We ordered a dining set on August 27th and was told the day we purchased it that they had it in stock and we would have it in about a week. 1 month later, there is still no table. I called 2x only to have my phone calls not returned. When I finally spoke to a manager, she said she requested it to be on the next truck delivered and stated this would be 2-4 weeks max from September 19th. I reached out at week 5, and they said the truck hadn't arrived yet, and they'd call me with updates regarding our dining set. We've never received a call. I reached out to a friend that works there regarding our order snd she told me it did NOT come on the truck that it was supposed to and that another truck would be arriving this week (that we are currently in). No update of my order. Nobody returns calls. Everyone gives false hope. I will never order from here again, and I'll never recommend it to anyone. Here's to hoping we get a table before Christmas?

Ordered a bed frame and mattress October 4th online. When I called I was told I would have it within two to three weeks. That passed I called again then it’s not till January. They can’t do anything bc online is corporate. I went in on November 17th and the lady working there said she’s not sure why the new girl told me January they have one in Scarborough. So she’ll request it to be delivered to the Kingston store so it should only be two to three more weeks. I called today and the man said he would have someone call me back no one did. So I went in and asked how much longer. it is now November 27th. And I’m being told maybe another week or two. I’m not going to hold my breath. Maybe they should put on the products online how long it actually takes.

Don't go this branch, I am from Toronto, and my mistake was that I did not check the reviews for this store already, I've ordered a small Sofa on Aug 12th, they told me I will get it between 6-8 weeks, and now I am in weeks 12 with no hope to recieve it soon, they lied many times and told me that my parchase is on the way in the truck, I never believe Leon's provide this kind of services to the customers, they destroyed my loyalty, ... , pleae be careful for most of the good reviews here, those must be most likely fake and from theirself. Next Saturday, I will drive to Kingston and ask for cancellation and refund, I might bring Police as witeness if they don't refund my money, I might need to go court for this bad services and sue them. let's see.

We had the best costumer service from Stephanie, when our fridge broke, it was the middle of the day, I had no vehicle and toddlers at the house my husband was away for work when I googled and found fridges I liked and called various places no one on the phone was helpful or cared since I wasn’t in store, Stephanie from the moment she answered the phone was able to calm me down even though she didn’t have the fridge I called about she took my number called me back with a couple options, and was able to get it delivered, she took the time and effort and was amazing, we are so appreciative of all her help, even the delivery people we’re super nice, best costumer service!! Yesterday I bought a living room set to replace one I had purchased from Leon's over 25 years ago. This was my second purchase in the last three months. I returned to the store again because I was impressed with their great selection and the quality of the furniture. The prices are also reasonable. My furniture was delivered today because it was in stock. The whole process from entering the store to sitting on my new couch was very smooth and stress-free. I would like to specifically thank Laurie for her practical advice. The store can be a bit overwhelming with the huge selection. I know I made the right choice with her help.

We visited this LEONs store on a whim today as we needed a new Dishwasher and a few more items. Our Salesperson Chris was patient, professional and simply amazing in the support provided. We never felt rushed and we were given freedom to walk around without pressure making the overall experience that much more enjoyable. We also had an excellent encounter with Marie from the Admin desk who expedited our delivery based on our complicated schedules and ensuring our needs were met. Definitely recommend visiting this store if you are in the market for furnishing and an enjoyable shopping experience.

I have always dealt with Stephanie at the Leon's Kingston location, and she is absolutely amazing! Stephanie always makes my visit feel special and welcoming, whether it's just to look around or whether it's to purchase an item, She always goes above and beyond with a smile on her face! If you're shopping at Leon's in Kingston, ask for Jerry James as soon as you enter the store. Jerry is highly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly(not just salesperson friendly) and will do his best to get you the best price on any items that you are purchasing. Simply put, Jerry James is the go to salesperson in the store. Once you meet him you will quickly see that he is there to help you make your purchase , and will never pressure you into buying the items that you are interested in.

I went to Leon's Kingston Ontario to purchase an electric stove. Adam, my sales person, helped me select an appropriate stove for my home. He was professional, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and also sold me an microwave oven. In short, he was an excellent salesperson. I would go back to Leon's to buy more household items because of his salesmanship. The people who filled out the paperwork were also approachable and friendly. Good job Leon's. Visited the store tonight to pick up giftcards promised to me from manager. I had full documentation of the conversation. I wanted to puchase Couch & chair, pull out couch and a new queen bed. I asked if the new manager would honor the deal she wouldn't even look at me, get out of her chair or bother to even follow me. I left and spent my $5300 at the brick. Had no issue there and even got a good discount on my over purchase. 40 years I have shopped at Leon's.

You and your team we so helpful from sales to delivery. Unlike Bad Boy you were willing to assist customers with a discount. Our new couch and loveseat were delivered next day after purchase. Needless to say you will be our first stop when we need furniture/appliances in the future.

Adam was amazing. As are all the staff. They are jumping down your throat for sale. We went in on a whim looking into a king mattress. Asked if we needed help and was super patient as my hubby had to try almost every mattress to feel what he needed. He gave us a great deal on a mattress in house as the one we wanted would be weeks away. We walked out with a new king mattress box spring mattress protector and delivery.

They cancelled my online order and sent me home with a better mattress - it was win-win all around. I can't believe how positive and outgoing Roger is. We’ve always had good service at Leon’s. Sales staff was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We recently took advantage of their free in town delivery for a mattress set. The online tracking of the delivery was great and once we were the next delivery we could track the location of the truck to see how close they were to arrival. Very convenient for us. Fantastic experience! Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Went in to buy a mattress and was helped immediately, and scored 50% off! Chatted a bit with management (we weren’t from the area, but were interested in the Kingston downtown) and were presented with a recommendation and a gift card! “Manager” jeff represents the character of a sleazy, unintelligent, narcissist who isn’t willing or evidently able to actively listen to customer concerns and try to improve on them. He actively ignores requests for improvements for customers.On a phone call with him he ignored my questions and pawned responsibility for my late package to his employees. Shame.

The people who work here are obviously happy to be there. Nice to see staff interacting and joking with each other while helping customers. The store is really nice inside as well. I got a great deal on a mattress on Wednesday and learned why my body hurt in the mornings. Thanks Leon’s!
