasn't offered a cleaning towel like they normally do. Also half of the vacuums don't work or are missing the hose. What a ripoff.

First time trying this place & so far not bad at all!! First of all, the young lady & gentle men that came to help me were very friendly & helpful. I had a free carwash coupon but couldn't find it, but they still let me go in free. Vacuums work great. Couldn't get clean towels but they were very busy so can't complain. Really enjoyed this experience & highly recommend this place. Super Star Car Wash!!

Took my car for a carwash, and the machine broke off my spoiler. I did a report and never heard from them.I went twice to ask about it, and they would just stall. The guy that worked there said it wasn't the first time the machine broke off a spoiler, so i thought they would be able to at least give me something to fix it, but i called today and they said they cant do anything about it.

Super Nice gentleman named "Tee" was most helpful in entering my new bank card into my account. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, fast, not wasting my time, walked me right through it. He made me feel like Super Star Car Wash is really taking care of their customers. He is truly an asset to your company. Thank you for having him here. He was very professional yet friendly.

Let me say this is hands down the best car wash I have been to! As soon as I pulled up there was an employee there to greet me. I believe his name was Gary. Gary was very respectful and explained all the packages to me. I wish there were more people like Gary around at every place I went!! Y'all are doing a great job! Keep that up and get more employees like Gary!!!!!

T and Milton were so happy and had high energy at 8 in the morning. I'm not a morning person but T's enthusiasm made me perk up and smile. I advised Milton that I had not been here before and without hesitation he explained each option and monthly options. I will definitely come back and tell others to come. They gave superior customer service!!!

The car wash was one of the best I have been to in a while! Ruben helped me get my code scanned for my car wash and was very nice and helpful in answering my questions! They also give you a free wipe and air freshener as you first go through for your wash. They also provide towels so that you can dry your car.Will definitely be returning!

The 2 workers I spoke with are extremely professional. I appreciated Weldon letting me check out the vacuums and air compressor before my car wash. I didn’t even want a car wash but the air compressors are really good and I was able to clean out the inside of my car so well that it would have felt unfinished not to have a car wash.

This place is AWESOME! One of the staff members Tee was a great help this morning with selecting the best options for my car and also very friendly and fast because I had to get to work this morning. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Highly recommend I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service.

Got basic automatic wash. That part was pretty much like any other automatic wash. They have good free vacuums, air blasters for dust and it is really nice that they have real dampened towels by the vacuums to wipe down your car afterwards. They even have window cleaner in spray bottles for you to use.

My car was gross after the storms last night. Pulled ip to this car wash and the friendly gentleman Weldon assisted me. The sales guy was very knowledgeable and my car wash was great. I even got an air freshener and a wipe. Vacuums worked very well! I will continue using this wash!

I was just here yesterday for a car wash, and I came home to find the sides of my car all scratched up. Little white scratches all up and down both sides. It seems they don’t ensure that all the moving parts inside the car was are safe for your vehicle. I will not be returning.

T is always great and full of energy every visit! 4 out of 5 because even with top package membership I never get tire shine, but frankly that's 99.9% of car washes on this side of town, overall good quality wash though. Convenience and customer service keep me coming back.

Beware!!!! They will sign you up for a monthly service without your consent and charge you!!! They have been scamming me for months now. I went for one drive through car wash back in Feb and have since been charged hundreds of dollars. DONT GO HERE

Towels are always fully stocked, the car wash itself gets my car super clean, vacuums are always working well, plus the free air is super convenient! Employees are also very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend getting a membership.

Great service and wash. I just got the $10 wash and my car looks great. I got an air freshener and some wipes to clean my dash too. Good vacuums for free and they provide you with towels to clean your glass and air for your tires.

They have towels to wipe down your vehicle, window cleaners, compressed air for both your tires( red nozzle) and to blow out those hard to reach areas( blue nozzle). Plus at a reasonable price for first time $22.00

Do not go here! The machine knocked the spoiler off my car and they are refusing to fix this. Trashy place. There are plenty more places within a half mile of this place…if you like your things, don’t go here!

I am on the monthly plan and always treated as a honored guest. They are always friendly. Everything is new and clean. They are open until 8:00 at night. Self service with towels and vacuums. Love them!
