The undercover parking here has recently been totally redesigned so they can control parking access. (I think they figured out that people knew they were powerless to actually enforce any "fines") I can only conclude that the planners for this layout had consumed mescaline or at least some form of potent hallucinogenic prior to drafting the concept. The traffic flow is anything but logical and the clumsy design also means that now there are even less spaces available The stairs both from Turbot street and also from the basement carpark are dangerously steep, to the point where it may even be outside of code. Take the lift if you don't hike on the weekend. Back dock access is a joke I feel for the delivery truck drivers that have to attempt the 11 point reversing manoeuvres required to offload their cargo

Small little shopping centre which fulfills all those needs for surrounding residents - Woolworths supermarket, Priceline store, Bottles hope, it did have a Baker's Delight which has now been gutted (and I assume will be replaced by something else), and a Subway exists. Upstairs, there's a 24hr gym upstairs and some medical centre. There's also a photography studio! I feel it needs a few more places for people to eat and it would have survived due to the huge Flight Centre office nearby. However, they are moving soon so maybe it's best to wait and see what niche can be created to fulfill what need.

Conveniently located, but a bit lacking in choice. The Woolworths is handy for lunch as they have a hot food takeaway built in near the deli, but it's a little "bare bones" when it comes to a proper shopping experience as they don't stock everything that other Woolworths stores do - think of it like a Coles Express, where stocks are limited to certain items and the specials across other stores don't always apply here. The sushi joint, bakery and Subway are just way overpriced, but I can't comment on any of the other shops as I've not visited any of them.

I get this place is in the city and space is limited but some of the parks at the top near the shops are not meant for anything more than a micro car. Then when leaving after ducking in for milk, the barrier wouldn't go up and the screen was asking for some extortionate price for my 10 minutes in my 80% of a normal car space. Called security who asked whether I had put my parking ticket in the reader... despite it being a number plate reading machine... sensing my frustration security did open the gate and let me out.

Had a fantastic fresh cut! For sure a place of skill from professionals who take care in what they do and what you want. Just be clear with what you want- I should have mentioned I wanted to keep the back of my head (undercut) a bit longer than the fade, and to taper the fade all around, but still perfect quality! Eyebrow threading and nose waxing was also spot on!

Your generic inner city Woolies, nothing special to be seen here, good or bad. Prices for fresh stuff seem a bit high, just right for the price-is-quality-minded hippster in a fix for a quick lunch. I usually come here to get a salad when last nights meal was too good and there are no left-overs. There is some choice, but no thrills.

Maintenance of the complex is good.. most of the time inspections were done and taken care well by management.. lot improved in 2 years .. Shops are 1. Woolworths 2. Subway 3. Turbot at medical center 4. Sushi 5. priceline pharmacy 6. snap fitness 7. Village cellars liquor shop 2 hrs free parking. Woolworths pick-up in basement

Not that great, it would be great if there was a good bakery around this place. If you are with a kid and in search of a restroom then there's none !! Unless you are at the turbot st Medicl centre Or none from any shop wants to help with that.... So better be aware of this scenario before you visit this market place.

It is a small shopping centre on Turbot street. It offers all you need on day to day basis starting from groceries, medicine, coffee, snacks, etc. On the ground floor there is Woolworths, a medical shop, a wine shop, subway and some place where you can get sushi. On upper floor there is a medical centre and a gym.

Sure, it's Woolworths, but the staff are genuinely the best staff I've seen at a supermarket. They are happy and all seem engaged and to enjoy their work (as much as any of us do!). The managers here either do a good job or have lucked out with a great team. Either way, well done and keep it up!

Woolworths steals the show as one of the big tenant. The place also hosts subway, sushi and and vintage cellars.Spring hill medical center, QML pathology and priceline pharmacy are among other major tenants. Situated on turbot street and is easily accessible for people staying in Spring Hill.

  • Cafe Queen

It was pretty good, a few times there were only single serve items, yet multiples of other items.i think smaller stores need more selection of different things not every brand of tomato sauce say. Wish valley metro had to min parking so that I didn't have to drive to this one

  • Darren Rawlings (Daz)

I gave top ratings to this little shopping village as it's my local, it also has good range of shops including, Woolworths, Subway, Priceline, a wine cellar and a few more. It has free parking and along with public toilets. It seems to be well maintained.

  • Garry Mobbs

It is a convenient location, with a good variety of businesses. Woolworths being the key store. A great asset to those living around that area, as well as a liquor outlet, etc. This making it a popular convenience centre between the CBD and the Valley

  • Steffy S

Always going there after uni to do some groceries at Woolworths, so convenient. Sometimes stopping at Subway for lunch. And I've recently been to the Medical Centre on level 1 and loved the service, going to go back there when needed.

  • giuseppe palumbo

Good amenities. Woolworths is well stocked with fresh fruit, good selection of fish and meat. The place has many other good quality stores. From liquors to Asians supplies. Large area to relax , catch a train or use the toilets. ....

  • Maria Thomas

It’s a great store for the people who live in high rise apartments, it’s convenient and although smaller than suburban store, this CBD stores have everything I need. Easy parking, and staff are the friendliest.

  • Tracie “Traice”

Good little centre, close to city & valley. Woolworths has best selection of things for a compact store. Priceline is handy, bottle shop is awesome, nice complement of well priced stores in great location.

  • Ldn Bne

Good set of shops for the locals and workers nearby. The woolworths is a good site and there is a chemist and japanese spot nearby. Every thursday there are food trucks at Cathedral Square only 3 min away.

  • Patrick Evans

5 Stars for the location, always convenient when in the area, use to work around the corner when Woollies did custom pizzas for lunch 'noice'. Love the lunch options still available.

  • Toni

But of a hit and miss. Staff are either super friendly or don't have the time of day to help you and seem grumpy. Stock is pretty poor. Woolworths metro has better stock sometimes

  • Chris Blanche

This Woollies is always very clean and stocks a few different items to the Woollies in my local area. Great for picking up snacks and lunch when working in the Spring Hill area.

  • Neutron Modulator

Could not find anywhere to safely park my bike. No bike signs everywhere. In the end I had to ignore the signs and chain it up to a rail outside Wollies

  • Andy Tesch

Brilliant little tucked away Paradise! Convenient 15-minute parking, Woolworths bottle shop sushi takeaway what more could you want!

  • Mabel SILVA

Is conveniently well located, and has free parking for the first 2 hours which is enough time to shopping and eat something there.

  • Rama

Best place for groceries and foods if you are living in spring hill or near by location. Turbo clinic is available in same market

  • Kevan Wayne Jones

Semi public holiday. Some shops open and some close early. The side entry for parking was easy access due to slow market use.

  • Steve Hayden

Woolies and some smaller speciality stores. The wine merchants have great specials. Very convenient local shopping centre

  • J T

Here the supermarket have more selection compared to Valley Metro. Come here at least once a week after my walks

  • Sage

Come here all the time. Work is around the corner. Lots to offer compared to other woolies I have been too

  • Kimmie

Great spot for a little shopping centre with undercover parking. Good woolies and a couple of other shops.

  • R Peppa

Nice Little quiet woolies but too hard for ride share apps like Didi/Uber to navigate to get into.

  • Stephanie WIlson

They have no tinned cat food. Small Woolworths. Hard to find things ....poorly stocked

Plenty of parking, lifts and a generally clean feeling. Has some good staple stores.
