What one of your stores lacks, another makes up for it. Costumer service is great here, they pay attention to detail and to you as an individual. The cashiers are very helpful and always pointing your way to a great buy. However, the selection is lacking. The women's section is huge, but the men's section is something else.

good please welcoming employees they're very helpful but the place itself not that many options I was trying to look for jeans between 32 and 34 and there was literally just three of them have to have more clothing or restock more often but other than that it's a great store will recommend

If you love standing in line for 20-40 minutes, visit this store! It’s a decent store but I’ve now walked out of it twice, and went to their competitor in the same shopping center, because of the ridiculous checkout lines. You’re obviously selling enough product to add a cashier - do it!

Looks like a store "Going out of business!" No merchandise in over 1/3 of the store. Asiles that did have stuff the top shelf and the bottom two were empty. In the clothing area they had the merchandise on hangers spread out too. (Like the clothes were "social distancing" too).

Just ran in to pick up a gift card for a gift. Not busy, but couldn't find any put In folders correctly &/or that weren't torn. Employees never offered to assist or ask if I needed help or directions to anything before I found gift cards. Even when I tried to catch their eye.

Terrible!!! There's a ton of workers. And only 1 person at the checkout counter. Ibqiated 20mins in line before backup was called. Apparently Brittany didn't want to come up and help. The manager left another worker by herself to checkout a bunch of customers knowingly.

I went with a friend to pick up some new perfume. Its the place to go for a good price on perfum, great purses too. They have alot of inexpensive clothes and some name brand shoes that are a good price. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, its the place to go.

Almost an hour on the line, I understand we are on the Holidays, but there are 4 cashiers empty, it is a bit unreasonable to not have more employees to have a better and fastest service. The line was up to the "home" area almost getting to the back of the store.

I went to Ross looking for a lamp to match the one I already had. FOUND IT HERE!!! Customer service was pleasant and check out was speedy. Store was pretty organized, as I have come to expect Ross to be dis arrayed!! Very few Ross stores are neat and organized.

This place has fairly cheap, good brand clothing and shoes. You just have to spend alot of time searching through the rows and rows of extremely unorganized racks. If it was kept up and a little easier to find your size and such I would give it more stars.

Pretty well organized and tidy. The only thing was they had to close the women's side of the dressing rooms during to some sort of backup in the pipes while I was there but staff handled it well.
