This pharmacy is terrible! I called on Thursday and I was told my prescription was being prepared. I figured they would deliver it on Friday. Now it is Tuesday and I still don’t have my medication which I was supposed to take on Saturday. I have been calling them every day since and nobody answers the phone. What kind of way is this to run a business? Now I can’t get my medicine and I don’t know what to do. Edited to say; they finally called me today, and said that my medication would be arriving tomorrow. Stay tuned… Well, I finally heard from them and I did get a heartfelt apology. The owner gave me his personal cell phone number in case this happens again. I changed my rating from a one star to a four. He said my medication would be delivered today and I am believing him. I will give them another chance!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. They deliver straight to your door. They definitely go above and beyond for there customers. I am getting ready to travel out of the country for 3 weeks. I completely forgot about a medication that I needed refilled. I called the day before I left hoping and praying that I would get my medication in time for my departure. Frank was able to get to have the medication delivered to my door the same day I called. Did I mention that it was the week of Thanksgiving. What amazing service Frank told me and I quote. "With all the stress of traveling, the last thing you need to worry about is your medication. I will make sure it gets to you today" I absolutely love this pharmacy. I highly recommend them. Definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I've been waiting for my prescription for 2 weeks now. At first i was told i will be getting it on Saturday... that came and went. Then when i called to follow up the following wednesday I was told Saturday (yesterday) again. I even complained to the guy on the phone and said he said "well it wasnt me who told you last Saturday (it was)". He also told me Dispatch will contact me to see if i can get it any sooner than this Saturday (yesterday) "but you will definitely get it Saturday if we can't offer earlier delivery". Nobody called me to offer an earlier delivery and my prescription didn't come on Saturday. Now were going on week 3 with no script! Tell your doctors to fill your prescriptions elsewhere. This business is a joke. McDonalds has better communication.

Negative stars. Simplex is involved in a scam that steals prescriptions from local pharmacies. A deliveryman showed up at my door with a bag from Simplex. Inside was one of my prescriptions. I never ever heard of simplex. My prescription was weeks away from being refilled and here was 3 MONTHS of it in a bag. The most expensive (most profitable) drug I take. My insurance doesn't even allow me to get 3 months at a time. But here it was - 3 months worth in a bag delivered by a stranger. Total scam. No one wants to accept drugs from a strange company. How do I even know the drug inside is the real thing and not just sugar pills or something? So angry. Today I learned that this same thing has happened to several people at my neighborhood pharmacy. Scam scam scam.

I do not understand all of these negative reviews. I can personally tell you this is the best pharmacy I have ever used! Not only do they have amazing customer service they actually care about all their customers and they always make you a number one priority! I also want to give a special shout out Maziya. She always makes sure I never run out of my medication and I receive my delivery right away . I also want to give a shout out to Frank. He is also amazing and has excellent customer service! So if you were looking to switch pharmacies look no further than Simplex pharmacy for all your prescription needs!

Terrible pharmacy. My prescription was set up for delivery 3 times over the last week. I have missed a dose because of the lack of reliability by simplex. Thursday I was told my prescription would be delivered by 9pm. No show. I called back and was told Friday by 7 pm. No show. I called back I was told by 2 pm Saturday. After just calling to check the status I was told the driver was in an accident and they will try to get it out to me by Monday morning or I can come into brooklyn to pick it up. People take medacine for reasons. Simplex is not reliable. It’s a shame.

This idiot doctor I went to see sent my prescription here instead of at my local pharmacy where I wouldve gotten it next day. He said the meds would be delivered within 3 days. Its been a whole month and I havent gotten a damn thing. These morons keep calling me to say my meds will be delivered on such n such day, but it never comes. Then they call to say it's coming a new day and it still never comes. I hate these clowns, dont play games with ppls health n meds.

Love the idea of this pharmacy and conceriage services. But they can’t handle their promises. Communications are sub par, management (owners) take no responsibility, meds don’t get filled on time, and promises to fix issues go undone. Think twice before trusting your meds here. You need to fully trust your pharmacy. It’s not the fault of the pharmacy team this goes to the management and their poor procedures and trying to get too big and taking on too much.

Sal and Frank are really cooperative with their patients. They make sure everything is taken care of and that the patients are getting their medications on time. The team is doing a wonderful job as well. They do regular follow ups and go out of their way to help the patients however they can. They do same day deliveries as well. Really satisfied with the team work at this pharmacy, it’s a wonderful place to get your medications from. Highly recommended!!

Called ahead to see if they had ADHD medication since my regular pharmacy no longer has it due to the shortage. They refused to give me a yes or no, telling me to have my doctor send in a script. So I did just to have them say they don't have it. This isn't a joke. This is medication. They had me waste two days for my doctor to send it in, delaying my search, and ability to explore coping mechanisms. So pathetic and cruel.

Loving the consultation and thoughtfulness. Seeing some reviews on delivery and I spoke to the owner whom stated that all places are having workers issues and they're trying their best to the point where they themselves are delivering to meet deadlines. In this day and age, I love the commitment and a big hats off to the hustle. Wish you all the best and will keep this as my pharmacy.

WORST PHARMACY/ WORST DELIVERY That the WORST pharmacy…customer service are the worst persons to answer the phone and the delivery service they told you are suppose to receive some day your prescription and they send When they WANT, NO when You NEED ! Soo carefully with That!! (I give 1 star because the system of reviews dont give the option less that 1 but for them is 0 plus)

I have had nothing but a great experience using Simplex Pharmacy. Tracey Perez, Crystal and the rest of the team handle the flood of calls with grace and kindness. They have delivered the medication to my doorstep 40 miles away on the same day and the text message updates on the delivery ETA are greatly appreciated. I will continue to use them in the future.

Everyone at Simplex has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Often delays in prescriptions are due to approval status and supply and demand Simplex Pharmacy staff does their absolute best to deal with all these situations. I have never had a problem or delay that wasn't dealt with in the most professional way possible.

Very good service. Delivered my prescription on time at my door steps. The staff is very professional. My previous pharmacy took longer to make my prescription ready just to pick up. All my friends and relatives are using Simplex pharmacy now and they are happy with their service.

0 Star is what I truthfully give. 1 Star isn't appropriate, way too high of a rating for such an unprofessional place. Worst pharmacy I've ever used- its actually scary that they're in business considering they've violated HIPPA laws and act as if nothing was done wrong.

Frank and staff are wonderful to deal with. They are professional and efficient in getting my prescription fast to my home. Impressed they even had the exactly time the driver was going to be at my house, 4:20pm he showed up at 4:18pm. Thank you again, Frank.

Rude threatening employee called me and threatened to cancel my approval for a drug that I have been on for awhile because I transferred the script to a low cost pharmacy through my job. Unprofessional personnel. Do not trust your health to these creeps!

I now get special meds from this pharmacy. They hand deliver all medications by car. They come to your door and deliver it. I get a discount as cvs charges 275.00 for 4 injections but here I pay 244.00. I am saving money. Very happy with this pharmacy.

Horrible delivery service. Deliveries supposedly start at 12:30pm according to their staff and you're lucky if they actually show up on the day they're scheduled. What's the point of providing a "free service" if it's so bad that it's utterly useless?

Such an amazing pharmacy! Great and friendly staff. They have issues with drivers at times but they do everything they can to get the medications to you on time. I’d really recommend switching to this pharmacy if you aren’t using it already.
