I am going to leave a review here since it seems I am unable to review Structube as a company in general. In February I purchased a sectional with storage and pull-out bed. By the middle of July, it was broken---hinged disconnected from the storage portion which did not allow the chaise to close properly, piece of wood broken on the chaise that pierced through the fabric. Not to mention when I first purchased the slots had been manufactured the wrong way and someone had to come in and turn them around for me to put the couch together. I contacted customer service as I had a 1-year warranty on the couch, and heard Structube was usually pretty good about replacing items, only to be told the couch had been discontinued and that they could only process a refund in the form of a coupon code (which I could use once online whether the money was used up or not), or a gift card. I said I would take the gift card. After this was processed I was then conveniently told that the gift card would only be sent to me once my original couch had been returned to the warehouse and that I would have to disassemble, re-package, and move the couch myself to allow for pick-up, which could happen anytime within 3 weeks of my original complaint. I explained that that left me without a fully functional couch for at least 3 weeks, and then no couch after that as I awaited the gift card to re-purchase a couch. I asked to have the cost refunded to my original payment method in order to purchase something in advance to not be left without a couch, and explained I did not want to purchase form Structube again given my experience. I was told multiple different timelines and information from different customer services reps. I was denied the request for refund on my original payment method, and when I requested to speak to a manager x3, I was denied this request each time as "they were busy with other ticket items". I'm not sure what deems someone worthy of management time, but to me, having nothing to sit on in my living room for over a month is an inconvenience that should warrant a manager call back. My couch is now being picked up tomorrow, I still do not have my refund or the ability to purchase a new couch (even though photos of the damage were provided) and am left sitting on a wooden bench in the meantime. Terrible service, terrible process. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to purchase again because I cannot afford to pay out of pocket somewhere else, given that the couch is less than 6 months old. I'm incredibly disappointed and urge people to consider this when purchasing. It was not my fault the couch was discontinued, but I think that something more should have been done to honour the 1 year warranty. I will be posting this on other platforms to ensure that everyone is aware.

So.....wow...let me start with the fact that I bought a coffee table. A simple little coffee table. The new employee that served me was great but anybody who knows what bad training looks like could see that he didn't have a clue. I was informed after buying and paying cash for the coffee table that I had to wait a week and a half for it to arrive. I was also informed that I would get a call, text message or email when it arrived. So there weeks later I went to the store to see if it was in and maybe they mistakenly forgot about the above promises. I was then informed that the employee who sold me the coffee table was new and made a mistake, and the female with the scarf who said this then rolled her eyes and said what do you do. She then looked up my order and let me know that it had arrived in Montreal on Sept 10th(I ordered it on the 5th and Montreal is less than three hours from kingston). This was the 21st of September. My Lady commented that it had been in Montreal for eleven days and the women with the scarf said "yep"......lol She then preceded to throw the guy who sold me the table under the bus.....we all know what that means. She then said it would probably be in town at the beginning of October. I received a phone call thirty minutes later from the same woman informing me that it wouldn't be here until halfway through October. So go back to the fact that i ordered it on September 5 and it was in Montreal on September 10th...less than 3 hours from where I ordered it from...wow So I waited, and Waited, and Waited.....on November 5th I received a phone call to let me know my coffee table had arrived. I commented "wow two months exactly " and I received "really two months...with a chuckle...Well its here ". Then I go to pick it up.....I asked the obvious manager if it normally takes 2 months to get a coffee table and she replied "with this company's product and this other company's product it usually does, we usually add an additional month on it" I informed her that wayfare had the same table for 20 dollars more with a one night delivery. She then shrugged it off and Informed me I can drive around back and pick up my table. THIS PLACE SUCKS......I was in the service industry for twenty some odd years and would never think and or do what this place performed on me. If you want to live very dangerously feel free to play roulette. But go to a casino and not here......thank you. ................( I dont understand the generic apology I received from the owner/company on the review page. It's for all of you to see and for nothing more than that. I was never contacted and apologized to personally. Remember that when you read this) ........thank you

Customer service? Don’t make me laugh! About a week before Christmas I went into the Kingston Structube store, saw a floor lamp I liked, and asked to purchase it. The staff person told me it would have to be ordered because they typically do not have merchandise at the store. I then asked her to order it for me, to be delivered to the store, which she did. I paid for it at that time. She explained that there would be a small amount of assembly required, so I asked if I could have some help with that upon delivery. She said yes, no problem. Around the third week of January the lamp arrived and when I went to pick it up I asked for the help I’d been assured of. A couple of employees were about to help me when the manager marched over, clearly in a bad mood, (possibly a permanent state) and said it was not store policy to help with assembly of merchandise. I was annoyed but I brought the lamp home, and during the assembly process it became apparent that several items were missing. I called the 1-877 number to find out how to get the missing parts, and in that conversation the representative told me that the correct policy is, in fact, to assist with assembly. He said it would be necessary for me to get the store to order the missing parts and that they should arrive within a few days. That conversation was on January 22 and I called the store immediately after. On Friday, February 1 I called to see if they’d arrived, but the employee who answered the phone couldn’t give me an answer. (Don’t they keep records?!) She said the store manager would call me the next day. That didn’t happen, so I went there on Monday, February 4 and was told that deliveries were received every Monday and my items hadn’t been on the truck. So, with a ****load of luck the items will arrive on February 11. I will NEVER shop at Structube again. Too bad because they do have nice stuff, but their customer service is atrocious!!!

Do not shop here. In addition to the other reviews complaining of the poor build quality, and terrible staff, they are actively trying to rip off their customers. 1) Prices, evidently, are made up. Looking at an EXTREMELY damaged "floor model" in the store I notice a sale sign that says "Regular $599.00. AS IS $299.00". This advertises a $300 reduction due to the extreme damage of the product (gouges in surface, scratch marks, chips from edge). The exact same product can be purchased BRAND NEW on their website for $399.00 with no indication of a limited time sale. The sign on the floor has a different price to inflate the appearance of a reduction. 2) Build quality is questionable. Cheap, low-quality materials. Poor design choices (such as bars underneath desks where your legs go, or chairs that are too small to sit in) are also commonplace. 3) Staff DO NOT INTERACT WITH YOU. I was in the store for over 20 minutes and the staff not once came out from behind their counter. On my way out the door one of the ladies thought she'd ask how I was. You already lost a sale... . This is an extremely untrustworthy store that does not even offer the basics of customer service. I can't say it enough; shop somewhere else.

Highly recommend NOT shopping there. 1- It takes for ever to have someone to help you and they do not seem to care about their clients much. 2- The quality of the furniture they sell is below par. It looks ok, but it is really cheap (low resistance to even small and gentle usage). 3- The pieces provided to assemble are not precise, are of low quality and do not function well. I.e the drawer railing is no smooth operating at all I.e.2 The nuts and bolts on their chairs become lose very easily and require a frequent retightening (all users are not heavy) 4- Their return policies are extremely restrictive. For an exemple, they will not take back an assembled item. But how can the customer tell if the purchased item fits its needs and requirement without opening the box and putting the piece of furniture together? 5- Their customer satisfaction policy is of extremely short life (14 days).What if the client purchased furniture they will only put up after they are done their renovation? Nothing for them. Bottom line, you should save you time and money and shop somewhere else.

This is honestly my new favourite furniture store! I went in purely out of curiosity, since I'm moving in the near future and will need some furniture. I was so pleasantly surprised by the set up of the store, everywhere you look is another piece of furniture that you go "oh my god I LOVE that" to. prices seem beyond reasonable since the quality is pretty good and most of the pieces I tested out are pretty comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful too. I went home and went straight on their website to compare prices and reviews. Here's the thing that I've found, slightly more expensive than IKEA, but WAY better quality. Found a leather sectional that I absolutely must own and found an almost identical looking one on another website for practically double the price. Well I'm definitely going for the structube one since I've already sat in it and it's so comfy!

Bought a Frank desk and received in October/20. For my displeasure as soon as we opened the box noticed the top and lateral base damaged. Long story short, we wait till March/21 for a new desk or parts as promised but without success. After this long wait the desk was sent back and here we are over 45 days waiting for a refund and nothing. Structube customer service is not supportive at all. Problems may happen and the way the company deal with is what makes the difference, clear that is not a company you should expect much for customer service. Totally disappointed and the far I got is a email month over month stating your request is in process and someone will contact you(never happens). Be aware and take in consideration this experience in your decision make process. Thank you Marcio

The delivery structure is confusing. We were told our things would be arriving at our home on a Tuesday and to have money ready to the local movers. We then found out the shipment comes in Tuesdays, the moving company would then need to be called by you to sort out a delivery. They then mixed it up again and thought we would collect the items. We ordered the items on June 2nd...won't get them until June 14th. Seems like a long and complicated waiting game. Not keen to do business there again....Let me add however that the products are decently made, and the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating.

The one star is for the customer service, which was great. However, the actual furniture from this store is NOT quality as they advertise. Nothing I purchased even lasted a year without breaking in some way. Everything looks beautiful and high quality online, but what I purchased was not at all sturdy or high quality. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but I do think in this case, it’s important to say something because this company really needs to reevaluate the quality of products that they’re selling versus the price point. Not worth it and will never purchase from Structube again.

Ordered some acacia furniture, some chairs as well as some art. All pieces were well priced and they have all lasted so far! I really like the Structube pieces' look as a whole and price point, and so far quality has been great. Issue occured with sideboard which was dealt with efficiently. Shipping delays was not the store's fault...the assembly lines were greatly affected the past few years. Really happy to have this store in Kingston and hopefully it stays here for a long time.

We have been looking to furnish our new home and checked on Structube in Kingston on the weekend. The prices are great and the furniture is young and modern. We saw the same/similar couch across the road for almost twice the price. We only left with a rug but will certainly be back for additional furniture. The employee helping us, Gigee, was super friendly and very helpful.

Don’t order from Structube. Every single item we’ve gotten from them has been slightly damaged in some way and it is a nightmare to try and get exchanged. Why is everything slightly damaged? It isnt from delivery, it’s all little manufacturing shoddy work. Their customer support is reluctant to help or acknowledge defects. Will not be ordering from them again

Awful poor quality products and they only give you 7 days to reach out to customer service - furniture should last longer than a few weeks, but already breaking and stitching coming apart. Reviews of products on website are a scam. They do not post any low reviews (I’ve tried and they never show). Don’t give them your business.

I ordered a Gibson sofa online and within days I got a call to arrange delivery, much sooner than expected. Customer service was great, they let me know when they’d be arriving on the day of, the delivery guys were awesome and our couch is gorgeous and super comfortable. Very easy to attach the legs and it came well packaged.

Not sure what others are talking about in regards to the staff. It's refreshing to walk in to a store and not be asked by every single employee if you need help. I was able to browse on my own time and when I had a question I asked a sales person. Everyone was lovely and helpful.

After explaining that we were furnishing a new condo we were building we still couldn’t get one of the three working to come from behind the sales desk to help us. We ended up leaving and going across the parking lot to Urban Barn, more expensive yes but the service was amazing!

Best furniture store in Kingston. While everyone in town has the same couches and chairs and tv stands this is the store you go to when you want your place to truly be unique from everyone else. Love the style and quality of products. Stuff gets delivered pretty quick as well

Love this place. Furniture is so contemporary and the price is right. To date I have bought an ottoman, 4 dining chairs, a bedroom side table and tallboy, blackout curtains, and a large piece of artwork. Everything looks fabulous in my house and the quality is great.

Went to the store to look at sofas. When I arrived the staff were sitting on the curb having a smoke!!! Decided to go somewhere else...smoking is gross enough, but sitting on a curb outside the store to welcome guests is an indicator of their professionalism.

Customer service is very poor! Ive been waiting on a cushion from a defective $1600 couch and constantly get told its on back order. Couch was purchased in July. Will never be back and do not recommend!

Basically my whole home is furnished from Structube. Staff are great and incredibly helpful. Furniture is better quality than IKEA, stylish and fair priced.

Love the store and furniture . Came in Tonite and was met with " we will be closing in 15 minutes.". Needless to say we got out a lot sooner . Too bad
