I'm a regular customer I've been shopping at this location for ten years now. I normally do my entire grocery shopping once a month. I've even gotten to know a few cashier's tellers since. But yet, every now and then, like today I've made to feel like I'm going to steal from their store. The floor staff and management are very rude and are not customer friendly. There are two Hispanic store employees in particular one is a young woman with eye glasses and the other is this a tall heavy set young man with a mustache and goatee. The two spent the entire time I was in this grocery store following me and acting like they had to be in every isle I was in just gawking at me and giving me these ugly looks. When it was time for me to finally pay for my things they were a few steps away just looking my way as if I was going to not pay or run off or something. Those two should spend more time making sure their low in stock and empty shelves are fully stocked and filled. Plus their store could use a good cleaning, the staff is always leaving boxes on the floor in the way of one's shopping cart and milk shipping boxes stuffed in the bottom shelves on top of products. Then you have huge flies in the produce section along with random bruised produce on the floor being picked up by staff and then being placed back on the top of the rest and crickets in the bread isle. They need to focus more on their store cleanliness plus upkeep and spend less time harassing their customers and stop making the customer feel unwelcomed in their store.

Christian is the worst manager ever!! This is the first time go to this store and will be my last. I requested a refund on my cake and he said I was able to request a refund but In person. NEVER in our conversation did he say I have a certain amount of time to cancel and/or request a refund on the cake. The following day I went to the store which was 26 hours prior to pick up time, he said it was too late bc they had already started on the cake and could not give me a refund. I noticed his demeanor when he told me it was too late for a refund and immediately thought he’s not going to take accountability for what he did and did not say. Because I don’t argue with stupidity, I asked him to throw the cake away, took my receipt and walked out. Cost Plus, you need to do better with your management team. Christian needs better management skills. It would also be courteous of you to put a WRITTEN notice at the bakery stating customers have a certain amount of time to cancel their cake orders and/or request a refund. Be more considerate of others! That is not fair to customers if you don’t tell them! Do better!!!!!

My wife and I love this supermarket! We can find any kind of Mexican food we crave for here. The staff is always super friendly and the store is very clean and organized. Sometimes we eat at the restaurant inside the store and the food there is delicious I like the flautas and the gorditas. Another thing that is very good here is the chicharrón on the weekends we usually pick up a pound of chicharrón and some tortillas and take them home to have a late breakfast with my in-laws. I like that they have very good meat to grill and if you are looking for a specific cut the butcher can help you with that! I would recommend Savers to anyone looking for real Mexican food and ingredients in the oak cliff area although they have other location in Irving, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth.

The manager of this place doesn't care about the staff atittude. The guy in the back that helps with Meats doesn't attend you right away and weights meat wrong. I had two altercations with him in the past two months do to the lack of respect to the costumers. There is also a guy that always wears a green shirt in the cashier area that has an attitude with people who buys more items than usual. If you are going to buy meat here go early there is a Salvadorian lady that has always been nice to customers and will attend you with no rush.

Visit the store for the first time on 1/18/2020 and on appearance the store looks great ,the problem came in at the fact that my family which consist of me my son and daughter were been followed around the store now I don't know if it was because we are people of Color but it seem rather suspicious that they would have a worker to follow and watch us,a Grocery Store is ,I thought for everyone..didn't feel right, a lot items are over priced..But bad experience.

I was immediately impressed with this store. The produce was beautiful. The seafood abnd meat counters were clean and neat. The isles and product labels are in English and Spanish so it's easy to shop the store. The employees are friendly and helpful. There's even a hot food bar and seating. The good looked and smelled amazing! We'll be back!!! If I were to complain about anything it would be the music. It's just too loud!!! Otherwise, no complaints!!

Went to buy meat here and got some wings that were bad and I called just to let them know to check on them it could have been just a bad batch or something when they answer they asked what was about and I was told hold on andI was put on hold for a long time enough to make me hung up on the call. I guess the manager didn’t want to hear about it. Not fair we plan our weekends to cook out and have some family time but it was kind like ruined. ☹️☹️☹️

Clean Good prices Fresh meat And veggies Limpio Buenos precios Carne fresca Y vegetales I have to disagree w the lady down there.. The registers if not busy they ask you if you are ready to check out because they are open and greeted me in Spanish. (Is that helpful?) Only bad thing is that you pay like some sort of extra tax on your shopping at check out they have signs all over the places . But I still like shopping here.

I really like this store. It is always clean and easy to navigate. The lines never get long like at other local stores. The produce is beautiful, meat is pretty fresh. The reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because some of the regular food items are higher prices here than at Wal-Mart, Kroger, Tom Thumb, etc. Milk is over priced, butter, yogurt, soft drinks, cheese, etc. Some items are convenience store priced.

This place is ridiculously cool I can't wait to go again I got so much varieties on different ethnic cooking it is amazing I hope I find places like this near to where I live but it's not bad to do the drive every now and then just to cook something ethnic and delicious definitely recommend for someone whose venturing to try things that are new or other cultures Foods also great beer varieties

This place is in need of new staff in the meat section. The guys in the back have an attitude. Went their several times and one time the old guy in the back talked harshly to this lady and continued on. The other lady that was a bystander said you know she won't be coming back if you talk to her that way. He didn't care. He should be fired if they want to keep their costumers.

I like the homemade tortillas corn and flour always warm. Never having to wait in long lines to checkout because there are plenty of lines open and get you out pretty quick.. The people who work there have been nice and helpful when I'm looking for something.. There is a deli and a huge meat market selection.. I will come back for my shopping.. way to go employee's!!!

Hi i just whent to cost plus today.i just want to let people know that this store its charging15% more taxes or surcharge on wat you actually spend so whatever you think you're getting at a good price youre really not you're still paying actual price i just want to let people know to look at youre receipt when you shop here thank you and have good day ..

This place has become my favorite store to go grocery shopping. They have the best prices that I have found in Dallas fresh meat fresh produce oh it's a great store you have got to try it and their prices are unbelievable. It's like stepping back in time. When it comes to the service and the prices of the store very clean very good atmosphere.

It was my first time. Going in that store and it be my last time going there. There no body to help you find what you looking for . They just be looking at your ass, the man. And no body offer to help you, even on the check out. They didn't ask how are you doing, you find everything you lookingfor. Nothing. ,

This lady right now was just throwing things with a bad move if you don’t want to work just leave she should me out of here if she is going to treat costumer like that and not doing her work because she made a lot od people put the groceries in bag like that thats her job she should get fair

I order a cake with vanilla and fruit on the inside, just to come find out they didn't put the fruit on the inside. And to claim it after the cake has been cut and passed out to the people. This was a rip off after I paid to have the fruit cut and put inside the cake, which their was none.

I have a clearly identifiable service dog. Security guard asked me to leave, told him he's a service dog and renta cop asked for papers. I informed him of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Store manger and employees were fine with his presence, they were all like awww he's so cute.

They charge 10% tax on food or groceries, I don't like going there at all. They don't have good items only all.mexican yes is cheap,but when you pay for it they charge lots of taxes. Which Kroger or fiesta be there close this stores no one should pay taxes on food.

Had a problem at the meat counter first then again at the register.manager gave a lotta mad faces and attitude when asked to fixed the price in sale sheet to to register.the computer system kept ringing up the meat at a much higher price.he just didn't want to help

My first visit here. The store was clean. They had ice cream on sale for a great price, which is what prompted me to go in but I was not aware they charged a 20% surcharge on total purchase. I thought it might be a 10% surcharge, like Cost Saver

Be sure to pay taxes plus an extra fee just for shopping here. Only reason I stopped is because I found a specific herb I can't find anywhere else. They have a great selection of things but thatexyra fee for shopping there..I just don't get it!

They charge a 20% surcharge when you use a debit or credit card to make a purchase. Not everyone uses cash like Hispanic people who have the jobs to use cash often enough to pay for merchandise. Sorry for anyone of none Hispanic culture.

Just went to cost plus and the cashier threw the last bag at me, I said thank you and she answered rather indifferent. I worked as a cashier in my teens and I always greet and smiled at my customers, that is no way to treat a customer.

It's great on prices but then they add the store taxes and you end up spending the same amount of money like the rest of the other stores (they fool you), so it's an okay place for when you really need to fill up your fridge or pantry.

Have never shopped here before.. I decided to give it a chance and think it's a great store where I found everything I needed at great prices but even better they are fresh. This will be my to go to store from now on.

Great little store with huge variety, fresh fish, faithful, bulk plastic items, 20% added to totals less than $15.00. In house bakery and snack bar with big screen TV, friendly atomospher and pinatas. Good savings.

I don't understand this cost plus deal at these stores.The prices are about the same or higher than other competitive stores yet they charge a extra percentage at the register. Other than that it's a great store.

Horrible kitchen staff and i bought a gallon of menudo and to my surprise there was a dead fly in it. And when i called the store they couldn't do nothing about it. Never coming back to this dump.

Prices are great but the front end female manager had a very nasty attitude and was very disrespectful. The manager on duty notice her behavior and had to remove her from the register.

Was. In a hurry ,I had never been to a Cost Savors before produce assoc was helpful, showed me what I needed. Checkout was very friendly and fast. Vegetable s were fresh and cheap.

Very friendly, clean and stocked shelves, some items are out but that's nothing new with any store. I'm sure u will find what u need in store and maybe some things u want to try.

The meats are always fresh. But I warn you, don't go for anything else! Not only do you pay taxes, but they stiff you with a 15% surcharge. Take my advice. Only go for the meat!

You’ll notice right away that this store is run by kids. Customer service is bad. Cashiers will become petty and give you a hard time instead of being a logical human being.

Buying in bulk never felt better, I am biased since a relative works here but wow just wow. This place has a great and diverse community and the aisles are quite convenient.

I got slot of food for cheap. No zoo zoos or warm was but the prices are to die for. You have to go. They have the turkeys and jams for thanksgiving
