I like SavALot sometimes. Not when I have to wait in this 1 line to get checked out. I will never go to this particular Sav-A-Lot again. The guard followed me around the store. And said can I leave my bag at the front of the store. Because, I am going to steal from their store. I said," No, I will not leave my bag at the front and you can not make me. I have rights as a customer. I know my rights, and what you are doing is harrassment." Well, I called, CORPORATE, and they handled the situation. Well, to all the people that shop in stores like this. You do have rights, and do not be afraid to stand up for what is right.

We had the pleasure of visiting Save A Lot with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We entered the store and noticed an employee mopping the floor. There was no wet floor sign, and the employee got into an argument with another patron because the patron was walking over the wet floor. We paid for some paper plates for our friends and paid approximately $4.60. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Convenient, always clean, stocked, respectful cashiers and staff, good service, & affordable... The only complaint I may have is the idea of paying $0.25 for a cart is bizarre to me and a burden for a lot of low income seniors & other low income patrons... The bananas are too often gone bad... Other than that, I'm grateful for its convenience and affordability for our low income community.

This place is not very organized the customer service is awful they are unwilling to help you they always say as somebody else that is not great customer service they did not even care on how they put the items in the bags everything is just thrown all over the place they do not answer questions and some of the customer service people are very rude

I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that this place was still operating after the storm and pandemic. But it's still opened and was well stocked.i even found out they had new items in stock. The staff including security was awesome. Great store. With excellent products and prices which reflects the median income of the neighborhood as a whole

Hey don't get me wrong, I love this store but jacking the price up every week on your 5lb ground beef is wrong! We're in a state of an emergency and this is price gouging. I mean really $20 for a 5lb ground beef. Right when economic stimulus kicks in and economic food stamps you jack prices sky high! This is wrong.

I can't believe that the South Dallas location Save-A-Lot even has a 3.9% rating specially with the manager Aurora there she's one of the rudest amphibians I've ever met even called me out my name. She is also aggressive and acts as if she does alcohol and reeps it her store manager supports her.

It was not crowded and the meats were on sale. The cereal were 4 boxes for 7 dollars you can't beat that. Also, I was in and out really quick. I got everything I needed from Save A Lot so far I will be going back cause the prices were good. I got lots of food compared to other stores.

I used to go and shop a lot in this store maybe one to 3 times a week.. but since they closed 2 stores by my living area so I stopped!! Hope they reopened one so I don't have to go 15min far from my living area.. thanks!! (Pleasant Grove) in DALLAS!! …

I brought some Chicken from their, and didn't like how it smelled, didn't have My receipt, so the manager told Me, I couldn't return it, when it came from this Store, and the date was not expire, and the cashier's don't greet You .. didn't feel comfortable at all!!!

Economical on food, but you won't find name brands here or even everything you would at Walmart. We shop here regularly & will continue to patronize them. We can get a lot of what we need here without having to make a major run to Walmart all the time.

I live near Save A lot and when ever I need something I just head to this location .They have a lot of cheap food items that I use so why spend more shopping somewhere else.Also the friendly people are always willing to help you find stuff you need.

The worker with the missing teeth needs to be fired like yesterday. He is very rude/ especially to customers. I went in the store for cash back and purchased noodles. I set the machine for 50 cash back. He looks at me and says no I can't

It's not a good area (I saw someone stealing a whole cart full of groceries) but the customer service is great despite that. They have some great prices for certain things. I go there almost every day after I get off work.

Come here almost daily. Much needed place to get cheap groceries and products in an urban food desert. One of only two grocery stores in this part of town. Friendly staff great service and clean nice public restroom.

Lol this can't be a real grocery store. The isles were confusing, nothing on them matched or made sense together. I made several trips around the store looking for itema I never found. Will not be returning

Great place to shop. Great customer service, but they should hire at least 1 or 2 more people because sometimes the line can get long with 1 or 2 cashiers and thats a lot of time some people can't wait on

gotta give props to only 1 of 3 grocery stores in my neighborhood serving over 30k people, in which Fiesta is the largest 2nd Save A Lot and 3rd smaller but fresh cut meat, Packing House on Malcolm X

I wouldn't buy my dog food there as long as the community doesn't voice their opinion and standup they will forever be served garbage! All the foods or very very low quality the bottom of the barrel.

The staff was great from the security lady at the door and stocker's to the cashier..it was a nice experience.. I found the produce fresh and excellent prices..great store for shopping for a family

Great selection of meats other than beef but had plenty in stock for a decent price with all this covid 19 stuff going on it was nice to shop at one location and find mostly everything i needed

Considering the fact that Save A. Lot is a small name brand not like a Kroger or Tom Thumb but the selection of goods are better. Meat department on point and the customer service was great.!!

The check out line was long... Which was to be expected on the 4th of July... Part of the long line issue resulted from having only one register open until shoppers started asking questions...

Went very late in the day so wasn't no line but I don't like this location lot of time the vegetables and fruit are not fresh during the day the line is ridiculously long and only 1 line open

It's a very nice place to shop it's convenient they have competitive prices. The thing is they don't have enough cashiers or they're on the floor when there are a lot of people stand in line

I took my sister here to find some items that she needed we did not have change to get a shopping cart and we was giving a they are very nice and except exceptional customer service

It had just what I needed and it was the only store I could find with that product. The meat market guy was very helpful in finding what I need . Thank you so much very appreciated

There's not much in the store. What's there is not any savings. Better off shopping at a regular Grocery store. The prices are about the, unaffordable for those on a fixed budget.

A good store for those quick pick ups. Meats are marked down from time to time. But be sure you look at them first. Some pcould be thrown in the trash. Not for human consumption.

A decent store with most foodstuffs that one would purchase. Sometimes they are out of stock on an item or two but overall their prices are reasonable and it is worth the trip.

Terrible!!! Please hire more cashiers!! Always one line open with a lot of people. Every now and then I MAY see two registers open. Some of the employees are friendly though

They don't have baskets need stock person to get groceries and products on shelf never enough cashiers if you are unable to keep customers happy nerd to close this store

My husband went to grab dog food and had his $350 bike. They would not let him in without leaving his bike outside. Guess we're not good enough to shop here.

It's a great store everybody's really helpful sometimes they're a little weird about cash back when I need it but other than that it's a great place to shop.

It's okay. Very nice store, the security guard lunged at me and my children. I know that he was only joking, but that's not the way you treat customers.

The store wasn't crowded (it was morning) and the cashier was nice. I found everything I needed. The store was clean and I was in and out in no time.

There were no shopping carts. They only had the hand held baskets. I cannot carry over 8 lbs so I did not get what I planned to. Very disappointed.

I left a bag of meat there today and they pretend like it wasnt there when the guy at the register said they took it back. Wont shop there again

You can find most of what you're looking for food wise here. Price is good. Vegetables are fresher then most save a lot of been to in the past.

It was good they had a lot of good sales it was kind of busy so it was on the weekend you know it was that kind of day I have no complaints

Great prices friendly people good meat ( better selection than Walmart) . Saved a lot of money on food and that's what's what it all about.

This my go to Sav-A-Lot. It's not far from my home and it's always clean and the staff are great people. That's why I'm a repeat customer.

Good savings to be had if shopping at Save-A-Lot. Though because it's a small grocery store, selection is somewhat limited.
