Shop here if you like to be treated like a criminal... I've shopped at this location, nearly daily, for over a year now. To the point where the cashiers know me and greet me personally. I've spent thousands of dollars in this store. But after my experience there today, I will never return. Why? Because of the incredibly rude service, not of the cashiers, or staff, but by the owner of the store herself (Rashin Mandegarian). I stopped there today to pick up a few items and cashed in $30 of shoppers points to pay for my purchase. My order came to just under $30, so the cashier (a lovely young woman named Abiegail) mentioned I needed to exceed $30 to use my points. No problem. I added another protein bar to my purchase, as I was already on my way to the gym. I paid the additional amount on my debit card and confirmed with her that I could walk back and pick one up without a problem... which is what I did. I walked back to the front of the store and held up the bar and waved to her, with a smile, as I exited the store. That smile quickly dissolved as I walked up the exit ramp to leave the store. An older woman, staff member from the store, I had never seen before approached me and literally ripped the protein bar out of my hand, exclaiming, "Do you intend to pay for that?!" with an indignant look on her face. I looked up, aghast, at her and simply said, "Of course, I already did." She asked me for my receipt, which I promptly provided. After examining it, she returned the bar to me, and walked away, mumbling, "sorry" in an incredibly arrogant tone. I turned around and approached her, "I really don't appreciate your tone and treatment." I said simply. "I would like to speak with your manager. She turned around and, again, indignantly, said, "Sorry, I am the manager/owner of this store." Wow, is all I could think. And this is the example you set for your customers and employees?! I was quite upset as I continued on my way to the gym for my workout. On my way back to work, I wanted to get the owner's name to write a formal complaint to Shopper's Drug Mart. I met her at the back by the pharmacy and she invited me to step into her office. She apologized, again with an air of arrogance, about how she "treated" me. Then proceeded to appeal to my understanding, saying that, because I carried a backpack (profiled) and other people steal protein bars with backpacks, that she assumed I was a criminal. Really? I was wearing dress pants and a dress shirt. And regardless, she assumes her customers are thieves before confirming. Grabbing the "stolen" merchandise out of their hands as they attempt to exit her store... I foolishly attempted to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought, maybe, she'd actually apologize with decent intention. Maybe say that she appreciated me being a loyal customer for so long. Maybe thanking me for my continued business. Maybe offer some peace-offering/credit for my inconvenience? Nope. I asked her for her card and will be forwarding this to Shopper's Drug Mart as a formal complaint. Really sad to see such treatment around this city. Maybe this review will help open her eyes and give you some insight into how this particular store treats it's customers. As I've read just now, I'm not the only one who has been mistreated here. I will never return here and I advise you to think twice if you shop here. People who think that they are better than you, and look down on you, never deserve your loyalty or respect.
Stay Away, I cannot emphasize enough, stay away!!!!!!!! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, careless staff and apparently zero oversight from the Pharmacy owner! I don't leave a review anywhere that often, so you have to be either really good or REALLY BAD for me to leave a review........ A guy who works there in the pharmacy (Henry) made a mistake with my insurance, I pointed out the discrepancy and he looked me in the eye and said if you have MONEY problem take it up with the insurance company!!! Just imagine the audacity of this tiny little dude to look me in the eye and make such a condescending comment.... The comment itself is disrespectful to say the least but the tone was quite something!!!! Oh I digress, this conversation happened after they forgot to fill my wife's life altering medication for almost a month, I went there 3 times, twice they forgot plain and simple with zero explanation or apologies, third time (today) they said oh you have to pay a pre-payment for us to fill the prescription! And we are talking about $40 after insurance, it's not like the medication costs $4000 or anything. Just to pour salt on the wound they never called us that hey you gotta drop by and pay us this pre-payment so we order the medication!!!!! So just imagine the level of fury that I had from my interaction with this guy!!! Anyhow, if you live in this neighborhood like me do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy! New Episode: The Saga continues, my wife's doctor is away so we couldn't ask for our prescription to be sent to another pharmacy. Reluctantly we had to go to the same Shoppers Drug Mart to use the refill on the file. The day after, we get a call from the pharmacist that we can only refill this prescription if you remove your Google Review!!! Instead of taking the second chance offered to them to improve their service and ask the customer, hey if you are happy with the service consider revising / removing your review, they pretty much blackmail the customer to remove the review if they want their prescription to be refilled!! As you can imagine the solution was easy for us, we are going to another drugstore for our needs. Some folks just don't understand how to deal with their customers.
This Tuesday,I brought my purchased items and the receipt to the store to process a return. At the time, this staff member was assisting a blonde customer, so I patiently waited at the counter. When the clerk assisted me, he asked for the reason for the return. I informed him that I had made an impulsive and irrational purchase due to a previous store promotion. The items were brand new and unopened, so I wanted to return them. After hearing my explanation, he frowned and said, "No! You can't do that! And it's already been 14 days!" I told him that according to the policy, unopened items can be returned within 30 days, and I was aware that my points would be deducted after the return. After communication, he reluctantly processed the return for me and mentioned that this would be a one-time exception. So I mentioned that, according to the store's policy, returns are allowed within 30 days. Later, he even said to me, "Do you know who I am?" I was taken aback for a moment, and then I saw that his name tag read "Curtis Koby****, beauty boutique manager." Furthermore, he astonishingly told me that he had the authority to have security escort me out.I felt scared, angry, and humiliated in that moment. My whole body was trembling. I said, "What did I do? Or what did I say?" In reality, I hadn't done anything; I didn't shout, yell or use any inappropriate language!! This Curtis Kob***** abused his authority to bully and publicly humiliate me. He exhibited one attitude towards the blonde Caucasian customer and a completely different one towards me, an Asian person, who was simply returning items. I immediately informed him that this was racial discrimination, and I could call the police now. Only then did he reluctantly process the return Afterwards, the store staff mentioned that this Curtis Kobyln** had been complained about by other customers numerous times before. Therefore, I would like to appeal to anyone reading my message that IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH CURTIS KOBY****, PLEASE CONTACT ME!!
I will not be returning to this shoppers again being treated so poorley after being a regular shopping there 1-2 times a day . this store is located across the street from me so i get most of my everyday essentials from this location. the day prior of today i purchased a personal item that had almost half the contents missing, when i went to return it within half an hour of purchase or exchange it for another one, the manager ignorantly told me there was nothing he could do about it and gave off the impression he just viewed me as a low class thief. he told me the owner would be in tomorrow so i returned today to speak with her. i had just missed her and when i attempted to speak with the manager "LEX" again he gave me the cold shoulder and walked away refusing to speak with me. as angry as i was i went to leave but was then stopped by an employee there that asked to search my bag i handed her my bag an allowed to to search through it for i had nothing to hide but i was astonished at how rude and improper work ethics these employees had. to treat a customer that shops at that store everyday maybe even a couple times a day and is familiar with most of the staff with such ignorance is completely unacceptable. i will never shop there again and i would advise anyone who doesn't like being stolen from then kicked to the ditch not to shop there either.
I tried to get refund on a protein powder product that I purchased 2 days earlier. I got severely sick using it, headache, diarrhea, and so on! I shared my concern with the cashier she was nice and politely referred me to the supervisor. The supervisor doesn’t seem to even listen to me and keep on saying no returns on open products and then she referred me to pharmacy manager since the store manager wasn’t in. The pharmacy manager repeated the same thing and added they don’t have contacts with vendors!!! So if everyone returns open products then they can’t sell them and they lose! I explained only unsatisfied customers would return not every customers and also stores always maintain vendor contacts for many reasons including sending back faulty products and generally most vendors grant a degree of returns base on their contracts. You tell me who do I talk to when I spend a fair amount of money on a product and I expect to be a good product since I buy it from a well known store?!!! I bought it from you and I expect a reasonable response! It seems this store higher management to be uneducated about the retail business system and how it works and not even understanding the notion of customer for life. You might think you win over a few dollars challenge one time but you forget you lose one of your loyal customers! I’m done with shoppers!
The worst customer service ever. Their genera manager doesn’t know how to address an issue but he’s very good at escalating it. If he doesn’t know simple requirements in customer service, how can he possibly provide quality training to their employees? I came in several times to buy a cream but most of the time I was ignored by employees that weren’t even busy with customers. I don’t believe asking for help and giving business to someone that’s standing there and doing nothing so I had to leave. To make a long story short, one day after spending about 10-15 min trying to get help, I finally got security guy asking me if I need. I thought that I finally will buy the product. But when I got to the cash register, the price was higher than on shelves. By the time it got adjusted I was running late to my meeting. I made it clear that I’ll come back tomorrow. The worst part is that tge general manager became very defensive and told me that they never had any prices displayed on their shelves before. Then he wasted more of my time by telling me that he’s going to check cameras to see if I was telling the truth. Yes! This is unbelievable and the most unprofessional approach. I’ll never buy another cosmetics product from this store. They need to hire someone with collagen degree and stop embarrassing themselves.
I bought an eye pencil from this store before I left town on, June 15, 2015. I could not find my original receipt, but, I have my credit card statement, and remember what I bought from the store that day. The item that I bought was faulty and I tried to exchange it for a good one, a few days after I got back to town. However, the store manager, ALEX, refused to do anything since it was past 30 days. They were able to check the item in their system and establish that it was sold over 30 days ago. but, The manager could not exchange the faulty merchandise for me. So, basically, I bought a piece of garbage for over $20. I phoned their customer service that is absolutely useless, since the stores are individually owned by different owners and they can do whatever they want. Anyway, I usually shop at London Drugs for these kind of items. I thought Shoppers should be as good as London Drugs, including its customer service. But, I was WRONG! I will NEVER shop at this Shoppers branch or any other ones since customer service means absolutely nothing to them; each store make up its own rules. I have never had an issue with London Drugs and I continue shopping from them as they know how to treat their customers. Mo in Coal Harbour Vancouver
I was shopping at this store last evening and AGAIN there was not one buggy in the store. One woman told be that she had been told that there were none. I asked the staff to find one because I had a long shopping list and if I did not find a buggy then I was heading out to London Drugs. I had to wait for 10 minutes while the staff searched outside on the streets (they were very nice by the way). I asked why the security guard let all the buggies leave the store when they were valuable store property. While these are nice young men, I notice they just stand around with their hands in their pockets. Surely they can escort customers to the door and ensure they don't take the buggies outside? West Pender is a busy city street, not a parking lot, so the buggies should not leave the store. I live half a block away and shop here often. However, using a buggy is a requirement. I purchased $130.00 worth of merchandise last evening and this is what you stood to lose by not having a buggy available. The other thing was that many shelves were virtually empty and many regular items were not available. I know there is a supply chain problem at the moment, it is just that this store is much worse than the other stores I use in the area.
My 80 years old mother dropped off her prescription and asked for pricing as she thought she might not be able to afford it. A lady who claimed she was the owner of the store and her Name was Rashin and claimed she was a pharmacist asked my mother not to waste her time. When my mother asked for her prescription back she told her she needs to go to another pharmacy and asked her to call her !!!! When my mother insisted she eventually gave her prescription back after 30 minutes!!!! She told my mother to go London Drugs as her store was for people who could afford it! We are filing a complaint to College of Pharmacist hopefully she is being reminded to not to treat vulnerable patient rudely and gave their prescription back immediately and not to take advantage of old people. I am still baffled that how she could claim that she is the owner as Shopper Drug Mart is a public company and own by shareholders. May be that is her trick for avoiding getting fired! Hopefully somebody from Shopper Drug Mart head office will see this and remove her immediately! Avoid the Pharmacy!! and RASHIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!
West Pender / Bute I usually deal with Anna the post it ffice manager. She's amazing. Today I had a phone call where a girl threatened my life. I told her she is a psycho and have to stop calling me. The owner walked over to me and accused me of attacking her post office manager. Her post office manager said "him? He's a regular customer" but the manager tried to convince Anna that I was attacking her. Anna said just come back in a bit....I was so shooken up. I asked to speak to a manager and explained the situation, the manager then told me the pharmacist was the owner. And that they can't do anything about it. So a violent, false accussing feminist is allowed to abuse men and customers? And my conversation in was having on the phone....she was listening and I watched her come right up to hear what I was saying...and then made false accusations and when she was proven she made a mistake she continued to harass me. The best part - no apologies. I'm afraid to go back for post office business or to continue filling my prescriptions.
My wife and I came to get our flu shots. We had already filled out the forms online and reserved our vaccines. When we arrived, there was another individual ahead of us that had just started filling out the lengthy form by hand. My wife asked the pharmacy manager since the other party was going to take some time, and our form was already filled out, can we get our shots quickly and leave? (With a newborn in the stroller, it makes sense to minimize time spent in a busy pharmacy/store). Without looking up, the manager said “you still have to wait, everything takes longer these days, if you wanna wait, wait, if you don’t, then I’m sorry, you can leave”. This was completely out of place and uncalled for. Speaking down to clients that are simply asking questions has no place in our community. Power trips only expose our weakness as humans. I hope she enjoyed the rest of her day and that she smiles more.
If there was a negative rating I would give them one. My friend just has surgery and needed a prescription for pain meds. He sent his prescription to the pharmacy via email , per their request and was informed the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. After about 45 minutes he made it to the pharmacy in pain and the prescription was not ready. He spoke to the person that made the commitment to him and was told he would have to wait another 25 minutes because they got busy with other people. The owner of the pharmacy came over and rather than apologize for the error and forgetting about him. She proceeded to get really aggressive with him and made the situation even worse. Such bad customer service. Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. The owner has the worst customer service and does not care about customers just her dispensing fee.
DON'T GO HERE for Passport/PR photos. On the website, it clearly states: "If you can provide the store with photo specification, the store will be able to assist." My wife went THREE TIMES with pixel requirements for her PR photo and they were unable to complete the request, even after we explained the problem in great detail. They kept us waiting for over half an hour! Gave us a completely incoherent explanation just to get rid of us. Even after the listing on the photo had THE SAME PIXEL DIMENSIONS! Huge waste of time! This store does not understand that these photos affect people's lives. It's not a fun photo to send to Grandma. Alister and Kim as Cashier Supervisors were completely incompetent. Never shopping there again!
I give this 2 stars just for the non pharmacy section which is fantastic. The main reason; however, that I go to Shoppers Drug Mart is the pharmacy which is the worst I have ever seen in BC. 1. I went to grab rapid tests a few times and every time they told me they are sold out, I insisted then they found one in the back. Exact same story both times. 2. My parents took their booster their in December, they only had a pharmacy student to do everything. The place was packed with people with no distancing. 3. I walked there to grab a walker to be mobile after a surgery. They told me all they had was a cone, no walker, no crutches. Lowest expectation from a Shoppers Drug Mart. More like a convenient store
"Shoppers Drug Mart" Flyer stated a promo price on pull up's but the promo price wasn't listed in their store. I'd approached an agent on the floor. I would like to stress he DID not even look at the mobile flyer in my hands and walked away, apparently to his manager behind closed doors. Comes out and said 'They' do not honor those pricing regardless what the flyer says. Irresponsible, right? So I asked him who is 'They'? He'd shrugged his shoulders and said "you know, the franchisee". Not the right answer, Shopper's is his employer and talking to a manager behind closed doors without an apology is poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location nor any Shopper's Drug mart locations.
Do you like getting what you pay for? Then don't get your prescriptions filled here. I always get the same two pills for 90 days and I always run out of one before the other. This time I kept track and one bottle ran out a full 8 days before the other. When I asked if they count the pills the pharmacist shrugged and said "I guess they made a mistake." Apparently they make a mistake every single time. Everything is also super expensive at Shoppers compared to any other comparable store in the city. Sure the store is clean and bright but I'd rather get what I pay for, no more and no less, especially when it comes to prescription medication.
I don't know what it is about shoppers drug marts, but I am obviously profiled by security. I go into that shoppers almost daily to pick up milk to bring home. I work 2 blocks away and am followed all around the store. I was in there with my boyfriend, he was looking for an electric razor so we're looking around and window shopping. The security guard watched me the entire time. Came down the aisle and stood there and watched me and my boyfriend. I threw the product down on the shelf and stormed off. It's already marked for theft, like I would ever steal from a store. It's awful how they treat their customers.
Witnessed an alleged shoplifter getting barked by a store cashier while the male security stood back to observe and assist if necessary. The female cashier was very loud telling the suspect he had to pay for the lighter in his hands. It’s alright to be strong but let’s use our female power gently and be aware of customers trying to have a pleasant shopping experience. Using emotions and being unnecessarily loud doesn’t show strength. Perhaps some well needed training is in order. Will shop again there though, very clean, staff very friendly and seemingly a nice Shoppers with lots of great deals.
I have a prescription that requires monthly subcutaneous injections,, and pharmacist Henry Yau has been more than helpful in administering this serum with a minimum of discomfort. Making appointments at this Shoppers location is easy - so much better than trying to book an appointment at a medical clinic and then waiting forever to see a doctor. Even when the pharmacy is busy, I've noticed that Henry is always helpful with customers, and he finds the time to answer questions and provide information in a friendly and professional manner. Henry Yau is a real asset to this pharmacy!
A big Shoppers Drug Mart, was greeted by security guard on entry, stairs to entrance. My Air Canada luggage was delayed so I needed new toiletries, they have good selection. I don't know if it's just me coming from northern BC, or it's standard for shoppers drug mart to be a bit more expensive anyways, but $30 for a standard hair brush seemed overpriced, maybe it's a Vancouver thing. The clerk helped me look at a suitable phone charger too while shopping, they are behind the counter near the tills, lots of self check outs. Great to be open so late till midnight.
I can't believe how this store gets worse, and poverty in the way people are treated.I was in the store today, and I asked an employee her name ( Kanchan ) about hand sanitizer.I was surprised by the way she answered me ( It was impolite, very rude, very nervous, fighting way). This is not the first time that she has responded to me this bad way, Also few days ago, she did the same way when she answered to me.I hope that you find a solution to this employee in the way she answers customers, when they ask her about something, because her way impolitely. Thank you
I’ve been coming to this shoppers for years and don’t know what I haven’t left a review before. The staff here are awesome! Super friendly and always willing to help. The pharmacists here are beyond amazing. Henry, Tan and everyone I’ve spoken to behind that counter has given me the guidance and advice that I haven’t received from my GP. They are patient, empathetic, kind and keep me informed on my medications. I absolutely love this pharmacy and honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience in the over 10 years I’ve been coming here!
Hate writing bad reviews but hopefully will make a positive impact. The pharmacists do not care to help. It's astonishing how little they care. I'll usually ask a simple question like "where can i find this" and they are so reluctant to help. I ended up buying the wrong product for my mum because of the lack of direction from the pharmacist. I suggest Shoppers Drug Mart use an online inventory isle tracker/ locator so i don't have to ask staff where things are. Then i won't have to bother you
Super nice brown girl. Very informative and open socially. I was greeted the first minute I walked in. Eye contact is very important when acknowledging someone and she exemplifies this trait / quality very well. Even just an smile and look them eye to eye is great! Your company needs more workers like her. Did not get her name but she was working the cash register on July 22nd or 23rd do not remember exactly which day I was there.
I don't normally post reviews but I wanted to give my appreciation to pharmacy manager Henry for going above and beyond today to help my son today who almost fainted after receiving a flu shot. We were very moved by his kindness; offering us water and a private space to rest in the consultation room. It is a shame we cannot give 6 stars to this amazing pharmacy team! Will definitely be coming back for the great customer service!
Went in here to buy some waffles and some toaster strudels, when I was by the most rudest staff ever. He spent 10 minutes arguing with me that thier own flyer is wrong. Even though at the end the system ended fixing itself and offering me the same deal I saw in thier flyer. Won't go back there if that person is working. I rather spend an extra 20 minutes walking somewhere further that being treated like that as a customer.
Been shopping here for years, I live in coal harbour so it's very close to my apartment and convenient. Definitely not going back now, super rude Russian / eastern European manager. I don't know how the hell she got the position when she's so clueless about customer service and treating customers the way they deserve not to give them attitude and walk away!! Definitely not going back
Their cosmetics are always priced higher than Superstore or Walmart or London Drugs. It's also annoying that the sale signs in cosmetics are specific to a particular color rather than an entire line. I normally find everything is priced higher than other places. Groceries are a refreshing change and surprisingly lower priced than Urban fare so I now have a reason to shop here.
When you have a prescription filled, do you expect a phone call to say it's ready? Or a phone call to say "we will have your prescription filled in a few days"? If you expect that service, maybe you should visit a different pharmacy, because this Shoppers doesn't seem to understand that you are the customer. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
Outstanding customer service. My elderly mother lives alone in Vancouver whereas I live in London; on calling her I discovered she was feeling unwell and needed some over the counter meds. I called Shoppers and spoke to Sam who not only took the order but delivered it to her in person. Fantastic customer service for which we were very grateful. Thanks Sam!!
Awful customer service ! I spoke with a pharmacist named Rashin who misrepresented herself as "owner" ( I have never seen somebody claim to be an owner of publicly traded company) . Her lack of knowledge about pharmacy and customer service is Appauling . Her language skill is close to zero (Barely speaks english ) . What a disgrace for Shoppers Drug Mart.
Well organized store, super convenient, Knowledgeable staff manage with their new Manager Jasón who’s making a huge difference with all the additional updated products with few new variety selection for shoppers till midnight, with variety of selection in its unique set up of spacious aisles and department for your shopping convenience.
Local Pharmacy 1 block from where I live . Pharmacists are helpful . Security Guard can be a bit annoying ie greeting people when they enter the store and following them around . Never seem to see the same cashier twice ( possibly reflecting a high turn over of staff ?) I watch for their sales on cookies and chips :)
I’m a business owner of Soulpaththerapyshop . With lots of on line shopping order which have to shipped them all over the world . Sara & Rosh two amazing helpful , talented, kind , patient caring staffs always help me and make everything happen in a best way. Just want to say thank you .you are the best.
The pharmacist, I think his name is Henry, was incredibly obnoxious to me when I came here last time. Although the pharmacy was pretty busy, I don’t think it’s professional to treat customers differently than they should be normally treated when it’s not busy. Will definitely not be coming back!!
Had to wait over an hour for a prescription, because first they had technical issues, and then they said the medication was in a safe, which took half an hour to open. The pharmacist was very nice and tried to be helpful but the lady working with her was not interested in what I needed.
this place as soon as we went in to buy somethings as be in the city on business a couple days if your native they call security to follow you around my money can go somewhere else that can have some respect. i would suggest you walk a little bit farther to get what you need
Always great service, Faye in the beauty section is awesome, and the pharmacy have been so helpful with checking incorrect medication and making sure my DR is giving me the right stuff! I can't miss out the post office and security either! All in all the perfect local store!
The Asian guy at the pharmacy rude, disrespectful to someone condition. Security guy kind person. I will Never shop at that location ever again. What an unpleasant experience. A little reminder of customer service could help him to treat a human the way he supposed to.
The pharmacists here are so nice, I didn’t catch his name but the man that served me tonight was really helpful when I couldn’t remember the right type of product I needed. Usually pharmacies freak me out but this one made me feel welcome and validated! Thank you :-)
I didn't check his name, but their male pharmacist working today, April 8th at around 8pm,,,he was very helpful and well mannered gentleman. He knows what he's doing and he knows how to treat, handle and welcome customers. This is what I felt. Nice guy.
Sean, at the beauty department at this location is absolutely amazing with styling. They have helped me a number of times whether it be picking up nails or what works best for my skin... I really appreciate the efforts.. thank u so much …
The prices were not as marked. They regularly leave sale prices up on the shelves but they are regular price at check out :-( when I notes this they will get refund me the deferance. Bit 8t take 5 minutes. And happens with regularaity ...
The Shoppers Drug Mart in Coal Harbor, Vancouver, offers a wide range of products, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for various household needs. The store's diverse inventory, from toiletries to groceries, makes it a go-to spot for
The staff at the beauty department can be good, but it’s often hit or miss. I have the impression that location has a lot theft and you notice that in their service or approach. I would rather not deal with that and shop elsewhere.
The security guard was very rude an intense, he could have apologized when I showed him the receipt but I think he was too embarrassed by his own actions to apologize for them. I used to come here a lot, you won't see me again :)
Place has what it should, and a post office on top of all that. The only reason it's not 5 starts is the self check out machines. The volume is SO loud it actually hurts, and felt like an invasion of privacy.
Shoppers Drug Mart regularly have some good deals for ordinary items, such as toothpaste or other stuff at reduced prices. The service is normally friendly and courteous. This is a good place to shop.
At the Shoppers Drug Mart, located at the corner of West Pender and Bute (Vancouver, BC), there is a new pharmacy assistant named Rosa, whose customer service skills are extremely poor.
Just horrible. I love Shoppers Drug Mart but this location is beyond disappointing. I would save your time and order online, you'll be sure to get better prices and customer service.
I absolutely loved my experience at this shoppers!! The ladies were absolutely amazing! Adriana made me feel so welcome, thank you for all your advice and help, I'll be back soon!!
Henry the pharmacist was AMAZING! He was very thorough, very thoughtful while I got my vaccination, explained every step and really helped me through the process. Thank you Henry!!
Great experience with staff and pharmacists in this store. Very professional and patient with all inquiries. Good service and selections. They even offer free parking. :)
the Pharmacist wanted me to pay in advance for the prescription and they would get it the following week. I guess the store is in financial difficulties, bad management.
Great place if you don't mind the pharmacist announcing your prescription to everyone in the store. He was as sensitive as a sledge hammer. Very embarrassing experience.
Henry and his team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Provided me with a thorough review of my medications, including side effects and what to expect!
Always great services. The cosmetics team is so helpful, fun and passionate! I get the best service at this location. The manager adriana and team are exceptional!
I took two disposable forks to eat fruit, but the cashier didn't put them in the paper bag for me. I found it when I went back to the hotel, so I couldn't eat it.
I visited the pharmacy to get my tetanus shot, it was quick and hassle free. The physician was helpful and provided great service. I would visit them again.
They have really good store organization. Really good service and a very nice customer service. It's really clean and they practice social distancing.
Great store, friendly staff, nice lay out, they offer a surprisingly large selection of electronics / games. Only downside is it can get fairly busy.
I was staying at a hotel and they had a good selection of soft drinks on sale so they saved me a ton of maoney and all transactions went smoothy
This is my favourite Shoppers Drug Mart in all of Vancouver. The layout is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and option are great.
So convenient having a little of everything in one spot, prices can be generally high, but when they have a sale, the prices are great!

This store is okay . Inventory could be larger and lay out of the store changed. Customer service is okay not great.
Excellent service … I particularly appreciate engaging with Henry the pharmacist…. extremely kind and professional.
Ana the post office manager is always great! Super helpful and patient every time I've dealt with her so far!
Pharmacy denied me access to an emergency inhaler despite showing them I was completely out of medication.
