This is the burger king of the shopping centre area and honestly it probably sells more burgers than all the other restaurants combined. There is two fancy restaurants le cage and table 51. Im not sure how they stay in business but the places dont put in much effort to attract customers. For food there is a breakfast place that seems just ok, baton rouge that has good food and is popular on weekends, there is also subway sandwiches and the Marathon which is a greek place and honestly my favorite spot for a simple but cozy meal out with family. Overall the stores are in good condition such as bulkbarn, gamestop, and oshkosh (a childrens clothing store). However it's pretty quiet during the week and only the wal-mart seems busy most of the time. The parking lot could use a general clean up of garbage. The billboard out front of the shopping centre hasnt changed for over two years. It just says motor madness like a car dealership and really it's the perfect sign for the highway/decarie area. Also big pet peeve they have not gardened the front entrance of the shopping mall parking lot (where the mall entrance meets decarie) and although I dont really mind the wild foliage in the summer it really could use a full dig out every fall. Not sure if it's the city's job or the centre's job but uh I would do it if I had permission. Maybe plant sunflowers. :)
Smartstyle at Walmart (Decarie & Jean-Talon) is a clean, bright, efficient, cost-effective, convenient hair salon that offers a range of hair services. Stylists may provide cuts, styling & colouring, as well as advice on styling & hair care. They carry a good range of commercial hair products for purchase. Prices for hair services at Smartsalon are at least 50% of those at other salons. Booking may be made for colouring sessions; cuts & styling are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Stylists that you know & trust have set schedule: make sure to ask when they are available. Personally, I have had bad cuts, ok cuts and very good cuts at every salon I have visited. For the past 2-1/2 years I have been very satisfied with my stylist at Smartstyle. And once I find a stylist who suits my needs I consider them like gold! The success of your hair experience is greatly influenced by good planning. When trying a new hair stylist it is suggested that you have an idea of your expectations and be able to communicate these to your stylist. Remember: sometimes it takes time to find the right stylist.
Honestly not even worth a one star...zero stars would be the case!! Worst hair cut I ever got, was very disapointed... I have short hair and very simple style, basicaly wanted a trim and clean up... she shaved me around the head using #1 clip... ( I asked for #2)... she shaved me without blending twords the top of the head so I looked like i had a mohawk ...very amature hairdressers...so disorganized and they hardly spoke any english or french... rediculous!!!!! I got very upset because I looked like a fool and argued that I wouldnt pay for the mess they made!!! I took the subway home covering my head with my hoodie and when i got home I took my clipper and shaved my hole head ! I realized also that she dint cut my side burns evenly, one side was longer than the other....NEVER AGAIN!!! Save your time and money and dont bother with these hairdressers at smart style...BIG ZERO
if you have a car and you go shopping then chances are you will be going to one of the smartcentres on shopping there. This one has a couple of places I go to regularly which is the bulk Barn and the Walmart across the street. It's like a centre for big box stores and some restaurants. This area has enough choicesfor you to hit a few of their places and get some shopping done. Will tons of parking and easy access with a decent location off of an expressway. I can't fault it but it's not a five-star cuz there's nothing extraordinary about it but it's definitely a solid 4 on five. good franchise stores big box stores tons of parking easy shopping but you need a car or you'll be walking your legs.
Great options from restaurants to pharmacy. The let down is the parking and access to other places in the center. The roads from a Walmart to a baton rouge isn't linear. Just for example. Still the fact that you are right next to the highway is actually a very good thing but sometimes can be a very bad thing because of all the cars and noise and bustle. Parking is ample however I feel like the place is structured in such a way that it actually makes cars cramp up especially if we're trying to leave the parking lot sometimes you can get really confused on whether or not you're taking the right exit to the highway or something else it's just going to go straight over the highway.
I had a very positive experience with a hairdresser named Daisy. This is my 2nd time getting my 'new' haircut from her. After asking her to give me a small trim and give her the reference photo of the style I wanted, she achieved it accurately and asks questions (lengths of my bangs, the back of my hair, etc) to make sure it was the desired look I wanted as she goes. She took the time to trim it nicely, doesn't rush, and also pays attention to detail. I was not disappointed at all. If you're looking to get a fresh new style, I highly recommend Daisy. She's phenomenal!
This store is near to Namur Metro and it has very big parking space for your vehicles. Now come to Groceries . They Have Fruits and Vegetables. They have bakery section. They Have MacDonald inside , Beauty salon , Pharmacy , Child and Frozen section, home decor section , Electronic section , Babies section, Day to day Groceries , All type of softdrinks , indian section , Bedding section , kitchen section , clothes , dairy products , meat , chicken everything they Have. It is must visit place if you live nearby Namur or CDN Area. They have self checkout option too.
I went there on Saturday 16 March without any appointment for an ombre balayage and haircut. I got a spot immediately. Super happy with the end results. Daisy took all her time and was very patient with me. At first the color turned out a bit light but she then applied a mocha color which gave the exact results that I wanted. I'm very happy I told her how i feel politely and she applied the mocha color on my hair and now I'm confidently showing off my new hairstyle. I also got the products she recommended.
UPS store inside Walmart closed at 5 on Saturdays, great if you have to rush sending something by the deadline, there is Metro/Subway station Namur entrance at the huge plaza, huge parking lots, people park their cars, take the meteo to downtown, lots of restaurants, fast food and famous chain, famous big orange, McDonald, Tim Horton, La Cage, baton rouge, allo mon coco, dollar cinema is near, 2 dollars/ticket, $1 for popcorn/hot dog/water..by the highway 15/jean talon street.
Among all Smart centers in Montreal area, this is the most important and utilized one. Besides Walmart as the major attraction, there are plenty reason to visit. Reputable restaurants serving breakfast, lunch and dinners are all available, coffee shop, burgers and sandwiches too. Toys, games, fashion, furniture stores are there too. By the way, a city operated parking is in the middle of this shopping mall, making it an important transit point for meeting people.
It's a strip mall with a fancy name. It is not "open" 24 hours. You can enter the parking lot whenever, but the stores are regular 9 to 5 shops. The parking area is very large, and shared with a Toysrus and a Walmart that sit opposite to the smartcentres stripmall. The shops are not contiguous; they are divided into four 'islands' with parking space in between. This is a positive design since it allows you park closer to the store or resto you are visiting.
The Walmart here sucks..if you're coming here for that don't bother...the place is a mess ( literally stepping on pillows in the linen department), the selection is minimal with empty shelves and the line ups at the cash are suuupppeerr looooong!!!! The toys r us is good if that's why you're here. Baton Rouge and Marathon souvlaki are very good baton Rouge is overpriced but it's still tasty. Pics are of baton Rouge.
This was a nice plaza to walk around and go shopping in ., i walk-into a few stores such as ardene, sirens, and carters ,,,, parking is available and there is also easy access to the metro .. there is something for everyone in this centre and for my first time going I found the prices in all stores very reasonable so I will be back ... customer service was great and that’s reason to go back for my shopping fun ...,
Good variety of fast food restaurants like tim hortons , burger king and nicer sit down lunch and supper restaurant baton rouge and also other retail stores like the en vrac store and also a huge Walmart where you get get almost anything... very easy to get to decarie and jean talon . There is an entrance and exit off the decarie expressway
I went with my husband and my son around 5 pm because my want it to play the attraction inside. There is people who works in AW said we cant play because they are having a meeting and it is close. My son was very sad and disappointed. Also food took long time to receive and when I received it was little cold.
A corporation of this size should just do better... Wait lines for the self checkout that wrap around the store are ridiculous! And I watched a manager loudly berate an employee in front of all of the customers. With leadership like that why would anyone want to work there. Learn some professionalism!
Good choice of restaurants for different tastes. Discounts and some specialized stores. Conveniently located close to the highway and to a metro station. Not the best place for a bad weather day as all the stores have independent entrances from the street. Sometimes difficult to find a parking.
This wallmart is one of the big and best wallmart in the montreal. It has everything from cloth to all kind of grocery, food , all kind of toys, book etc. Checkout is also fast and easy. Even in covid restrictions many people can shop together so no more waiting in line.
Not very pedestrian friendly. Feels like the Marché Central or Carrefour Laval. With the Triangle area turning to be more family-friendly & green, it should make it safer for pedestrians! That would be the *smart* thing to do to follow the neighborhood's orientation!
Great for shoppers in terms of shopping markets. If you are a big coffee fan you have Tim Hortons, if you are a discounter lover you have Walmart, if you are a fast food lover you have so many restaurants available. For the kids, you also have Toys R us.
Though there isnt much choice here, still love having access to bulk barn and eb games. Very convinient veing next to the metro and having great options for food. From baton rouge steaks to wendys fast food. Walmart and toys r us are just a few min walk.
Went to Walmart, discovered that they had change rooms to try on clothing. At the Walmart on Newman had taken their change rooms away. It was good to try on the clothes you wish to buy. Other than long waiting to cash out it was a good place to shop.
This place has a very large WalMart (as has been noted by other Guides) retailing everything from clothing, furniture, groceries, electronics, plants to toys, plants, household items/decorations etc. at reasonable prices in a fairly efficient set up.
Sometimes I go to bulkbarn and buy corn, individually, I like to pay in pennies even though they kinda don’t allow you to do that anymore but if you’re really insisting and put up a big fuss they will let you pay in pennies and eat your corn in peace
A variety of stores and restaurants. If you haven't been for a while it's best to check if the store you want to go to is still open there. I enjoy the fact that I can grab a good lunch, do my shopping and jump back on public transit so easily.
This is a large shopping center including some places serving food. Nothing particularly great. Chain or fastfood restaurants. We were at Baton Rouge. I was not impressed, the prices are high. It is popular enough but the service was slow.
Smart centres Montreal has quite a few different types of stores among them Walmart is the biggest one. The centre is divided into few zones and each of them has a parking space. Open and wide spaces make it easier to move around.
Good little mall. Has a good selection of restaurants. Also has Walmart, toyRus and a few other places. Plenty of parking as well. Not much else to do there but, shop a little and eat. Close to metro and right off the highway.
This particular walmart is always busy. Not that much social distancing if anyone is worried about that. One of my favorite walmart stores but like every other walmart in Montreal, not many clothing for toddler boys.
Good spot with multiple retail and food options. Tims, Cage au Sport, Baton Rouge, Marathon's to name a few. Big parking lots so you can park and eat. Really practical during covid to get out of the house.
A great variety of food and shopping in the heat of the rush! It's a good place to stop with great quality restaurant stops and accessible shopping locations. Parking is tight at some locations at noon.
Never more. I am very disappointed. She cut the pit on my head.I wanted to shorten by 1 cm and she shortened by 4 cm in the middle of my head. I lost my money and my time. Nice memory of Canada. :'-(
The store offers a wide variety of items you can choose from personal things to household use. It was a little bit crowded and the queue line at the cashier was long. The parking area is very wide.
There's a Walmart near for cheap shopping. As for restaurants, there's Baton Rouge, Marathon. For fast food, there's Tim Horton's, Wendy's, Subways and Burger King. All next to Namur metro station.
Ah, Burger King, I'd recommend ordering ahead if going for noon. It's very busy and takes a while before your stuff is ready. Which is fine they are very busy. Food is consistent I can't complain.
Oh my God. This was the first place I visited after I arrived in Canada. Always great Walmart store, always high quality and delicious Burger King. i love whopper. It never gets old for me.
Drive through a little long to 1st take our order Afterwards they pick up the past ... food doesn't look like the image (size can be deceitful... adult burger the same size than kids menu)
It's a good strip mall in the Montreal Suburbs area. They have practically every store that you essentially need: Restaurant, Tech stores, Walmart. And it is near Orange Julep.
We arrived at 10.30 so it was not to busy but we were hungry I tried the roasted garlic whopper in a trio and my wife had a chicken sandwich trio and both were great.
The main reasons to come here is either Marathons or PF Chang, maybe Baton Rouge if you like that. Parking is terrible at lunch especially around the Tim Hortons.
Customer service was excellent! Christiane was knowledgeable, patient and personable! Gabriel was amazing as well! They took the time to answer all my questions!
It is not the biggest shopping center out there but it has improved for the past couple of years opening medical clinics and spa which makes it more attractive.
Got to love it..its a walmart..The employees are from the area and enjoy there jobs..They all are practicing covid guidelines.and everyone works hard there
Huge parking space, walmart, toys rus, ardene, tim horton, orange julip, some other stores near, it's easy to go there and its near to namur metro station
this place has a very bad design of parking lot. everytime go there it took me a lot if time find parking. stores are old. only go to tims horton there .
Went through the drive through only was 2 cars ahead of us it went very fast.but the others car behind us was blowing their Horne, so rude and annoying.
Well it's okay.. Can't really shop/walk around unless you have specific stuff to buy.. Besides Bulk Barn and the food court nothing's really interesting
Same generic SmartCentres stores... which is good if they're what you're looking for. Close to the Namur subway station for those of us taking transit.
You can find almost anything you need at the huge Walmart. Do not eat at the burger king. It smells... if do go in, you'll just walk right out anyway.
Hairdresser and if you have kids they might be able to get their hair cutted. Nice south American lady worked there about 5 or more years ago.
It has a lot of very good boutiques however the mall itself needs to be renovated. The highlight of the mall is having a Winners HomeSense.
More EV charging stations needed in better locations. Better salting needed in the parking lot. Great selection of restaurants and shops.
Not enough store to call it a shopping center, although all the restaurants are surprisingly good so they iight the way they are I guess.
I go to the Baton Rouge and Marathons (restaurants) and which are very good. I also like the fact that they have a Bulk Barn store there
This is my wonderful house. I have developed this building in 2016, I have lots of memories and experiences during my development time.
It's okay, you have access to a lot of different things, but it is very much car centric, despite the proximity of the metro station.
Was a cool place to shop. My wife found some good deals. Will be going back next year. The shirts are available at JSclothing.Co
Convenient shops but spread over to big a surface...too much walking from one to the other if you're looking for an easy stroll
Great selection of exotic foods, regular groceries and spices. large store, easy to navigate without bumping into many people.
Great place for shopping, lots of parking space and a good choice of stores. But I don't find Moringa products in any stores.
Best burger king in the city keep up the great job the owner should open a second location in west island just saying …
The atmosphere was good The place was warm and welcoming The price was was reasonable I will go back, I enjoyed being there
No matter how renovated and big it is they run out of stock most of the time, I almost never find the right size! …
It a very nice place. It is big . But not very big. Very nice stores and restaurants. I say go try it you ight like it.
Worst Walmart ever! Empty and messy shelves. Cell phone sales person finished 10 minutes earlier than his own schedule.
Great selection of shops, business and food service places. Located in an easy access location on or off Decarie.
Great variations of stores for your one stop shop needs plus a drive thru bite to eat before or after shopping!
Went to Bulk Barn love getting my grains and some spices there- good prices but must be careful not to over buy
Nice and spacious with quite a few restaurants and store. Crowded during the summer in most of the restaurants.
Huge store. Biggest Walmart I've ever been to in Montréal. More variety and selection than other Walmarts.
A lot of different services, the only criticism is that the retail services are spread out quite a bit.
the place is great place to go eat and spaces. but watch out for thieve behind you snatching your bag.
I have been here a few times when I want to visit Winners or Dollarama. Nice place. Quiet, in general.
Only essential services still opened up to January 11th, 2021 Groceries and take away dining places..
One of the best hairdressers I met in Montreal works there, she gives me perfect service and colour!
A lot of small stores is there. Big stores are Walmart and ToyRus. A few restaurants there as well.
I take my wife to Ardens there all the time,,, she loves it. Peace out and pay it forward everyone.
Pretty good, but the Poutine was very very salty. I think I mite have a blood clot it’s ok though.
Free parking space and a big walmart available..be patience in the line to pay is busy on weekends
The staff are friendly and cooperative. Also it is big supercenter has a lot of goods. I liked it.
Very good service and amazing hairstylists at a very good price! I'm so happy with my new hair!
It has your big box stores like: Walmart & Toys R Us... Also has boutiques & fast food restos.
Great place...it has a nice breakfast place, steakhouse, timhortons, Wendy's and bulk barn.
Very quiet when I got there and they tapped the stoves were closed but not my dollar store
Service was OK. Wait time is not too long. Just doesn't have as much deals as in the USA.
Very cool concept. Place is a bit small so you might have to share tables with strangers
Not many store at the location. Only Walmart and toys rus. Both have good collection.
It's a beautiful place to visit lots stores to shop at lots of restaurants to eat at.
Kinda iffy fries may be warm and burgers maybe put together properly or they may not
Abandon all hope ye who enters. This is the very rarely mentioned 10th layer of hell
Great place to go to on a sunny day. Have decent sales and good places to eat.
The place is bit darty, but stores are well equiped, They are cheaper though.
Not too many Burger King in the Montreal area, but this is one of the best
I visited here two times and a good place is this. Even kids enjoy there
It's good but not as good as the Burger King on St. Catherine near Guy.
It was very good the food, it was not to long I had to water for food.
I don't know if you are talking about the Walmart or another store.
Buns are always dry.. are never on point, brown lettuce.. …
Sometimes it’s not clean. Sometimes limited food is available.
