Recent purchase at this location and just wanted to share my experience. I made the call to this location after viewing a few locations online. I spoke with an employee who appeared busy at a time with other calls coming in. I thought this was a good sign. At the time I made my purchase, I wasn't able to review a web site or see any prices with arrangements as I was for other locations. As I was speaking with the employee, I was asked are you price checking or buying? This should of been my 1st clue. I needed an arrangement due to a recent passing in our family. Looking at other florist and being able to compare cost and design you would think you would know what you were talking about. I made my purchase blind, my mistake to say the least. So I can't complain, but I can make others aware, which is my ultimate goal during my reviews. I was asked what I wanted to purchase and for whom. I checked delivery, which they advised several others were going to the same location. I was not briefed on the arrangement other than they all ready had some made. My next question was what do you want on the card and that was correct and my request for a blue ribbon, which was also correct. Upon my arrival for the viewing, I found our arrangement, which appeared "open" and "airy." A far cry from "full" and "satisfying." I was a little upset but again buying blind then blindsided what should I expect. I just want you to know that if you purchase from this location it's far from the rest so do more research and confirm your purchase or go to the location (best bet). I asked for a "large" arrangement and quoted the cost I had seen. Large is a pretty standard measurement and I made sure I said that. I was provided no feedback other than how much are you wanting to spend. I quoted the average large price. I again felt good about my purchase. Before you buy, ask for details or size (width and height). I can't say that enough. Overall at this location, I would go in and or care fully ask alot of questions while on the phone about my purchase. So would I purchase from them again, not without seeing my item up front. Good luck and hope this helps. 5 stars is what I had seen on their site, delivery, details, card were all good. Arrangement ordered and cost questionable. Could there have been more since the fillers involved were less costly definitely. Update: Owner/Employee Brad reached out after reading my review with 2 star rating. Then texted me. Brad apologized about the miscommunication and corrected the issue at his expense. I really appreciate that he went out of his way to correct what he could. I increased the star rating 2 more stars and added another photo of what was done. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you.

I have ordered arrangements online from Petals & Stems twice. My best friend (who has worked as a florist herself) really, really loved the vibrant & elegant flowers I sent her on her birthday, so I used Petals & Stems again to send my mother a just-because arrangement, which she adored! (She is a discerning flower-liker as well, as a member of a garden club who frequently makes her own arrangements!) Here's a little more about the experience: First, it's worth noting that they have a really great variety of arrangements on their site, with fitting & evocative names, which helps so much when you're hoping to send a particular message on a given occasion. The prices seem fair (a floral arrangement is a work of art!) & I appreciated the availability of a few sizes for different price points (or different levels of emphasis!). Not very long after placing my order through their site, I was dutifully notified by email that, due to pandemic-related complications, there was a shortage of more than one type of flower used in the arrangement I selected, but that an arrangement in the same style would be made with similar flowers. What my mother received shortly afterward was *beautiful* & perfectly matched the spirit of the arrangement I had chosen: a sort-of-Springy take on a sort-of-Fally color pallette, maybe a little bit of a "high-&-low" mix of lovely things, elegant, but not fussy. :-) The message for my mom that I had put into the order form was printed on the inside of a piece of folded paper, which looked like it was folded & sealed with a special printer for florist shops*, & which was held in a little forked card-holder in the arrangement. (*I note this to say: if I had included a deeply personal note, it looks like it would have remained private even during preparation of the arrangement. I'm not sure if this is typical or unique, but it was something I noticed!) I intend to use Petals & Stems many more times!

Today was my 14th anniversary,and I wanted to send my wife some amazing roses to her work in farmers branch. We live in McKinney so I googled best florists near farmers branch and came up with petal and stems. it's not like I could go and check their quality, so I relied on the comments given on this 4.9 star rated shop. Every review pretty much shared the same expression over quality, and the few instances were there was a issue they addressed it quickly and in a way that still left the customer feeling like giving 5 stars. I have to Dispatch in the field at 8am in the morning and can't really be making personal calls after that, but wanted to place a order. One reviewer had said by chance he called at 7:03 am an hour before their scheduled opening time and someone answered and was happy to help him. I thought that had to be a fluke or just luck for that guy. I called at 7:27am this morning and a very polite man answered the phone and I asked if I could order some flowers ,and he did not hesitate at all. Unfortunately they did not have the osiana roses I really wanted to send, i told him I wanted 2-3 dozen roses but in different colors. I was unsure of a good combination, but like a pro he suggested red,pink and white which ultimately expresses Love! I did have a request of a non color vase and one with no design, just a nice simple clear smooth vase. At 1:45 my wife called me with a happy, trembling almost crying voice expressing how impressive and overwhelming the arrangement was. She was rushed with Awes and jealous admires( everything a husband wants his wife to experience). Petals and stems ... I am so glad I listened to your reviewer's and chose you to express my love to my wife on our day. You will be my florist from now on as there is no one better.

My original review is below this. As evident from the response by the owner, they did text a photo of what the designer recreated and it is just as I had hoped. Thank you, Brad. I ordered white roses in a short clear vase with baby's breath (and hopefully some green on the rose stems) for the funeral of the mother of a very dear longtime friend. I purposefully chose a florist that was close to the location of the funeral. The lady who took my order said there would probably be about 9 roses in the arrangement. I was trying to recreate some flowers that were sent to my own mother's funeral, that I thought were especially subdued and personal. I asked if they could text a picture of the finished arrangement, as I won't be able to attend the services. I have never done that before (and I am 65 years old) but I thought it can't be an unreasonable request when you're spending $76.86 for 9 roses and a vase to be delivered approximately 2 miles. A couple of hours before the start of the visitation I hadn't received the text with the picture so I called. I was pretty quickly told that they would check and someone would call me right back. I did receive the call back and the person was apologetic and professional, but in the end, they failed to do what they agreed to do, even though I was told there was a note on the order about my request. I can't rate the product; only the service. For $76.86 I give it a thumbs down.

Their customer service is top notch. I chose the flowers on the left from their website for pick up, and I received an email stating that they were limited on floral selection and colors during this time, but that they'd create something lovely in that style. I chose this specific flower shop because of the reviews and pictures from previous clients. I was a bit disappointed with the flowers I received. The roses aren't as vibrant, and I feel like there's more green than anything. They were cute, but to me, definitely not worth $70 bucks. I feel like I mainly paid for the bow and vase. I understand that mother's day was yesterday. I had such a hard time finding flowers anywhere yesterday. But if they knew they didn't have the exact flowers, or something similar, they should've just canceled my order. Again, the service was great. The guy that brought the flowers to my car was extremely friendly. I just wish I had gotten something similar for what I paid for. Updated Review: I edited to give 5 stars because of their impressive customer service. Brad reached out personally, which completely caught me by surprise! It’s so rare when a company actually cares enough to reach out.

Simply put, Petals & Stems is the best customer service and flower purchasing experience. Every time. More detail: It is 7:03 AM. Google shows the shop opens at 8 AM. I call anyway. A wonderfully cheerful lady answers the phone, it's 7:03 AM, super intelligent and knowledgeable about their arrangements. Patient enough to listen to me rant about what this purchase means for my wife. She proceeded to recommend an arrangement that came in less than my budget. The flowers haven't been delivered yet, but they never have got that part wrong in the past. I will never go anywhere else for my arrangements. There isn't any reason to. Pricing is less expensive than online searches. My bouquets aren't delivered in frozen boxes either. The customer service is phenomenal. Every time. Like this morning at 7:03 AM or 3 minutes before close. I think it's a family owned business too so, +1 for that. I'm not getting paid for this review. I never thought I'd be so happy about a place I end up spending a lot of money at, but I don't get the same ROI anywhere else.

I went into the shop today to get an arrangement of flowers for a friend's birthday. She's leaving town Saturday, and Petals & Stems had a lovely assortment of plants so they offered to make a plant garden instead of a floral arrangement. My friend is actually really into plants so this was a perfect solution! Shannon was most helpful in being patient with swapping out different plants until we found the perfect assortment. She arranged them in an absolutely lovely way and it came out so beautiful. I hand delivered the arrangement to my friend and discovered she had a free-standing terrarium she had planned to fill and these plants were the perfect solution! She had actually bought one plant for herself for her birthday today so she immediately went to work putting them in their new home. I'm including both pictures so you can see how great both arrangements turned out. Thank you so much, Shannon and Petals & Stems for providing great, quality service at a great price!

If you are looking for florist for your wedding look no further. Petals and Stemd is the best florist I could have asked for. I work as a landscape architect and obviously I'm very into design and plants. They listened to exactly what I wanted they showed me different photos of flowers and we custom built a bouquet together. They exceeded my vision and I would happily use them again. Their prices are reasonable and you get a lot of value for your money. These are very talented people and absolutely take your business here. They did our bouquets, the corsages, the boutonnieres, and a swag for the cross in the church. Each of those items were very customized to the specific idea I had in my head and they were very responsive anytime I had questions. Once you use them you'll never want to go to another florist again. P.S. I will hopefully be uploading more photos that are edited soon I just include some of the unedited photos to show how beautiful the flowers are.

Brad was so nice throughout the entire process and did not stop till he knew I was completely satisfied! Now this right here Ladies and Gentlemen is what true heartfelt customer service perfection looks like! Why is it only small business owners who are involved in day to day operations of their stores actually care about the customer? The owner kept in prompt constant throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond! If only other businesses , especially many big box retailers could take some tips, or notes , or a PowerPoint presentation on perfect business etiquette from this locally owned small business, the world of retail would be a magical place hands down! I called to ask about a floral arrangement for a birthday coming up. I live in a completely different state so of course I have more than a few questions about pricing, which flowers they use, how big the arrangement is, etc.. A lady answered the phone & was extremely rude and unhelpful. She had an attitude in her responses to my questions trying to understand the pricing in the difference on height and size. She put me on hold w/o even saying anything. Literally I hear buttons clicking then music.. she clicks back over rudely tells me she needs to transfer me to a florist and then hangs up. I call the number back to speak to a manager or someone who’s willing to help and I’m transferred instantly to someone else. I will NOT be using their service because of this unpleasant experience. And I would not recommend them. I will spend my money else where. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

I called Petals & Stems for some last minute centerpieces for a client's company retreat on Friday, June 15, 2018, and spoke with a floral designer by the name of Tab. I explained the vision of the centerpieces as neutrals/greens, nothing too tall, and simple, but pretty. He quickly recommended a few things to look at online, and within minutes we had a plan. I called back the following Monday to put in the order, and even with the delivery charge, we were able to stay within budget. Tab was so sweet, professional, and made things super easy for me. They delivered the flowers as discussed to the Omni Dallas at Park West on Friday, June 22, 2018, and the arrangements were perfect!! Thank you, Tab for being so amazing at your job, and for helping me put together the perfect centerpieces for my client's company retreat!!

Arrangement was beautiful but that is irrelevant if they cant get them delivered. Had flowers delivered to a friend in the hospital and wanted them there on the day in question for a specific reason. Checked in and she never got them. After i called they did deliver the flowers the next day. Brad did apologize but it is doubtful i would use them again if they cant hit the mark. This was like the equivalent of delivering them the day after the birthday instead of the day of... No discount was offered for their mix-up. Update I wasn't expecting Brad to reach out and credit the entire order honestly I just wanted a slight discount. However the fact that he did shows me how much they care about customer service. Updating my rating to 5 stars and will get with brad next week to make sure we are square.

I received flowers from this place 2 times. Flower's are suppose to lift your Spirit and both times I felt like someone was playing a joke on me. The chrysanthemum in the short small glass vase overlapped the vase and just flopped out of vase when I tried to pick it up to get a better look at it because you couldn't even see the container the mums overlapped it and stems of some sort were just stuck around in it and they were very dry. It really made me sadder that someone actually thought it was pretty. I called anout the first bouquet I received and the lady tried to explain the arrangement to me but this I just ssid oh well . The ones I received looked nothing like some of the ones I saw online when I visited the site. I certainly would not hurt someones feelings by ordering from this place.

I recently had a party at my home (masks required). One of my guests could not make it & chose to send a “veggie” tray since she couldn’t make it. The arrangement that Petals & Stems delivered was amazing! The vase literally had carrots in it! Needless to say, it was definitely a conversation starter.... & an idea I’m totally gonna steal for future gatherings at my house. This was actually the 3rd arrangement I’ve received from Petals & Stems.... They do great work & their flowers are GORGEOUS - they definitely will not let you down! Do yourself a favor .... don’t order online from some random corporate chain.. .... instead — take the time to call Petals & Stems. You will not be disappointed & will be supporting an incredibly talented LOCAL Dallas florist . Stay safe & MASK UP!

The customer service was good. What really got me upset is the fact that I didn’t get what I asked for. I was told that they would be able to do it and I also paid for the premium size. They definitely did not deliver. A bit of advice I wish I did: Go in advance and look at the samples bouquets they have at hand and order those. Update: I am genuinely impressed by the level of customer service this place has. To personally call me and have a discussion on why I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase speaks volumes. Because of this, I changed my rating. For a company to reach out to say sorry and to actually care about what went wrong is outstanding! Kudos Petals & Stems Florist! To eliminate confusion, I will be doing business with your team for years to come.

I found out about Brad and Petals & Stems from where I work, we always had the most beautiful arrangements at our work Christmas parties, and I had to order flowers for work yesterday so I took it upon myself to look at their website for the first time finally. I was so impressed, I decided to send some Just Because flowers today that were Fall-like. I am so impressed with the customer service and the flowers themselves! They are absolutely gorgeous. I forgot to add a signature to the card I sent and they called and emailed me immediately after I placed my order asking if I wanted to add a signature or not. I highly recommend Brad and Petals & Stems, and will be using them from here on out!

I would like to thank the gentleman from Petals & Stems Florist that answered the phone after hours on Friday evening. I was in need of a lei that had to be delivered early Saturday morning for a friend that doesn't have much time left. The lei is absolutely stunning, was delivered first thing on Saturday, and my friend, who loves flowers, was beside herself with joy. She was so happy that she could actually wear the flowers and smell them continually. With my previous employer I had a corporate account with Petals & Stems and I loved the service they offered. They went above and beyond every single time! On one specific order for a funeral, they made a customized order to incorporate the favorite items of the deceased child of one our our employees. The family loved the arrangement. When I moved to my new job/employer, I made sure to set up a corporate account immediately. 5 star recommendation!! Excellent customer service, beautiful flowers, and they work with florists all over the nation to make sure our employees are showered with flower love where ever they are located in the USA.

Petals & Stems goes above and beyond in satisfying and leaving their customers happy. I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my girlfriend who works in Dallas and me in Ft. Worth. I drove the 40 miles to pick them up and deliver them myself and initially was displeased. While the flowers were beautiful, they weren't what I had envisioned. I expressed this to management and they took care of everything and gifted us with another extravagant and stunning bouquet that more coincided with what I imagined. Fantastic customer service by Petals & Stems. They listen, pay attention to what you want, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

My sweet mother from NC sent me the most beautiful arrangement from Petals & Stems and I had to call Brittany personally to thank her. I've never received a floral arrangment this exotic & gorgeous before. We already use Petals & Stems because my Vice President has regular arrangements delivered so we already love them but this just kicked it over the top. Thank you to my wonderful mother & thank you to Petals and Stems & Brittany for making not only my day but I'll enjoy each day these flowers last. The nicest surprise for a girl to receive!! It's safe to say I've found my regular florist when and if I need flowers.

My husband surprised me today by sending me flowers for boss' day, he paid $85 for an arrangement and he was very dissatisfied and so was I to say the least since there was more greens and stems in this arrangement than actual flowers 3 roses and 3 Gerber daisies to be exact, the rest was all greens. The arrangement looked more like a $50 arrangement than a $85 arrangement. He certainly won't be coming back to order flowers from here. It's frusterating when your husband took time, money and effort to do something nice for his wife and it's ruined because a poor quality product was delivered. Very unsatisfactory.

I live in San Antonio and my best friend lives in Dallas. I ordered through Petals & Stems last year for her birthday and she absolutely loved the flowers and cookies, particularly the ginger cookies. This year I ordered through them again and mentioned that she loved the ginger cookies, and I splurged on some chocolates to go with the flowers. Well, they did it again. The flowers are stunning, and they sent her all ginger cookies. She is over the moon, and so am I. Thank you, Petals & Stems! You are the best and I wish I was in Dallas to share a delicious cookie!

I'm in Michigan but wanted a local florist to my daughter. I placed my first order they called almost immediately to tell me they didn't have those flowers on hand, which is understandable since it was Friday before.the holiday weekend. He cancelled that order and I went back to.choose another bouquet. Thankfully they were open Saturday morning of the holiday weekend! The flowers delivered to my daughter are beautiful! My daughter loved them, said.they are.so bright and cheery! It's now Wednesday and her flowers still look absolutely beautiful!

I ordered flowers for an employee that was in the hospital but when she got out I found out she never received them. After called to complain I found out that due to covid they could not take the flowers to the room and could only leave them at the front desk. So the fault fell on the hospital for not bringing them to her room. With out hesitation they offered to send another arrangement to her house or work. I gave them the work address and within a few hours they arrived and they were perfect! I will definitely use them from now on.

I have been using Petals and Stems for about 2 years now, and have never been anything but thrilled with their service. I have had the opportunity to order specific arrangements, as well as leaving it up to the florist for beautiful arrangements. I can highly recommend each experience. This is the place to go for ALL your flower needs! With COVID running its course in our country, the florist informed me she had limited stock. They definitely pulled through for me, with a very nice arrangement that I asked for with an extremely short notice. I live out of town, & she made the time to send me a picture of what she had made and it was beautiful. Thank you for the awesome customer service! If we had more companies with the same work ethic, efficiency, & care we would be in a much better place in our society.

I was so impressed with the customer service from Petals & Stems! I recently ordered flowers for my brother and sister-in-law who live in Dallas, but I live in Reno, NV. When the delivery person was having trouble reaching my brother, Brad called me and worked with me very patiently while I tried to get in touch with my brother. I really appreciated being kept in the loop to make sure that the flowers were delivered. Also, online ordering was easy, which was important since I live far away. Thanks for the great service!

GREAT costumer service!! I received the most beautiful arrangement from this florist that was send by my boyfriend. Not only were the flowers fresh and gorgeous but they lasted almost 2 weeks in great condition! They received a lot of compliments from my office. A week later we both received a thank you card in the mail with a discount. My boyfriend also received a follow up call after the flowers were delivered. We were both very happy with this florist and will definitely be using them from now on.

By far the most breath taking arrangement I've ever sent to anyone!!!!! . I don't live in TX but my daughter does and so I read on line the phenomenal reviews of Pedals and Stems. Brittany helped me to figure out what I was looking for in an arrangement. They arrived to my daughter's place of work the next morning and she was thrilled! I received a bouquet from a friend that was absolutely stunning. Probably one of the most beautiful bouquets of fresh flowers I've ever received. Then I received a thank you card card from Petals & Stems with a coupon. Today, I ordered a bouquet for my Mom for her birthday that is again stunning! The team there is very friendly and helpful. I saw several other bouquets they had already made and they were so pretty. Definitely would recommend this flower shop!

This company is perfect. I called the young lady the day before my wife birthday. She discussed some options, went over pricing and even helped me with what to put on the card. My wife loved the arrangement that was delivered. On top of that a few days later I look in the mail and there is a card from this company thanking me for my business and a $5 off card for my next purchase. Customer service like that gained a loyal customer for life.

I ordered a bouquet for a quinceanera celebration and showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted. Upon delivery it wasnt as pictured. I called and spoke to the manager, he went above and beyond to make it right, he even sent me pictures of the bouquet before re-delivering it. The quinceanera loved her bouquet and I was a happy customer. The quality of the flowers was superb and going the extra mile has me giving them 5 stars.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I told Krista and Brad the flowers I wanted and a very broad vision for my bouquets. They delivered THE MOST incredible ones. I let them surprise me, and it was Absolute perfection! It's such an awesome local business, definitely worth it. Petals and Stems have great price points and a very fair delivery fee. I could not recommend them more. Will be returning to get more flowers in the future.

I sent my daughter-in-law flowers for Mother's day and they were beautiful!! The delivery was prompt and on time, the flower were fresh and she was very appreciative. I sent my daughter flowers first from Proflowers...BIG mistake! I will use Petals & Stems from now on. I'm sorry I didn't know how wonderful they were before I called Proflowers. Thank you to the Petals & Stems' florists for their excellent combinations.

Ordered flowers for a friend who had lost a family member. They were able to deliver next day. However, unbeknownst to me, my friend had just moved to a new address and I had given Petals & Stems her old address! When I called to apologize and give them the new address, they were so kind and understanding. They had the flowers delivered to the correct place the following day! Very thankful for them!

I have used Petal and Stems for three or four years, for both professional and personal floral needs. Brad and Kathy are always helpful and responsive. The floral arrangements are always beautiful - they never disappoint, even when they have to use out-of-city or out-of-state partners to fulfill the order, and deliveries are always timely. I highly recommend them for any of your floral needs.

My husband has used this florist before and they've been wonderful. Recently, a bouquet was sent that seemed smaller than the one pictured on the website. When I called and asked about this, the florists were quick to deliver a bouquet that was more in line with what the picture displayed. I was very impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to meet our expectations!

Shannon was excellent! She created the most beautiful wedding bouquet that I could ask for. I did the order in the last minute (also a maid of honor bouquet and boutonnières) and was it on time, exactly with the colors and flowers that I requested #WasPerfect. I loved it❤️. Paid for a peace lily and only received a plant. Owner responded and asked that I call which I did and we discussed issue and he offered to send another plant directly to family's home which was very thoughtful and appreciated. I will not hesitate to order from Pedals and Stems again. I will call first and make sure whatever I send is in bloom.

I came to petals & stems about three days before my surprise micro wedding asking for help. They went above and beyond with our arrangements and my bouquet. Everything was beautiful and lasted for almost three weeks after the wedding too! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for arrangements and will send my family and friends here!

The best florist in DFW by far!! I've been buying from them for over 16 years. The first time I sent my wife flowers from them, she was like, "WOW, that's the most beautiful flower arrangement I've ever seen!!" She is still impressed by them today. (isn't that all that really matters lol) I attached photos of the last 3 arrangements.

The gentleman who arranged my bouquet was very knowledgeable with the flowers, as I was undecided with what I was to purchase. He made a absolutely perfect flower arrangement and they now have my future business. I highly recommend them.

Brad and his staff were very attentive. We had a last minute funeral for a dear friend and he made sure the flowers arrived on-time because we couldn't be there ourselves. He did this with only 12 hours notice and over email since we were out of the country. The service here is truly quality!
