I bought a couch from Ashley Furniture and it was delivered with obvious manufacturing defects – the back bracing was jutting out, threatening to rip through the fabric. I was disappointed that this was delivered without any quality inspection, but things got worse. Ashley Furniture picked up the couch to have it repaired, didn’t take the legs off of it while moving, and damaged the walls of my new home. I complained to the owner about this, but it didn’t get me anywhere. He basically told me that because it was a new home, the builders would fix the damage. Yes, he wanted my builders to fix the damage that his movers caused. Later, they brought the couch back, and I figured the movers would definitely be more careful now, having already put a dent in my wall, but no. As they were bringing the couch in, one of the guys kicked his boots off and flung it into the wall. I couldn’t believe it. No damage that time, but still, total disregard for my house. I was extremely disappointed.

Cindy and her team were exceptional with the purchase of our new kitchen table. Searching through various store knowing that nothing was going to jump out at us, we went to Ashley Furniture. The store stood out immediately and the thing that appealed to us the most was their customer service! We decided on a table and they offered same-day delivery. During these times that's unheard of and we were in need of a table. We couldn't be happier with the piece and the service we received. Supporting local is easy when you receive great service and no pressure tactics. We will definitely be a return customer!

Cindy and her staff, most notably Al and Jack were extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire purchase and delivery process. Although we measured, our purchases didn’t all fit in our room. Cindy was fantastic in understanding our dilemma and worked with us to find a workable solution AND THEN Al and Jack got to do a double delivery. Of which they completed quickly and with a great attitude. We strongly recommend Cindy and her team to any one looking for quality furniture and accessories. Thanks Cindy!! I called this location to see if an item I had seen on the website could be ordered in. My message was returned the next business day letting me know they had the item I was looking for in the display room as well as in stock. I went into the store and saw it and immediately purchased it. I was able to pick it up the next day and it was fully assembled (tv stand) and wrapped up to protect it during transit from the store to my home. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and will definitely be back for future furniture needs.

The displays and layout create a vision of possibilities that are transferable to many home styles. What was most impressive and valuable to my experience was the customer service. I went to furniture stores all around Kingston in search of very specific items for my home and, at other stores, repeatedly found pushy salespeople and mediocre products. Ashley Homestore provided exceptional service, found exactly what I needed without being pushy, and had the items carefully assembled exactly where I wanted them in my house. We had a tremendous experience with the team at Ashley Furniture. My wife I and we’re thrilled with the bed ordered for our 3 year old. The delivery team was amazing, setting up the bed and bringing in our mattress and box spring (plus taking the wrapping with them!). I’d highly recommend purchasing from Ashley.

Lots of selection, and definitely something for almost anyone, but we personally aren't most people. We left without finding anything we loved, but there were lots of options we liked. Small staff on the evening we went but still engaged and friendly. Prices were all over the place.
