Last night (March 23 @ approx 10pm) I went into the store on Denman st. The security guard was standing at the door as I entered. At first I could not remember why I had come in and had to stand for a moment to think. While I did this I could feel him watching me. He proceeded to follow me around the store as I shopped. Though doing nothing wrong I began to feel nervous and uncomfortable. I tried to pretend I did not notice him but he made it plain as day that he was watching me. I am a person of colour and though I have no proof of this and with so many Caucasians in the store at the same time it made me wonder if I was being profiled. I felt so uncomfortable that I mentioned it to the cashier who did not know what to say. She admitted to me that she to was followed at another store when visiting as if this information would make me feel better. It didn't. This is the second time this has happened to me when going into this same store. The last time (a couple of years ago) it was so obvious that I turned around and said something to the guard who stated that if I was not doing anything wrong then I should have nothing to worry about. This is an invasion of privacy. It is harassment. It causes trauma to the person being stocked while buying toothpaste. Last night the guard followed me all the way to the cash out and watched until I left the store. I would have expected that upon realizing that I was not stealing he would have moved on. But he walked right behind me until I left the store. I was being stalked. It was embarrassing and I was angry. Why me? What did I do? The answer is, I did nothing wrong but I was made to feel that my mere presents in the store warranted his suspicion. I am a makeup artist at a large cosmetics counter and understand there are people who do come onto my workplace to steal and that it is up to the company to keep an I out but what happened to me yesterday and a few years ago was no short of harassment. When it comes to the law we are to be considered to be innocent until proven guilty but while getting back medication and shampoo I was made to feel guilty just in walking into your doors. This is not right. I will be recording my experiences when going into the store from now on and I will be posting the videos on line. Please check out the customer rating comments for that store. The first experience is a woman complaining of the same thing. It is harassment plain and simple.
I live nearby so this is my go-to pharmacy, which now has plexiglass separating the people working in the pharmacy from customers. In addition, most of us (including the staff) wear masks now due to Covid, so we need to speak louder than usual. On the day when it was actually *not* lined up, but the several staff members working were obviously very busy. I came to pick up my prescription and explained my situation regarding information that was to have been sent to them from my doctor, and despite attempting to keep our conversation confidential, the woman I spoke with flippantly grabbed another member and told me to talk to her. So now instead of repeating the information to her coworker quietly, she just walked away and had me repeat the whole story to the second woman, who then proceeded to repeatedly ask me speak up, as the staff behind her all spoke so loudly to each other, they were now speaking louder and over each other! I found it embarrassing having the customers around listening to me explain my personal info, and VERY unprofessional on the staff's behalf. I was so frustrated, I finally walked out without my medication. Your pharmacy manager needs to have a serious talk to the staff on etiquette and the manner with which they handle private and confidential information! It's obvious from reading this feed of reviews that this issue has not been remedied, as it is a continual issue for many!!
Well I had been going here for quite awhile and had nothing but good experiences up until today. I wanted to buy a razor and I had asked Robbie to help me with my purchase as they only had the empty box without any pricing information. So he walked with me to the isle that the shaving supplies are located in and then when he noticed that it didn't have a price I simply asked him to scan the box as he was holding a portable scanner in his hand. When I said that to him I believe he took it personally and maybe that was why he then rudely vegan swearing at me and then when I repeated if he could just go and get me the item so I can buy it he looked around then started to reach into my bag and question me about the the thingsbibhad bought previously at Safeway on the way l to shoppers. I don't know if he just assumed I had stolen the item or what but I offered to prove it by showing my Safeway receipt to which he then very rudely vegan insisting I leave and would not even tell me what the reason for this was whatsoever. I have never felt so badly treated in even stores that I don't have a long history with but I can assure you that after this isntance with Robbie I surely won't ever go to this store again no o matter how late or out no of my way in I must go to get what I need.
Security guard was profiling me as I was sifting through the cough medicine aisle. He followed me to the last aisle and when I looked him in the eye, he picked up a hand sanitizer bottle from the shelf and put it back. He then left the scene and came back after two minutes while I was trying to find a bottle of Melatonin. I just left in panic and was so stressed after this situation that I didn’t bother to find other supplements on my list. Like sir, you’re also a person of colour and you can do better. You all can start with some ‘anti-bias’ trainings for your security staff. Like it’s 2023 and the least a customer expects is some basic respect, rather than getting profiled by a random dude who clearly has no idea of how his actions might affect the person being profiled here. Incident date and time - April 21, 2023, around 8:38 pm Response after your response: Thank you for the generic response. I was hoping for a concrete change/stance from your end as this has been a consistent behaviour (as noted from some other reviews). I really hope you understand how uncomfortable it is for a customer when they’re actually there to make a purchase and the security guards profile them based on colour. Shame that this is still a thing in this era. Do better, Shoppers!
My prescription got sent here by mistake, and to avoid the hassle of a transfer I decided to give them another try. The pharmacy staff are still the same inefficient, rude, gossip girls that they were 11 months ago. They don’t even bother calling you or filling your prescription until the next day. I wonder why I would need my antibiotics immediately?! There is this one middle-aged Asian pharmacist here, as well as a younger and ironically even more unprofessional “pharmacy manager” who seriously need their conduct reviewed by head office. I originally stopped filling prescriptions here because every time I came to pick up or browse the aisles in front of the pharmacy, I could overhear the staff gossiping, which I found incredibly unprofessional. I had also seen them treat customers very poorly. I know many locals who feel the same way about the staff at this pharmacy. It’s a hassle to have to go elsewhere, but I am glad to until they restaff, or at least train their pharmacists on appropriate conduct in a pharmacy!!!
Please do read the reviews, the average customer satisfaction rate is 2.6 stars, barely average, the staff are nice, the manager is rude and needs to think about her very bad manners and behaviour, which is probably why they only have a 2.6. I have shopped at the Denman Shoppers for several years and have spent quite a lot of money there, particularly in the Cosmetics Dept., overall the people there are quite nice and helpful. However there was an incident that I wanted to speak to the manager Linda about, as it turned out it was she who was at fault and she started to yell at me and behave in a very aggressive manner, she would not take responsibility for her actions and continued to be belligerent, I ended up having to hang up as she was so horrible. I will no longer shop there is this is how customers are treated especially by the manager who is supposed to be modelling good customer service. This is a very poor way of treating customers .
I woke up with a back pain this morning (Dec. 24th 2018). After I had lunch, the pain got very excruciating. I could barely stand up or move. I somehow went to the Denman Mall Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy to get Salonpas patches which I had had good results in the past. After I bought them, I asked if someone could help me apply them to my back since I live alone and I couldn't do it myself because of my severe pain in my lower back and it was awkward for me to do it.. The pharmacist looked at me with disgust and shook her head to say no. The other one totally ignored me. How dare I ask that! They went on to do what they were doing. I had to put those patches myself with great difficulty. Shame on them! They could have helped me with it or at least, they could have been more gracious about it. They could have kindly explained the reason why they couldn't do it and I would have accepted it. I will no longer buy anything there.
I was in the beauty section for a refund and i waited 20 min because there were no one else to help me in beauty section Despite they could send me to the regular cashier she did not do it , and when i asked the cashier that if she can help me Maryam ( representative in beauty section) responded really rude and said noooo is not 20 min that you are waiting . I hope you hire more polite people who know how to deal with CX . I have been done an other transaction with her and she was the same ( impolite) Also A supervisor ( Megan) came to do the refund after all wait and she blamed me that the product has been refunded before and im trying to refund it again but she was scanning the wrong thing after found out she is wrong she even did not bother to say sorry. Except Maryam i have been done stuff with an other white girl in beauty section with short waivy hair girl She was sooo lovely and pretty helpful . She is the BEST.
Went to this location as it is only a few blocks from my residents. I was made very uncomfortable and unwanted in this location due to the cashier. She watched me walk the isles as I got myself razor blades and when I was looking for air freshener yelled across the store asking me if she could tell me were to go. I had several customers looking at me as if I did something wrong. When I was ready to go threw the cash register she watched me scan my way out and treated me like I was some thief. I understand that they are trained to watch for loss prevention but to make a customer that uses your location quite frequently feel like I was doing something wrong while shopping is unacceptable. The date is Feb. 3rd 2022 and the time was 8:30pm when I was shopping. I hope that something is done about this so that it doesn't happen to another customer. It was not a nice feeling.
I rarely write reviews but wow, somebody needs to counter the negative Nancy before me. I am BLOWN AWAY at the impeccable service I get from this Shoppers every single time I come here. PHENOMENAL! They truly have the utmost informative staff that not only advise me accordingly to my needs but are also so patient, kind, and have such a willingness to help. Just the other day, I was being helped by this young girl named Fiona. I couldn’t believe some of the disrespect she absorbed by the person before me. Then when it was my turn, it was like that prior customer didn’t even faze her. Incredible. That wasn't the only time either! All the workers are like this, even the sales associates! THANK YOU to all the staff at the Denman branch, you all make a chore like “picking up meds” not feel like a chore. You guys really are the best and it should be more recognized!
This is a review for the service at the Pharmacy to improve because somebody needs to say something. I went this morning to get a first time prescription and the pharmacist at the counter made me wait, telling me "I can't tell you how long you'll have to wait" while she faxed my Doctor because "he didn't specify the frequency of doses" so she "couldn't give me my medicine, sorry". I was in pain from a HUGE migraine, so she finally took pity on me and "granted" me one pill only (of course, charging me well in advance altogether even if I had to come back another day to get my full prescription). Later on, my doctor called me back to say she didn't provide any phone number or address or anything. In the meantime, she was yelling & being negligent at a lady in a wheelchair who just needed some mental support. OMG what an exhausting experience there!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Consistency staffed with terrible human beings. The staff lied about when a product could be returned and then refused to return the product, claiming I had the wrong receipt, which is impossible as I kept them in the same bag and the receipt says the name of the item. The woman actually said to me, "Not my fault, you're dumb." I wish I had been recording when that happened because she would lie again about it. The manager and others at this store will raise their voice when you speak calmly and steal your money. BE VERY CARFUL SHOPPING HERE, THEY LIE, AND HAVE NO ISSUES TAKE YOUR MONEY! If you use the self-checkout, they refuse to return items or make the situation right. They even kept my receipt, and I'm worried one of them will try to steal my information. This place is toxic!!! Jennifer Kim, you should be ashamed.
All of a sudden their makeup section is closed two hours early from the rest of the store. This must have been new because I've gone in there late before and have been able to get an item I needed. Tonight I went in and I was told by the security guard that they close at 10 pm. Ummm why?? Slow sales? So what. The store is generally quiet anyway. Get a second guard for the area and customers can pay for their items at the main checkouts. The whole point of living downtown is for convenience. Having something I needed in a now restricted area at certain time is not convenient or helpful. BOOOO. Might as well close the whole store by 10 pm then. Absolutely irritating and dumb. Why am I living downtown if I can't get the things I need whenever I want within walking distance. Thanks so much!!!!!!!
Very disappointed with the pharmacy and their lack of customer service. I would have to call monthly to see when the medication would be ready and they would tell me the exact date and time and I would go at the exact same time and date as advised and then it was never ready. They had not even packaged or processed it. I would ALWAYS have to leave and come back another day based off them not communicating with me properly. When I asked why this kept happening and if there was anything they could do, they did not seem to care and said there is nothing they could do. Honestly, I have never had a negative experience with any pharmacy or pharmacist up until I tried this location. I will not be using them again and I feel as though they need serious training. Especially Paula Do #10739
Dear Shoppers Drug Mart, I am writing to express my concerns about the animated sign in your store. While I appreciate the efforts to create a certain ambiance or attract attention, I find the sign to be quite bright and distracting. It can be a bit overwhelming and even annoying, especially when I am trying to focus on shopping for products. I was wondering if there are any adjustments that could be made to the sign to address my concerns. Perhaps the brightness could be lowered, or the sign could be turned off during certain hours of the day. I value your commitment to providing a pleasant shopping experience, and I believe that addressing this issue would make a positive impact on many customers like myself. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gabriel
I come to this location often, and when I do, the cashier Cheryl is ALWAYS rude and looks like she hates her job. She doesn’t know how to interact in a proper way with customers. I’ve experienced it myself and have also seen the way she talks/acts with other people too. Its not right. If you hate your job/people this much, maybe you shouldn't be a cashier where your only responsibility is to be kind and respectful to customers while they check out their items. I understand that people have bad days and everyone is going through it right now but it doesn’t hurt to be polite and kind to one another. Anyways, super unpleasant experience as usual. Hopefully you guys take action and speak to Cheryl about this. Clearly from other review’s i’m not the only one who feels this way.
Today I was surprised! I went to shoppers drug mart on Denman while I was looking around to buy something, my mom asked me to look at her and she took a photo from me. The security guard asked me to not take photos, and it’s not allowed to take photos. I went to ask the lady who is working there too, and she was not hospitable at all. I don’t like their customers services, in which everywhere you are allowed to take photos. I didn’t pin point anything and it was me in the photo. They really disappointed me. This is a very bad experience, and for sure I will not recommend everyone else. At least don’t tell me now that phones , photos pr calls is not allowed while all the beauty bloggers are going everywhere and taking live videos from everywhere.
Shoutout to Shoppers beauty boutiques for an amazing experience! I was really blown away by the level of attention and politeness I received from one of the staff at the boutigue. I went in to buy a perfume for my wife as a gift. I wasn't 100 percent sure what I wanted to buy, until I talked to a staff by the name of, if i'm not mistaking, Mara. She asked me some really professional questions to find out about about my wife's taste in perfume and narrowed the whole thing down to two finalists. Felt great being offered personalized service. On top of that, she was so patient with my being indecisive and I know how annoying I can be, lol. But she was so friendly and welcoming! You got yourself a new regular Denman Shoppers!
Went in here to spend a few hundred dollars, apparently this amount is too high and the cashier he was going to have to wait for the manager because of the high purchase amount. Seriously?! So he says I had to wait 20 minutes for the managers approval, since he was on a break.... So yeah, I was refused service at a freaking shoppers drug mart... Not even sure if this is legal, I get it if your worried about a purchase you can ask for I.D, or refuse to accept a credit card, but I even had my debit card out so It's not like It was possible for some credit card scam. I've honestly never been refused service at a store before, I mean what retail store declines a transfer of money for goods they sell?
I have gone to this pharmacy for years due to convenience, but the service has become non-existent at the pharmacy. Today, my doctor faxed in my prescription and when I called in over 6 hours later to confirm I could pick it up, they hadn’t even input it into the computer and said it would be at least another 4 hours before they could even input it and it wouldn’t be done today. This is an important medication for blood pressure and if I don’t have it today, I will likely finish the day in the hospital. Staff was very rude about it and I agree with other reviews that all the staff spend more time chatting than doing their work. For trusted professionals, this is more than ridiculous.
My doctor sent my prescription to this Shoppers Drug Mart on a Thursday afternoon just after 1 PM. The staff member at the pharmacy told me that my prescription was not ready and would not be ready till the next day after 4 PM, well over 24 hours. No apology was offered, only a comment that "we have over 400 orders today". I have never managed a pharmacy before so I don't know what 400 orders means as it relates to this business but I assume he thought that was a lot. Maybe hire more pill counters? Having to wait 27 hours for important High blood pressure pills, diabetes medication, and antibiotics is unacceptable and I and I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
Hello my fellow neighbour in Denman I just want to let you know this shopper is not running I n the way it should be I went there this afternoon I bought the item it says it is on sale when cash scan it they was not on sale she ask one worker to check it he and me we went back and he told me oh it is not this one I told him do you have this item he replied no I ask so why don't you remove it you are missliding people he was very in pation and he we are not removing the sing it is because they want to sale any way whether is on sale or not be careful make sure the item you buy is the price that they advertise I CALL THAT MISSLIDING
I shop here regularly. I am also usually followed around by the security guard. It doesn't bother me because I know I didn't steal anything, and I never intend to. It doesn't affect my shopping experience at all. However, the pharmacy is incredibly frustrating, and having to seek out a cashier is the same. Definitely, not everyone is showcasing exemplary customer service, but there are a few staff that don't hate their jobs. You need to open the area by the pharmacy. It's way too crowded. I also shouldn't have to wait for "delivery days" for my medication that I can't order in advance. You could do better
I bought some ensure supplement on Friday evening around 7pm, on Saturday I checked the price online that went down almost half, took the items to the store to do price match and by more. First of all, been informed that there is no price match. The cashier told me you should have checked the flyer before buying, it seemed the price went down on the same night around 8 pm. Blaming customers for not checking the flyer to go to store in the right time is B.S. The way they talked and behaved was so poor, never buy from them, living 2 blocks away though.
Pity i can't do minus stars. Try this -* Was waiting out the front, Saturday morning, about 8 people waiting as the staff ignore us inside. After I knocked loudly one blonde woman came out and just said no pharmacist today so we can't open. closes the door as people are still trying to ask her questions. I asked why they couldn't even be bothered putting a little hand written sign on the door , also ignored. Lady if you hate your job so much find something else to do! You are in a service industry position.
Be careful of the pharmacists at this location. They have no issues broadcasting your private health information in front of other patrons. They will not even try to talk quietly. She did not ask me if I wanted instructions or not. I was in the process of telling her I don't need instructions and she cut me off. Even as other people started looking at her explaining the embarrassing instructions out loud, she did not waiver for a second. They are mostly young girls with professionalism and attitude issues.
Best pharmacists work here, the quality of their services simply impeccable. What this store needs is more pharmacists on busy days. This location like any pharmacy in the West End gets a lot of traffic and not from happy go young people but people that need care. Shut out to all gals that keep this shop afloat, it's all on their tiny shoulders. Please respect stuff like you would respect your loved ones and you will get best care in response. Once again, thank you!
The cashier supervisor Dangdra was incredibly rude to customers who were waiting for ten minutes to check out with no room for social distancing. She was mumbling derogatory remarks under her breath. She didn’t bag my items instead I had to bag them. I’m not sure whether that’s protocol or not... she wouldn’t scan my shoppers card and she had a problem when I wanted to pay with change. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I love this pharmacy. The team is amazing. So cordial and so community-oriented. They've been especially kind with my elderly mother. So kind, in fact, that I invited them to my Mom's birthday party at the Sylvia - and they came! Four of them, including the pharmacist/owner Jennifer, arrived bearing gifts, flowers, a card and smiles. We were so touched.
Edit: I was in the pharmacy 2 additional times. It got much better since my first review. Original: The pharmacists made me say out loud the reason for getting the prescribed drugs. Look, that is a private information and that made me very uncomfortable. If you really need to know, you don't need to make me talk about it in the middle of other clients.
I love this pharmacy. The pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable. They found an important side effect related to my medication that I wasn’t aware it is from my pills. They always go above and beyond for the patients. I even did a free A1C test in this pharmacy and it only took 5 minutes to get the result. I really recommend this pharmacy.
Pharmacist does things in a not so reassuring way ( will contact college of pharmacists) staff is entitled as if the store is theirs and its a bother ! Managers are lazy , bothered and rude . The postal outlet ... well check the rating for that !! Lol .. this pharmacy needs to be audited and new staff would be amazing ! What a joke !!!!!!!!!!!
I usually go there because it's the only place with products for curly/afro hair. I had a weird experience in which I had the security guard coming at me asking if I "needed help" when I went there looking disgraceful due to terrible pain and wearing sweatpants and shirt. It never happened when I went there wearing my "normal" clothes.
Absolutely true about the creepy security guard. I also work as a security guard for an exclusive living group so to be followed as i looked for items after my late night shift ends is unnerving. For this reason, mainly, I have stopped shopping at this store late at night. Whenever possible I wait for the next day or go elsewhere.
A full hearted thank you to Angela at the cosmetics counter! I received truly 5 star stellar service today and I am very grateful for her help! We had lots of jokes and the security guy was laughing with us as well... All around great experience today, thank you for creating such a welcoming environment. Cheers.
As I live nearby and its the closest SDM in my neighbourhood, i visit often. I keep thinking that things will improve with each visit. So far, will continue to think that way as this store is mismanaged, low inventory and unhappy staff that clearly shows, nevermind prices much higher than local London Drugs.
I will never shop there again because they charged me 9.50 for a bottle of Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo. London drugs sells it for 5.99 I feel so ripped off. The only reason I bought it was because I was sick and in the deman mall anyway. A one star rating is actually to much for this place
The security guard was staring at us at the end of the aisle when we were browsing the skincare. He made us uncomfortable. It would make more sense for him to stand by the exit. Also, there was only one cashier available when there was a line of people and she was not behind the counter.
This place is consistently disorganized, and rarely have any staff available for guidance. The prices on the shelves are often inaccurately associated with the products that are stocked there, and sometimes wrong. The same products are often cheaper at No Frills right across the hall.
Came in with a sore back, left with a smile on my face. Thank you to the lady working here who that gave me OTC recommendations for lower back pain. I woke up the next day feeling BRAND NEW. I’ll only give my money to this location from now on as they deserve it all. …
if you wanna be harassed by security guards for no reason to the point where they follow you out the door, have the manage ignore your calls as you try to inform them on said harassment, then this is the place for you. what a bunch of no brained losers running this place.
If you get something And want to return You need to return to the manufacturer Every where else takes seconds to return , I prefer to but from best buy or amazon They won’t eventually give you the information of manufacturer You need to find out
Always great service at this location's pharmacy. The pharmacists are very polite and open to explain and help you with your medications inquiries. It is just such a big difference compared to many other Shoppers Pharmacy locations. Hope they keep it up.
EDIT: YOU CANNOT YELL OUT A PERSON'S PRIVATE INFORMATION WHEN OTHER PEOPLE ARE SO CLOSE BY!!!!!! Also, your gossip can very easily be overheard from the pick-up counter! Unbelievable!!! Incredibly rude pharmacists. Never filling a prescription here again
Cheryl, the sales associate on duty December 24th at 3:54pm was so helpful and provided a great customer experience. She diligently ensured the the gift cards I purchased were activated correctly and also explained what to do if there were any issues.
Worst treatment I have received from store staff. Me and my wife headed into the cosmetic section and the security followed us inch by inch. Making us uncomfortable staring at us blocking us. Also when we tried to look for more items
They make mistake very often at the pharmacy and sometimes if you run out of pills they won’t tell you until you call for your refill I don’t like this location and I think the Burrard location does a better and friendly job !
I absolutely LOVE the staff in the cosmetic department. They are always helpful and friendly to me each time I am there. The store may be smaller but it has everything I need and if it doesn't then they just order it in.
Pharmacy manager and pharmacist have very poor communication and interpersonal skills. Two weeks ago on a Friday was my last time I’ll ever be visiting this pharmacy. I do not feel safe or comfortable in their care.
Paula is the best pharmacist I’ve ever had, it can get a little busy at rush hour but this location does a great job. Front checkout is rarely staffed/night girl is rude but overall great store.
Not a really good place to shop Customer service are impolite and aggressive and do not know how to talk to customers . Need more staff in beauty boutique in order to serve customers.
Staff are always friendly even when they're busy doing the job of three people. In the pharmacy Chester takes the time to get to know people and shows true professionalism and caring
Only place I've ever been where toilet paper is never on sale. Even if someone is at the til they ask you to use self serve checkout, even when no lineup for cashier. Seriously?
this is the best shoppers drug mart in the city!!! the staff are all so great. The management is great. I love it here!!! Thank you shoppers drug mart I love you
Find it funny how I literally have to go out of my way to go into this store, just so i have to walk back through the cosmetics section. Worst entrences ever.
Excellent customer service all the time! The manager of the store, Alicia is great. Always so helpful!!!!!!! The beauty boutique is amazing. Thanks Venus!!
I can’t go there because you have to walk through the perfume aisle and the other door from the mall side is blocked. I am very sensitive to fragrances
I really enjoy shopping here. Everyone is super helpful especially Alicia. I really feel welcome and sure my needs are met at this shoppers drug mart
The cosmetic department is the worst, the girls that work there have no proper knowledge about the products or policies. They lack customer service
One of the cashiers is just plain rude. Cheryl or Sharon. The other staff are very friendly and helpful. The rude one is downright offensive.
We recently visited there. It was our great experience. Maya did a great job. Went beyond above. Will highly recommend to visit thank you
Excellent service! People working at the pharmacy are friendly and professional. Pharmacists who apply vaccines are perfect.
Horrible experience with the UNattractive blue eyed lady whom was the front end supervisor on March 13 . Incredibly rude
A well run store. Decent selection of cosmetics and household staples. Pharmacy is on point. Very knowledgeable staff.
Has everything you need. Pharmacy has on accession been slow. But hey have revamped the place so a big plus there.
Store Manager Alicia is so nyc she helped me with some online return every other store I went to denied for help.
This place has a clearance section that always a few bargains. It brings me in the store for a good look around.
Great variety of stuff. Went here because I didn't find some hygiene products I wanted and I found them here.
Limited supply of products. I live closer to this one, but i'd rather walk further to the one on Davie...
I found it very different from the United States because in the United States there is much more variety
Wasted an hour waiting for my pills. And there were 2 people there counting me! Not going there again.
Hi. Very misleading price tags to fool buyers. And saw someone complain and the staff answered rudly.
Best pharmacy I have ever seen. The pharmacist was caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. Thank you.
Changed their hours and open at 10am, didn't change their google hours. Huge waste of my time.
Tienda con farmacia. También dispone de muchos otros productos de consumo diario y alimentos.
Nice place to shop. Sometimes you can get some good bargains. Cashier is very friendly.
This pharmacy was very good pharmacy ever I appreciate them for their perfect service
Awesome service at this location! The staff are kind, friendly and extremely helpful.
There are never staff available when looking for one. Strange store condiguration.
Typical Shoppers. Street parking is limited. Go there for the Shoppers specials.
There are some good deals but the staff at this location are not very helpful
Good location. They have a lot of products that are hard to find elsewhere.
Given One hour for ready medicine! Cant imagine if they need do prepare one
They finally moved their beloved Shoppers Optimum Card to an app
The pharmacy staff at this location are genuinely helpful.
Pharmacy service is perfect and they care a lot Thanks !
Really good service and a very nice customer service.
It’s well maintained and clean. Great location too!
