Very nice place, little busy well very busy but well stocked, prices were good....update this used to be a 5 star rating not anymore sorry Fiesta but when a price is listed with in the weekly aper you send out or on the item itself IT HAS TO BE HONORED PERIOD. 3 TIMES IN A ROW NOW I WOULD GET AN ITEM OR SEVERAL DIFFERENT ITEM THAT ARE MARKED DOWN THEN WHEN IM CASHED OUT the total amount just doesn't add up then I look at the receipt and realize why. Nothing and I MEAN NOTHING THAT WAS MARKED ON SALE FOR MUCH LOWER PRICES SCANNED WITH THE NEW ON SALE DISCOUNTED PRICE. OR LIKE THIS Mexican cool aide mix I got regular price, what it's always priced at .44¢ but rang up at $1.99 which is the price for the bigger packet when i was getting the smaller. Called customer help line to make complaint all they said was they would investigate my claim...and nothing. No store credit no refund for the price difference no coupons. Just nothing. I've decided that I'd rather go a much further distance to Tom Thumb than return to my neighborhood Fiesta, the economy is hurting far to much right now Fiesta for you to be messing with anyone wallet like that. It's just wrong no matter what.

A great birthday cake, a surprise birthday party for a 70 year old lady and everyone was beside their self with how good the cake was when I was here, there was a news person broadcasting in the parking lot and there is a couple having relationship issues very loudly. The news guy wanted to make sure the woman was OK and that concerned me because sometimes people make their own bad and I am a person that wishes I could save the world , but I didn’t want that guys to get caught up in something trying to be a hero. But it is good to see that people still care, but maybe the man was in danger.

Only 4 lanes open. They were filled w people lined all the way down the grocery isles. I located the manager and asked for his help. He said he didn't know why people think they dont have to wait. There were no more checkers. Obviously he didn't staff properly for afternoon rush with people getting off work. He said you just have to wait. I told him he was not customer service friendly. OH NO!! I DONT HAVE TO WAIT. I left my basket w food in the middle of the floor and left. I THINK SOMETHING IS REAL WRONG W ME PAYING THEM TO WASTE MY TIME. MY TIME IS TOO VALUABLE.

I didn't get a chance to visit I was just asking about the check cashing department could they tell me the phone number or what is the name of the money orders they carry they couldn't tell me any of that because now the money order department is separate from And me personally I didn't I didn't like that very well cuz I left me holding answers I'm disabled and sometimes I can go out for and But I'm have to go over there if what name of money orders do they carry how much they cost and what what type of money orders Do they do sale now.

For it to be one of two stores in south Dallas , it doesn't really fulfill the needs of our community. The store has its perks as far as being a commodity because the next store is Save a lot ,and that's it. The store only opens two registers during its busiest times, and the cashiers are a bit slow but otherwise nice and respectful. You'll end up in Fiesta for an hour or more on some days when you're retrieving a small item list. A total time consumption if you ask me, and not 1 self checkout

I went to this store today I gotten everything I needed. I went to check out and the cashier told me my ground meat was smelling, I smell it and sure enough it had a bad smell to it. She told me people had been bringing back the meat because it was.not fresh. My thing is if you putting out the meat you should be aware of what's there. If people are bring it back you should inspect the meat. I have read the reviews and nobody is responding to them . What's going on corporate!!

The AA-Female security guard literally followed me, then stopped me when I was leaving to ask "where was the pack of gum" I picked up. I put back the gum because I didn't want to wait in line for 1 pack of game when baskets-full were ahead of me....she even called for back-up. Probably worst racist experience involving Black people....NOT even BLACK PEOPLE LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!

The only reason why I gave it two stars is because most of the ladies behind the register are friendly and helpful. But please be wary of the prices, items placed on the wrong spot in the shelf, marked incorrectly a lot of the time and what I feel at times are intentionally misleading sale signs..

I use to be a regular shopper and a few items I usually can find only at fiesta, like a assortment of Kool aid. It was a little slim this time, I'll blame it on the holidays. The lines on certain days, maybe I picked the wrong day, very long. The produce department always looks great.

There has been good improvements and frequently I see something new! I appreciate the many new items added. The staff is nicer and get this... They open additional registers when the line becomes noticable! Please keep up the good work and you'll keep good and appreciative customers.

This is a horrible store. Most cashiers are happy and friendly. Not here. Today a light skinned cashier wouldn't turn her light back on to ring up my 3 items. Soon as I walk off she turns it back on then began to talk disrespectful. Nope never again will this store get my money

As soon as I get out my car the crackheads are all over me asking for money. I never experienced it this bad. As soon as I was leaving the store the same thing. Gotta do something about that. Store was good with great staff but gotta do something about the people outside.

Ever since I moved to the neighborhood I've always gone to fiesta for a forgotten ingredient or a late night snack. The customer service varies, but overall very relaxing energy.(I also mostly go at night, so it may be different if you go when its more crowded.)

The Ria Money Transfer was empty over 1hr - with 6 people waiting. This is unacceptable. We were told that they don’t have managers! Poor customer service !!! It’s 4:16… see the return time after one hour …

This is my favorite store in the area! It has a tendency to be crowded as heck. But, the store is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to help. The decent prices is a big plus

Security and employees watch u and follow u to see if u stealing they shouldn't assume because there are still some honest people that makes an honest living out here in Society!!!

Friendly stuff from security to butcher and checkout. And they have fresh flowers and I mean fresh in vibrant colors at a reasonable price.

I hate to say this, but I may not be able shop there any more. Way too expensive, unless you pay for processed food. Very bad for the body.

Some prices don't match and they don't check or care it seems. Store is quite busy but not a lot of cashier's at peak shopping hours.

There's no others stores in South Dallas who can compete in prices n quality like fiesta does for the customers …
