N/a they have one that's it. What is the overall rating for the shopping centre layout. 9/10 Shopping Centre parking Does the centre have an adequate amount of car parks? There are plenty of parks. Is the car park easy to negotiate? The car park to easy to get around Is there a clear signage to which you have entered? There is signage however it is not clear enough about the carpark you are in. Does the center provide secure parking? No Overall rating for the car parking! 9/10 Shopping centre food outlets. How many food courts are there in this centre? 3 food courts Does it have an upmarket food court area? Yes Overall rating for the food. 10/10 Facilities at the centre. Does the centre have an adequate number of toilets? The centre has one toilet fine for the size. Are the toilet facilities clean and presentable? Toilet were clean and presentable. Are the food areas adequately service and cleaned? Food court was a little under serviced tables not cleared. Are the outdoor areas of the centre kept clean? Out door area was clean. Is the decor up to date? The decor is up to date. Adequate security at this Centre? In 3 hours I saw no security staff. So I would no. Overall rating for the Facilies 9/10 precinct Does the centre have a wide variety of shops? Yes Is there a mixture of my high end in value stores at this centre? Yes Service levels. Was the Customer service staff in the centre helpful? Centre staff were most helpiful. In the food outlets were staff helpful? Food outlet staff were great. General shops were the service levels adequate? The service from the general shop ws great. Overall service levels provided. 9/10

I have always loved shopping in Carindale and the customer service has been great but I was most disappointed with my experience yesterday. I had accidentally left my GoCard in the ladies toilets and realised this 15 minutes after I left Carindale. I rang and the lady kindly went and checked the toilets but couldn’t find it. I had seen the cleaner enter the toilets on my way out and told the lady this. She said she would check with the cleaners and ring me back. The lady rang me back later in the day to let me know that a GoCard had been found and I was very happy to hear this. I told her I could come and pick it up but she said she had to check with her boss as my GoCard was not registered and I obviously could not remember the lengthy number. It was an old card but I had just topped it up with $50 which was the only reason I was chasing it up. I told her this. The lady said she would get back to me but I never heard back from her. I rang back the following day only to be told the card had been sent to TransLink. No one had bothered to ring me to tell me this. Lost GoCards that aren’t registered go to an office in Melbourne so they can’t be traced and the money cannot be reimbursed if the card isn’t registered. This was why I had called in the first place. This was a most disappointing experience as it was the only GoCard found that day and I was the only one to ring about it. I was told by the manager that this was their policy when GoCards are handed in. However I think given the circumstances of this being the only card found, and me being the only one who rang, they could’ve handed the card back to me. This policy needs to be revisited to allow for exceptions like this. Sadly a very frustrating experience.

The worst experience at Westfield Carindale let alone any Westfield. We went to the Harvey Norman parking area at 6:01PM and we spoke to one of the gate employers to confirm if it was free parking after 6 or a certain time to which he replied yes from 5:30PM-6AM. What he DIDN'T tell us is the terms and conditions for the free parking involving Westfield members. So we thought he was saying is that it is free parking in general for any customer. So we proceeded to park as we were catching the free bus to Suncorp Stadium for State of Origin. Then we left at 10:35PM and when we arrived at the exit gate it said that we need to pay $10 due to the us being over the 3-4 hr free parking. And another employee was on the line as we were explaning in regards to earlier than he did say it was for Westfield members only and them lying to us about the fact that we thought it was in general and the fact that the 6PM employer DIDN'T tell us about the member free parking and we also told him about our registration plate and he said that we didn't have it on our records and again lied to us for that. We didn't have a credit card to pay and he did in the end gave us the benefit of the doubt but accused us of exceeding the free parking limit I was the passenger in my dads car and I was a witness to this incident. I am not impressed. Lie to us again and we won't be back.

I would like to share an experience we had at this shopping Centre, My husband and I organise our over 50's Village bus to shopping Centre for our residences. Mostly who are over 70 years. Prior to visiting all the shopping centre's we go to we went and saw all the information desks of the centre's and was told in order to have a wheel chair, Mobility Scooter, walker all you had to do was ring up a few days prior to your trip and book your aid, and the staff would deliver it to you. then pick it up on your departure but you must stay with the aid till picked up. On Thursday 23rd November when we visited the shopping complex rang to have a mobility scooter dropped off was told NO they do not have enough staff to do that and the person would have to pick it up. The place to pick the scooters up is way down the end of where we park our van of 12 people we drop off which is too far for the lady to get it and if they could walk they would not need a scooter. This is not acceptable in the end the manager came and talked to us and her all they could say was its Xmas and busy which is not our fault you offer a service you should honor it. doesn't matter how busy it gets just put on more staff. they did bring it down in the end but we told them we will not be coming back if this is how they treat their elderly customers.

HAZARD! 2 pics depict the hazard, view from either side. After finishing a gym class this morning I witnessed an old man walk over this wall like it was level! It has the illusion that it is actually level and the yellow lines appear that they are there for vehicles to avoid driving through. Was quite the shock for the old fella, he was embarrassed and grazed but lucky to not have broken a bone causing a possible law suit. This is a massive issue that needs repair. Perhaps a fence where the yellow line is to avoid anything worse from happening. The third pic with the cyclebar sign depicts where vehicle drive from the car park onto the road. Gym goers run along that path of a morning, I'd hate to see someone get hit by a car. Perhaps some bollards stopping these vehicles using it as a drive through area. It had been at least 15 years since my last visit, and back then, I found this centre a little too pretentious and overcrowded for my tastes. But on my recent Sunday shopping spree, I noticed it was considerably quieter with a slightly more down to earth and welcoming vibe. Even the wall-to-wall carpet has had an upgrade and lays the foundation for a modern vibe that is no longer over-the-top glam. Shopkeepers and customers seem friendlier than ever, and apart from an ATM, it was easy to find what I was looking for. Shout out to the gf doughnut stand near the escalators at the Creek Road exit. Those doughnuts are next level delicious! I'll be back soon, but if someone can tell me where to park my over-height vehicle, apart from in the public transport lot next door, before then, I'd be grateful.

Absolutely disgusting. I Spent over 5 hours shopping and spending money at your center, purchased over $700.00 worth of items which included food and beverages throughout, went to have my parking validated only to find out you scrapped it? So even with being a so called member it was going to cost me another $9.00, I reluctantly proceeded to the machine, stopping via Coles to dog food only to turn up at the machine to be charged $11.00…..and was not even given a receipt from the stupid machine. Obviously it’s not about the Money but the disgusting manner in which you blatantly try and squeeze money from the people in the community and your customers. Don’t bother giving me the phone number to give You a call to waste more of my time. Westfield you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Really disgusted since they removed the carpark validation. I spent over $500 in the oven day and it took me 4hours 50mins and they charged me for parking and cost me extra time to tell me that this is their new process! I have had recent health issues so I am not flying around at top speed. - I had a hair cut that took 2hrs with waiting, - brought a hair straightener after reviewing several different products in multiple stores - 1hr - had my nails done - 1hr 15mins; - much needed lunch - 30mins I can't believe that a genuine shopper should be penalised like this. At least the validation process was reasonable. Now it's all about the commercialism.

Excellent customer service and assistance from "Leah" at the concierge in Carindale near Coffee Club. Leah was very accommodating, eager to help, warm and smiled the whole time while she showed me how to download the app. I'm not tech savvy so I was half expecting exasperation or rolling the eyes back but instead I experienced an eagerness and pleasantness from her. It renews your faith that there are still a lot of wonderful people in customer service. It was a feel good moment after hours of shopping and carrying bags. Such a credit to the management to have someone like her in the fore front.

It's big and has some areas that feel like voids. Whilst one of the food courts is quite nice, busy, and pleasant to be in, the main, central food court is large and feels very unwelcoming. The centre itself contains many stores to pick from but again, areas of the centre feel forgotten, like the end with BigW, whilst above it at Woolworths it feels much more welcoming. Parking isn't a problem aside from the big shopping holidays, it was a nightmare and took most of an hour to find a spot at Xmas, but on an average day you can get a spot near (one of) the entrances.

Truly large shopping center with more than 3000 parking spaces where you can enjoy a whole day of shopping with stores such as Apple, Aldi, dejuba, Heritage, Travekex, Katies, The lush lily, Snug home ... In addition to many more! Clothing, decoration️, accessories ... It also has many cafes and restaurants where you can take a short break before returning to shopping!☕ Truly fantastic! In my case, I had to put the Google Maps because I lost a couple of times.

Westfield Carindale in Brisbane is a great destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Perfect for guys and girls. The mall's extensive variety, friendly staff, and relaxing ambiance make every visit pleasant. With ample parking, high-end to budget stores, and numerous eateries - it sets a high standard for retail. My kids love coming here and the wife and I can enjoy a delicious meal and coffee.

Had a Click and Collect item to pick up from Big W for a lady ( I am an Airtasker) found a parking spot close by, picked up the order with no issues and gone within 25 minutes. One big plus is when parking at Westfield Carindale, you no longer have to take a ticket, there are number plate readers that record your plate, time of arrival and then let you in. First 3 hours are free parking.

Never using valet again. Every time I have gone to Westfield Carindale I have parked in Valet and never had to pay for parking. Today I parked in valet for the first time since the new parking system went in and I am very disappointed with Westfield for charging valet customers parking fees. I spent well over $900 in the shopping centre today only to be charged $8 for parking.

I shopped at Big W - got exactly what I wanted. I also got a disabled park right at the bottom of the escalator - rarely have that much luck. First visit back since new entry and exit system was implemented. Works very well. Many changes internally since my last visit mainly in food outlets. Good changes it appears. Will try one of the new cafes on my next visit.

There was an accident at the Carindale interchange, I want to commend the security staff that arrived promptly on scene followed by more with medical packs. I hope the person is doing ok. This was my first time to Westfield Carindale, every time I felt lost, there was always a info screen desk nearby, made navigating easy peasy, really enjoyed my time here.

One of the best shopping centre in the city. You can find every shop you looking for. Very clean and tidy. Wash rooms were in excellent condition. Enough parking spaces and first 3 hours were free and today whole day was free may be due to the shopping season. Plenty of food joints and restaurants, main retail shops and sports and gaming options.

An ok shopping center. Factoring in Myers there's an extensive range of clothing brands, supermarkets and food court (as well as a cinema). It hasnt changed much in 20 years so could do with some modernisation but overall this is a pleasant place to shop and there's ample parking that's free for 3 hrs. Very clean.

Clean and nicely decorated facility. Great food court, both upstairs and downstairs which is like a street market at night. Biggest downsize is that a lot of the stores are expensive. It may be what others enjoy but I prefer more variety with store options rather then lots of the same thing.

I am new to this area. I would say Carindale is one of the cleanest and nicest shopping experiences I have. Walking on the carpet is a bliss. I always wondered "do they shampoo this carpet?". I got an answer today. Carpet was shampooed overnight near Big W. What I can say, I am so impressed.

I recently lost my phone today! And a lovely lady handed it in to concierge for me. Concierge charged my dead phone and answered when I called, allowing me to come pick up my phone with just 14 minutes until closing! The ladies at concierge are amazing and I am so grateful for their help ❤️

It was so nice to hear Christmas carols in a shopping centre again at Christmas. Shame it was only one or two songs I would do all my shopping here off the carols were on all the time. It’s lovely to feel the spirit of Christmas when buying gifts for friends and family.

I visited the concierge desk the lower level at Westfield Carindale on Saturday and was greeted by Christine. Her knowledge of the centre and customer service was absolutely outstanding. Thank you for making my visit that little bit easier! I’ll definitely be back

At the green carpark, aqua and the black upstairs you will most of the time find Normal people parking their cars at the spots reserved for people with disability due to their proximity to the shops. Kindly look into that because it's now becoming an habit. Thank you

Every shop has inflated prices. Hate the parking payment system, you're always looking over your shoulder at the time, so you can't relax. Due to this, I would make this a last resort to shop there. Ever since they brought this in, I don't bother with them.

Luv the free WIFI while waiting for my wife while she shops, but in the food court it keeps dropping out (very frustrating not to mention pointless having to refresh/log back on). Please fix your WIFI so it does not drop out every 3-5mins !!!! Thank you :)

Best place to shop in Carindale, it has lots of shops for everyone, nice atmosphere, good food court, nice and clean place, the only probe I faced is too busy on weekend and hard to find parking spots, other than that nice experience at Carindale Westfield

It is what it is... be prepared for a long walk if you don't know the most efficient parking area in relation to the location of your desired shop or facility. Bus interchange downstairs makes it a convenient option for those who aren't driving.

Love this Westfield. Huge shopping centre with lots of variety. The individual shops they have are big with lots of stock. Really love the MYER. I also love Harry Hartog. The parking is ok (except Xmas time). The David Jones here is ridiculous.

Friendly atmosphere, caring staff and customers, I witnessed an elderly lady fall off her chair, I would have gone to help, but the amount of people that bet me too it was heart-warming. First 3 hours is free parking, which I found amazing.

This is actually one of my favourite centres. It's always clean and tidy and not so busy you feel like you're waking on top of everyone. There are lots of cafes and dining options, and they have most speciality stores that the city has.

Thank you for looking after my phone. Left it on shop, one and a half hour, I then realised my phone was not in my purse. Once a Practical prosedure done.. my cellphone back into me. Oh also love a little gift from Westfield Carindale

Amazing mall! So many options from shopping to food to games & movies. You can spend a whole day here. Lots of seating options around the mall to relax when you get tired. Good options for parking too. Offer 3 hours free parking too.

Fairly disappointing experience as so many shops are gone. Another disappointing point is to be unable to get a coffee or tea in a ceramic cup 45 minutes before closing time.. most cafes even operate as take away only after 4.30pm.

I was at Istanbul Grand Bazaar today. It was such a great shop and the customer service was the best! The atmosohere of the shop it was unique... such an authentic shop. Loved it. Will definetly be back for my christmas shopping.

Really enjoy shopping at Carindale. I noticed today that they have upgraded to the ticketless carparking too which makes life easier. The food selection is great. Vapiano has just opened which my partner is excited to try!

Very nice mall. Big enough but not too big. Interesting layout. Stores here that you rarely find. It is a Westfield which automatically raises the experience. Parking can be tight during holidays. Very popular place.

Really lacks variety of decent shops compared to other Westfields. It used to be good but is now overrun by phone repair kiosks and empty shops. Given the demographic of the area, it could really do with an upgrade

Working in the centre and also in Westfield chermside, Carindale is 1000% easier to navigate. Carindale has options for staff to secure there cars in undercover and the team at concierge are always so helpful.

Of all the Westfield’s in Brisbane, it is definitely my favourite! I love that it’s easy to navigate, that everything is circular, easy to find and I’m not walking from one end to the other and back again!

I have been coming here since there was green carpet, most comfortable walk in a shopping centre. The carpet is still here and is still comfortable especially as the centre is now huge.

Always super busy, but always a nice visit. Nice and cool in the summer, very tidy and clean, all year round! Would recommend the boba and just about any of the surrounding eateries!

Although this is my usual shopping centre, I am sad to always see shops xlosing down due to the coat of rent. There have been so many great shops that are no longer in Carindale.

Definitely one of the best malls I have ever visited in Australia. It has every big shop in it incl BigW. Food hall is good and so are the restaurants by the foyer of the hotel.

Chaotic and not the easiest to navigate. They do however, have almost everything your heart could desire. I'd plan ahead before going to avoid losing it entirely. Great coffees.

Have always enjoyed Carindale but with the added amazing Disney store and of course the beautiful flower stand with such vibrant coloured flowers. What more works one want.

Over the years a much improved shopping mall, has both DJ and Myer, plenty of boutiques, great spaces to relax and lots of places to sit for a coffee or lunch.

As long as you figure out where to start your shopping journey ftom within the centre it becomes a lille less likely that you will get lost amongst the shops

This place contains a huge and diverse range of shops with different services and products. I visited it in August 2023. It is like a maze. Very recommended.

What happened to the stores around the top food court area? Other than that, a bit quiet. I found the restaurants downstairs near the beer garden.

Lost my wallet and was contacted not an hour after we had left and it had been handed in to concierge!! With all my cards and cash still inside!!

Sat at the bench with high stools and all three charging ports had been removed and/or covered with cardboard. Not very hygienic in my opinion.
