I did business with them a while ago and the Owner, Heather, was suuuuuper rude to me and accused me of losing/taking something when in fact I had given it back to one of her employees. I offered to come help look for it and when I approached I heard her talking bad about me to her staff. We found the item she was looking for that I gave to her employee IN HER OFFICE where I said her Staff member was when I handed it to them therefore I did not lose or take the item. Heather didn't even have the decency to apologize to me after it was found and she was trying to humiliate me-which she was successful at considering she treated me like garbage. She is never someone I'd do business with again.

The cutest little shop in the middle of victory park! I went in one day needing flowers for my sister’s delivery day in the hospital and was so surprised with what I received. I let the gentleman in the shop know my budget and what the occasion was. He was so attentive and know exactly what to do. He didn’t offer something pre-made and made the arrangement right in the spot! It was like watching a master at work!! The arrangement was gorgeous and everyone who walked into the patient room commented on how beautiful the arrangement was. Needless to say, I’ve returned for arrangements anytime that I’ve needed flowers for a special occasion. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this flower shop!

I love this place!! Awesome flower/ retail shop in Victory Park with really cool stuff. The have awesome candles and unique gifts as well as their main offering- gorgeous flowers! I’ve ordered from them many times and even took advantage of the monthly flower club. I get a beautiful, unique arrangement every month! Izzy and Heather are super easy to work with and can design anything you ask for!! It’s also great to support a local female owned business.

I have gotten my fiance flowers from here twice and she loved them both times! I spoke with the owner when ordering and she was delightful, she really tried to get me exactly what I was looking for. These arrangements are more modern than I am used to but i was not disappointed. I was expecting a more traditional bouquet but when she brought home what was delivered I saw that it was a more of an artistic design than a flower arrangement.

I was planning a wonderful weekend at a hotel with my girlfriend for her birthday. I ordered the flowers two days early with specific instructions to be delivered before 3pm check in. They never arrived and trying to call the store they were closed an hour early so no resolution. The hotel saved the day finding another florist that could do the job. I’m FURIOUS this place dropped the ball and didn’t even answer there phone!

Izzy is awesome! I found Simply Elegant on Instagram a couple of months and the arrangements really caught my eye. I have received a couple of arraignments for different occasions and I am always impressed with the finished product! The quality of the flowers are amazing and the vases that they have available are beautiful and unique. If you are trying to impress that special someone I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I made notes that they were for a very special person, who loves flowers and asked for different and exotic flowers and they made this beautiful set. I called on a Tues afternoon and asked for a Thurs before noon delivery. The delivery address and specific budget were agreed. The delivery was 2 hrs late and I was billed $21 more than the agreed budget. This was my second time with similar results. I will not use them again.

WOW! This floral store really went above & beyond for every arrangement I send out. The staff is very friendly & ALWAYS makes themes beautiful and unique arrangements. I have still yet to see any better arrangements than this shop! 10/10 recommend
