**UPDATE 8/4/2022** I received a call from Vanessa about my order. This company went the extra mile to make up for what had happened. Not only did they refund my money (they didn't have to) but they delivered a beautiful flower arrangement! Receiving a call from my daughter about the beautiful flowers made my day and hers. I honestly didn't have high hopes after the call, but wow, after hearing the happiness in my daughter's voice and seeing the beautiful flowers they delivered they gained my trust and business back. I would 100% recommend them because the arrangement is beautiful and if anything were to go wrong they will own it and try to make it better. *The tall arrangement was the new one they delivered. *8/3/22. Called for same day delivery and was initially impressed by the attention and courtesy received. My daughter gets off at 4:30 and was told the flowers would be delivered by 4. I called at 4:08, 4:11, 4:29 and finally at 4:35 (5 minutes after she got off work) I got the delivery person's number and at 4:39 he was able to meet with my daughter near a Chick-fil-A to get the arrangement. The delivery guy called my daughter but didn't call me (both numbers were given in case of any issue). I asked my daughter for a picture of the arrangement and it wasn't even the one I asked for. The flowers were fresh and looked just nice, but I ordered the Camden ARV-86 and the person getting my order wrote the wrong one. I guessvit was disappointed to see she got something that I really didn't choose. Not only that, but wrote the ADDRESS wrong, so the poor delivery person had the wrong address. It was 3860 and he was told 3850. Also, the arrangement had a bunch of TAPE at the bottom holding the flowers in place. That looked bad. I will not be using then again and do not recommend.

I wanted to be sure I got fresh flowers so I went in to order roses for our anniversary and then picked them up the next day. I know roses do not seem to last as long as other cut flowers but I was disappointed when they started crashing after 4 days and were totally dead after 6 days. I went back in the store to complain in the hopes that I would feel better if I got it off my chest and maybe would receive some type of credit. I talked to Misty at the store and she very patiently explained their guarantee for cut flowers was 4-5 days and how the wild temperature swings were really affecting the flowers. Then she really surprised me when she said she wanted me to be happy and gave me a fresh dozen long stems to take home and replace in my arrangement. She didn't just hand me the flowers - she went to the back and arranged them in a beautiful bouquet with a red ribbon so my wife would be impressed. Nothing like good customer service, a satisfied customer and more than anything a happy wife!

I stopped in for a consultation for wedding flowers and was told that the staff was busy doing paperwork and to call and make an appointment. The "Staff" couldn't even come out and tell me this herself. She sent someone else. I understand being busy. Hope they have enough paperwork from other customers who just didn't take a chance on stopping by because they've seen their business on the strip of Mockingbird for decades and had visited their website and just wanted a few moments of face time with someone to help point them in the right direction when it came to choosing a florist for their wedding day. Because Mockingbird Florist won't get my business, nor any referrals, but they will get this review. In the words of Maya Angelou - people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. Thanks for making me feel like I wasn't worth your time or effort.

I called Mockingbird Lane Florist at noon three Saturday’s ago and requested for a nice arrangement of their recommendation to be delivered to The Village to surprise my girlfriend. At 3:00 PM the florist called me stating they attempted a delivery, but that she was not there. My girlfriend called me shortly after thanking me for the gesture and informed me that she’d left for the day to see a friend in Fort Worth! (I should have made sure my girlfriend would be home before trying to surprise her, dumb and lazy mistake on my part!) I would have been fine with them leaving the Bouquet at her door as I didn’t insure she’d be home. Mockingbird Lane said they’d either completely refund the order or deliver a fresh arrangement when my girlfriend returned at no extra charge. We coordinated a Monday late afternoon delivery and my girlfriend was extremely pleased with a beautiful bouquet!

I have to give Mockingbird Lane Florist staff Kudos!!! Because of an error on my part flowers were not ordered prior a funeral service. This is something that I normally do a couple of days ahead of time but got so busy that I forgotten. It was the night before the funeral that I realize my error and Mockingbird Florist was closed. Needless to say I did not sleep that night. I got up and started calling Mockingbird Florist at 7:59. I know the person the other end, which was Rebecca the manager probably thought I had lost my mind. She patiently listen and when I was finished told me to hold on while she check to see if they would be able to get the flowers delivered before the funeral which was 11:00 that day. Well to make a long story short the flowers were delivered before the funeral and they were beautiful. To the staff at Mockingbird Lane Florist THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the floral arrangements created for my daughter’s wedding brunch at the Dallas Arboretum, a premier ornamental garden in our nation. I wanted our inside arrangements to be as special as the outdoor gardens. When we first met ti discuss my general plans, John provided excellent floral ideas. I gave him flexibility in the final design based on flowers available the week of the event. I couldn't have been happier. The flowers were admired by guests and Arboretum staff alike. The prices were reasonable. And they delivered at a specific time to align with my venue rental. I had never used them before, but now Mockingbird Lane Florist is my florist of choice.

The flowers were beautiful but they were supposed to be delivered (I paid the delivery fee) on a Saturday and they were not. In addition, I had to call the shop on Monday since they are closed Sunday to tell them it wasn't delivered. Then, they offered to deliver again but if they couldn't figure it out the first time and claimed they called the contact but I spoke to them and there was no phone call. I had to call someone who lived in Dallas (I do not) to pick them up and the option of having the delivery fee removed wasn't even offered let alone comping me for a Monday "delivery" versus Saturday. I'm disappointed with the customer service and will not use them again.

I ordered a dozen pink roses for my daughter, a smaller rose arrangement for my granddaughter, and chocolates for the boys in the family. I visited them a couple of days later only to discover that the smaller arrangement and chocolates were never delivered. The large arrangement was a mediocre design - long stem roses stuck in a vase, with a minimal amount of greenery. One rose got broken in the delivery, so she only received eleven roses. I called the florist to inquire about what had happened. He took my information and promised to call back. I am still waiting for his call. I do not recommend this florist!

My twin sister's friend wanted to send her flowers and I sent him a link to an arrangement here and they were AMAZING!!! I was sent flowers the day prior, same price point and hers blew mine out of the water. In fact, mine died the next day and arrived wilted. The other company didn't care AT ALL. We work together so I can at least smell and see her amazing flowers but I have a bit of sadness over it. I am trying to give hints to my significant other so he uses Mockingbird Florist the next time as he send me flowers a lot. Fingers crossed since Floral Concepts ruined mine :(

My wife’s only sister died unexpectedly a couple weeks ago. We wanted a very special family easel from my wife and I and our children. I looked for a florist close to Restland Funeral Home, and I found Mockingbird Florists. I worked with Vanessa on the phone to describe the flowers we wanted and the color scheme. The results were perfect. As you can see in the pictures I posted, the results were magnificent. My wife’s sister was an elegant lady. She would have loved the flowers. Grade A Service!! I got some flowers as a surprise for my wife that I was going to deliver to her school. Two minutes from there, a guy cut me off pretty bad. I slammed my brakes to avoid hitting him (successful), but the flowers flew out of the seat and went everywhere. Mockingbird Lane Florist told me to bring them back and replaced them with a fresh batch, free of charge. Even had a replacement note typed up waiting for me when I arrived. I will never go to another florist as long as I live in Dallas.

Hailing from the east coast, I chose this florist by chance today after surfing the internet. Since impressions are lasting, I must say I was delightfully pleased with the service rendered and the quality of the product. Albeit not in my immediate proximity, I must say that the Mockingbird Florist is the best and will continue to be my go –to-florist.

Rapid service, fantastic value, and gorgeous flowers: I had to place a very quick order as I was running out of cell phone reception - service was phenomenal! Order was taken rapidly and flowers were delivered within hours of the order being placed. Bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! My wife said it is the best bouquet of flowers I have ever purchased for her. Also, I feel they gave a large amount of flowers and really made a nice arrangement despite me not spending very much. I will be a repeat customer.

Amazing service and quality! Roses were stunning. When recipient wasn't home on delivery day, they tried multiple times and then took the flowers back since it was over 100 degrees outside (most companies would just leave them to be ruined by the heat). Delivered them successfully the next business day, including the delivery driver waiting with the flowers in his truck for ~30 minutes until my wife got home! Exceptional service and couldn't have been happy with the quality.

I was going by the reviews on Google and thought I had found a great florist to deliver flowers to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered a $170 arrangement and when they arrived Saturday morning she said most flowers were dead! She immediately called Mockingbird to tell them and someone there told her to throw them away, and that they would deliver a new bouquet to replace it. So she waited all day to receive the replacement bouquet and nothing ever arrived. I felt so bad.

I went to Mockingbird Florist to get a casket spray and easel sprays for a funeral. Nicole took the time to pull a variety of different flowers in the colors I needed to help me make a decision, then wrapped them up for me to take home to "live with them" and see if there was anything I wanted to change. The sprays themselves were absolutely amazing and received a multitude of compliments. Mockingbird Florist is now my "go to" florist.

Worst service ever , I do not recommend this place to anyone I ordered flowers for my wife Valentine’s Day , they were order in advance. The flowers never got to her , the manger excuse was that they were too busy , completely unacceptable , wife didn’t get flowers for February 14 after I paid for it On top of that the person who took the order told me it was going to cost me more because they increase prices for Valentine’s Day

This is one of the Best flower shop in Dallas. They put together the best combination of Flowers. I sent some flowers for my Girlfriend's birthday. She and her friends said it was one of the best bouquet's they have see. The flower combination was Amazing. Vanessa was an absolute pleasure. She sweetly and patiently stayed with me on the phone for a good 15 mins helping me decide and pick the best. Highly recommend this place.

I've tried purchasing flowers online many times with providers like amazon, 1-800-flowers, etc. The arrangements and flowers always seemed underwhelming. I am extremely pleased with this florist. I chose them on an internet search and purchased a sympathy arrangement, Summer White larger size, Item No: ARV-1, and the flowers were fresh as could be. I called for a same day delivery and I felt they were very attentive to what I was asking for. They were honest about what flowers they were low on/how it would look different from the picture I found online and explained which flowers would be substituted + honored the price for the bouquet I was asking for. The result was still a beautiful arrangement. Great service! My mother in law loved her flowers!

Their arrangement of flowers was outstanding but my vase was slightly cracked so they offered to send me another arrangement with the vase ( the arrangement was pricey and so was the vase). But I was going to be out of town for a month and i follow up to get this... and they are going to send one as promised tomorrow (after a month). Outstanding Customer service too.

What incompetence. I placed an order early in the day for a plant to be delivered to my daughter only to be called back after 5pm and told they could not deliver it. I ordered these flowers on their website for delivery a week before Valentines day, they promptly contacted me via email and said they're aiming to get get all their deliveries in before 5pm on Valentines day. These were a a Mother’s Day gift from my children. They live abroad and in another state. This is a rip-off. The vase is broken and the water is disgusting. The flowers are beautiful but what could live in water like that? Disappointed and I haven’t the heart to tell my children what a bad choice they made in florist’s.

I ordered the XoXo and had it delivered to my girlfriend the day before Valentine’s Day. She noticed that a few of the flowers were either bent or completely broken. Some were even shriveled up. I am highly disappointed with what I saw. It is definitely not worth the price I paid. I wish I could upload pics but I can’t.

My sweet daughter’s birthday is today and she is a traveling nurse working the night shift. They have a super friendly driver (in a company van) that likes to block driveways. When you mention to him that he shouldn't block driveways, he responds with "f*** you". That's a great business model. Hope that's not how this place talks to their actual customers. If I ever need flowers, I know where not to go.

Ordered Flowers for our Anniversary. Filled out Rush Delivery information and flowers never arrived. When I called I was told they had until 5:30 to deliver. There is no Rush Delivery or guaranteed day of delivery if you are sending flowers to someone's office that closes at 5pm.
